Hi everyone!This morning ( probably around midnight) my car was towed by above company per request of Sequoia Property Management Co East Stafford, Leesburg. 4-5 days ago there was a yellow sticker for expired tags with 5 days given to fix it. There was no info from Who or phone to call, just 5 days written on the sticker. Very convenient since DMV VA is saying that tags will be ready in 15 days. I would gladly post the sticker, if there was an option here. Also would like to post a video of my encounter with the personal taking my money, when I asked for business card or phone number or something that shows who requested towing. Rude, cursing, sorry to wake him up at 5 am to pick up my car, but I have a disabled son with appointment at 8 am. The wheelchair was in the trunk. And the disability tag upfront. Taxi driver wait with me b/c the office was dark and locked. When I went to the back I was literally screams to leave and wait upfront. I have no words. God bless you people for your “ proper and outstanding job “. Hope you are satisfied with your job of clearing the streets of “ criminals “ with disabilities and expired tags

Prime example of a Predatory tow truck company. Worst in Loudoun. What more is there to say? Thanks for waking us and setting off the motion detectors every night between 2-3am. Exploit HOA rules left and right. Towed my truck with a clearly visible pass. Love to leave you a warning on a Friday night, and tow you Monday morning before the DMV opens. If you NEED a tow, HIGHLY suggest you stay away from Battlefield. They profit plenty by scamming people in HOAs and professionalism is non existent. Do business with a company that values you as a customer, not one that takes advantage.

I had my car towed by Tom Tom the tow truck driver .. He was very delightful and sincere.. He even shared his peanut butter and jelly sandwich with me on the way to my drop off. Best tow truck driver ever I felt safe.. 6 stars for tom tom !!

Annoyed I had to wait for almost 2 hours outside to get my car but ultimately not the towing company’s fault for my HOA’s incompetence

Car got towed last night so I called them to find out if they were the towing company that has my car. They were- but the lady who works as a dispatcher gave me the wrong location (theres two). Heres the best part: the other location doesnt have a working landline or a dispatcher so its just a matter of luck on whether or not a driver will be at the site to release your car. Ridiculously unprofessional and poorly run- woman was an absolute scumbag as well.

Shoutout to these guys. Flat towed my mustang home in the snow. Not many people would do this for you!

The Battlefield Towing company is engaged in Illegal towing practices. They tow your vehicle then become unavailable for you to get it. The website says 24hr service and has a number thats non functional. When you get in contact, no one shows up. Or they say on way in 20 minutes and no one an hour plus later! Ultimately your vehicle gets auctioned!!!! Horrible! And amid all this Covid-19! Negative STARS!

Customer service barely exists. Leesburg location has no staff or a number to call. So you need to call a different location to let them know youre going to Leesburg the hope someone gets there when they say they will be.Guide:15mins really equals about an hour and a half

Bad customer service I call 20 min ahead because I will pick up a car they towed and make me wait for one hour, because they don’t have people in the office to pay and pick up your car, you have to wait until a driver come to charge you and release the car, so when I call back to the office the lady was so rude she told me you had to wait until the driver come to the shop and I said I call ahead she just said you have two options you wait or your leave and hang up the phone. Very awful service.

I am not sure if they can be rated more than three stars, not when they are towing your vehicle out of your apartment.

I was greeted kindly by the gentleman working behind the desk upon arrival. My wife (involved in DUI accident) had gotten her car towed here by the officer on scene. They allowed us as much time as we needed to get our belongings out of the car and were very helpful in answering the questions we had.

If I could do zero stars I would. As if it isn’t bad enough having your car towed, we called before we would get to the place and was told it’d be 30-40 minutes before someone got there. 40 minutes later: nobody. We call again: nobody said anything about picking up a car. We have to wait 30-40 minutes LONGER. One would think they’d want their money to release the vehicle, but apparently this company deals in sadism instead of US currency.

