Second time I’ve had to wait 2+ hours. Told me it would NOT be a long wait because there “were only two people in front of me” but then continuously took clients that arrived wayyy after I did- and way more than two people went before me. After waiting for the two hours, I was told there is still an additional two people in front of me. Not worth the time. Wasted my day off and left with no nails. No sense of urgency

I love Nail Studio. ALL the techs are great!! It’s a clean and relaxing atmosphere. They are very Covid aware. I’ve been coming here for years. I work with my hands so I can break nails easily I can’t just go to anyone.Not here. Excellent service 💜💜💜

Called to see if there was a wait time was told no then had to wait two hours for a pedicure that cost me 65 dollars . The girl was so lazy she didnt even want to clip my nails and spent the entire time watching tv or paying attention to what everyone else was doing.