My vehicle was falsely towed this morning, company claims I parked in a 4 HOUR PARKING ZONE, when I parked in my residential parking spot for my neighborhood and my parking permit was correctly displayed. I called in before coming to retrieve my vehicle and was told I could pay with a Debit or Credit Card. They accept CASH ONLY and NO CHANGE. Employee present there was playing XBOX when I arrived. My vehicle wasnt only falsely towed though, it was also damaged. Whoever towed my vehicle must have been inexperienced or intoxicated because now my Electronic Parking Brake is malfunctioning. I left a complaint written with the business, called in, and left two bad reviews. I also contacted management via their website. I am going to report Battlefield Tow to the better business bureau if I dont hear anything back from this company by the end of the week. Absolutely horribly run business. Any HOAs or business owners who work with this company, I would highly recommend find another company because this one does not run a clean business. This also goes to anyone who has a breakdown on their vehicle, find a different tow company.

Been here since 6:09 waiting on the car that got towed from a visitors spot. It’s 7:28 and they’re still not here. I’ve called 4 times asking when they would be here and they continue to tell me within 20 mins. How is it posible to run this kind of business without anyone present? People have jobs and things to cater to on time...

This company likes to drive around my neighborhood to find cars to unjustly tow. My husbands Jeep was parked in an authorized guest parking spot, with the proper permit, for less than 12 hours when it was towed. He parked the Jeep a little after 10pm and by 10am, it was being towed away. The company claimed that the car was parked on University property, but the neighborhood is 2.5 blocks from where the University parking lot starts. The parking area that we parked in has NO indications at all of it being university property. In fact, parking spot was just beyond the sign where our neighborhood starts. Every time I brought this up, the representative became very rude and demanded $235.00 for our Jeep back. I thought I was talking to a loan shark, only, I hadnt borrowed any money.... Im pregnant and my pregnancy is high risk. The stress that this has caused is needless and uncalled for and not at all what I or my family needs at the moment. These people are soulless, heartless, spineless, gutless people how need to learn that they cannot steal people cars and hold them for ransom money and get away with it.

Towed a friends car during a party i was at. The kicker: the host had written a VALID parking pass for this car. I confronted the driver, who to his credit was friendly about it - but his reasoning was off the rails. He claimed the permit was altered. I asked him to show it to me, and he did - the only alteration was the hand-written date looked funny. No other issues. What the hell?? Clearly predatory behavior.

Careful, make sure all of your guests park on the street.....they are always watching. I got towed on move in day. My boyfriend, who has lived in his condo since 2004, got towed in 2013. It has gotten so bad in our complex we actually hesitate to use our home as a “meeting point” for social events. If your HOA has contracted out this company just put an extra 200$ in your savings account to be used later :/

This place is a scam. They towed my rental car from my complex 7 minutes after I got out of it to run in to get my luggage to head out of town. Went to pick it up and pay and realized that they did not have a valid business license posted. The one they had expired 12/31/2018. They also pulled the vehicle out of parking space improperly and damaged the transmission. I asked for proof that they towed it properly and all they could give me was their word. Good luck with that in court lol. hope that theyre 175 I payed them was worth the 4k theyre gonna have to pay for the transmission lol. Talk about karma.

Staying at manor east apartments. Truck broke down had to get a rental. Got a parking pass. Worked a 17 hour day and accidentally parked one stall over from the area. Mind you, lot empty. These people and manor east apartment people that allow their residents to be treated in this manor are the scum of the earth! Lived here for less than a month now and both myself and roommate have had vehicles towed. Figure a towing allowance into your rent!

Boycott these creeps. They are party to what can only be charitably described (in my opinion) as an extortion racket with a legal veneer. They contract with apartment complexes to tow cars away and appear to operate without any supervision. In my opinion, the Commonwealth Attorneys office should investigate these guys as well as their property management company accomplices.

This company made a deal with your local HOA. They patrol your neighborhood and pick off easy targets for a quick profit. Is it our faults that our town-home neighborhood doesnt have a little more parking for guests?Unbelievably unfair and dishonest. I would give 0 out of 5, since 1 of 5 is more neutral.

They towed my car without my consent as I was a visitor in an apartment complex. They demanded 160 usd to give me my vehicle back. No one called them it was 4 AM office was closed. They have contracts and secret agreements with the employees at the appartment complexes arround the area and they ride at night stealing people’s cars and money to return the cars. It is a circle of money. I missed work I got sick not having my BP med on time that was in the car. I had my company equipment in the car and I couldn’t go to work. It is disgusting!

PREDITORY is an understatement. Its their word against yours while you have no recourse. At an average 20 cars per weekdays @ $160 per tow and 24 per weekend @ $185 per tow, DO THE MATH ! Close to $400,000 not including incremental $50 charges for each day of storage. And this is only the Leesburg location! Great business - I need to buy a tow truck!

These people are predators. They have unethical towing practice and are rude and unprofessional. If your car has the unfortunate opportunity to be towed, they will leave you sitting in the cold for up to 2 hours (because they arent professional enough to have an employee actually sit in the office because they are too busy towing your cars) to get your car back. Before you rent in the Sterling VA area, make sure Battlefield is not responsible for your towing or you will regret it. We are leaving our apartment for this reason.

Card was towed at 4am in the morning hard out Atley, no idea until 2pm same day when I went to go somewhere. Called them to see how much it was and where they were located. Said 185 and I told them I was on my way. Gotta a lyft ride to the place only to find no one there and called the number on the door. They made me wait 40 minutes in the rain with my 2 kids for my car. When they got there they said it wasnt 40 minutes and I showed them the times I called. They werent there yet they wouldnt adjust the price for making me wait. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because these shady people had no respect for my Family and I. Not to mention they had a loud dog barking at the kids in the pick up area. So unprofessional avoid if you can

This place is trash. They never have people available to assist in picking up your vehicle, because they are all out, ACTIVELY looking for more cars to tow. They will actually go around checking peoples tags for expiration (something I believed was only a job for law enforcement). Then they will charge exorbitant fees for storage. They work out ridiculous deals with peoples HOAs, and the HOAs eat it up, acting like hound dogs and regularly calling this company to tow cars for them. They take advantage of people, and Im shocked someone hasnt taken legal action against them. I would myself if the damages I sustained allowed it.

Very disrespectful and rude people. Second time I have been towed at the same place. They towed my car while I was visiting family in leesburg. I had a parking permit sitting on dash. They described as not visible. I have a 2016 car that gives me alerts. They opened my doors and took off the emergency brake. Despite seeing my pass they still towed and want me to pay for a legal parking.

My gf should not have to walk at night on the other side of the apartment complex by the Walmart in Leesburg to come and see me. These people at Battlefield Towing, and other predatory Tow truck companies like them, are the scum of the earth. They work with apartment management that think similarly to them, who allow their residents to be treated terribly. Apartment management that is also scum and corrupt in many other ways, are probably accepting kickbacks from Battlefield Towing. They should be closed permanently. Management is padding their pockets with a towing allowance that they should add into your rent! My review is 0 stars, but it wont post unless you select at least 1 star. Most likely Battlefield Towing and other tow truck companies working with them and with organized crime also steals (tows) cars and resells them at auctions. Not surprised their offices are near auto remodeling shops that can alter cars stolen and then resell them.

Rented a U-haul from them and paid too much much

I was towed the first time because i was parking in the residential area i accept that as my fault, but after that i parked in the Visitor parking area WITH THE VISITOR TAG and they towed my car again and the worst thing was that they broke one of the front wheels. Wtf is wrong with this people? Can they read ? my car was parking in a spot where it said, VISITOR and it even had the visitor tag but no, all what they did was towed it away.
