I ABSOLUTELY LOOOOOOVE MY NAILS! They look soooo natural, I will always come here to do my nails. I had my pedicure done for the first time and I absolutely LOVE it!

They did a awesome job. They actually made my nail fit right and they look so natural. Ive had my nails done at other places and they made the nails to big for my tiny nails and they looked funny. This was a great experience and I plan to go back. They are very friendly and talented.

Went in at 12pm saturday and the place was full so they told me to come back in an hour and I did. Got tended to right away. The staff was very friendly. Got a pedicure and gel nails. The same guy who did my pedi did my nails. I was extremely satisfied with the end results and the great prices.

The tech became rude when I pointed out nails that werent straight. He blamed my fingers. Then gave a full tantrum like dissertation about his time and money when I told him to just remove them and I would go. I will never return. The pedicure was done with cold water even when I asked for it to be warmer, I was in a time crunch as my family was preparing to attend a funeral. They mad a bad time even worse.

I was the first customer of the day, no one else was there. A young gentleman sat me down to do my pedicure. Completely rushed me out without doing a proper pedicure. He proceeded to try to paint over my cuticles. When I questioned him about it he told me that was a part of my nail. Charged me $40 for 20 minute pedicure and as I was walking out he made a snide comment. I tried to call the store to talk to the manager and the phone was off the hook. I was told by many people to let someone know because thats not how the owner runs his store.

Thinh did a great job on my gel fill! Was in and out in under 30 mins at 4:30 on a Monday. Previously had a fill done at Queen Nails that I didn’t love and I definitely will come back to Gel Nails instead.

I called to see if I needed an appointment and the receptionist stated that they only except walk-ins. I live 2 minutes away and showed up 5 minutes after calling. When I walked in a gentleman asked how can I help you? I said I wanted a mani/pedi. He stated they wouldnt be taking any more customers because they were full. I saw about 3 or 4 empty spa chairs and asked well how about just a manicure? The answer was still the same. I walked out knowing that it didnt matter what I asked for or availability, no services would be given to me. I wasnt embarrassed but they should be and the people who continue to use their services. This maybe the first review that Ive ever let. If you have had an experience like this please share so that know one has to go through this.

Nail tech, Nick, did an amazing job on my ombré nails! Never had more compliments on my nails then I have with these ones. Best part, they glow in the dark ❤️ Definitely recommend this nail salon.

I got a pedi and mani I love my pedicure then I had to switch to a guy because the lady got off early so he did my hands however I thought with full service you should get hand massages and and cuticles oiled. He had a hard time doing the design on my nails so he pretty much said that’s all he could do. I feel for 130.00 I just walk out confident and for what I asked for. I did notice that my nails need filled pretty quickly for just 10 days later and it looks like I had them on 3 weeks. I will try them again but hopefully the girl who did my feet is there.

This is the fourth time that I had a pedicure at Gel Nails. This last time and another were with the same technician. She did a poor job both times of removing the dead skin from my heels. In addition, my nails were not cut evenly, she did not seal the tops of my nails with polish, and she did not lotion my legs or massage them. And the “hot” towel was barely warm. I thought that I would give this technician one more try. Never again.

I LOVE coming here, just got my nails done the same way again and STILL LOVE and never disappointed!! My one nail came off a week after last time and I got it fixed right away for free. They always make you feel welcomed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place 😄💚

Went in this place and asked for a full set coffin nails and was told 78.00 then looked on my bank statement and was charged 83.66. Plus I tipped in cash so almost 100.00 for a full set that wasnt done right makes know sense

UPDATE; Yes, the salon is a bit pricey BUT Im so so so so very happy w KATIEs work!! My feet are increfibly ticklish and the discomfort was minimal w/ her (a first EVER for me). So was how she handled the drill and the nails files on my nails. Normally, i walk out of most salons hurting, both feet and fingers. Nothing this time! Also watched that same gentleness w/ SAM as she worked on a client next to me. WONDERFUL job ladies! Ill definitely come back and request either one of you. ❤❤

I went into Gel Nails April 3 to get a mani/pedi, and I chose to get gel polish (which I never do). The cost was $85+ tax. After less than 2 weeks my polish was very grown out and clearly needed redone. I went back in on April 22nd for a polish change, because of how badly they were grown out. I did choose an up-charge of $10 for sparkles on my hands, but I only asked for a polish change. The gentleman did a very quick file/cut on my nails. The charge was $75+tax. I questioned the owner about the charge. He said they considered that a manicure, because he filed my nails. I said I had no pedicure or any true mani/pedi treatment. He said “You would have been better off getting the full treatment.” I told him I was displeased. This place is completely overpriced, and I feel their business practices are questionable. This has pushed me to discontinue going to any more ‘assembly line’ nail salons. I’m finding a permanent person who makes appointments and is upfront with me (even if it doesn’t cost any less).

$65 for a fill. Gel polish with a simple design. Crazy. Like cmon. 40-50 okay, 50-55 fine ! But 65.. no sis.

Attempted to make an appointment but was told that they wouldn’t make an appointment for the Saturday I was coming in. Came in and there was a long wait so I left and came back in order to have my normal tech do my nails for my vow renewal. After returning I was then advised she had an appointment and could no longer do my nails. They passed me off knowing I wanted a heart design to someone I was told could do any design I wanted. I requested a black ring finger with a white heart. The tech talked me into another design, she seemed quite confident so I let her do her thing. I have never been more embarrassed of my nails. I pay a ton of money to get them done and I always tip well over 20%. Typically $20 for $40 service. The owner I’m sure was aware of this techs limited skill but instead pushed me that way. Not every customer is valued here. Not even if you tip well.

This place is amazing!! My daughter absolutely loves her nails. The staff is super sweet! They will also do any design you want as long as you have a picture!! Thanks again guys! Amazing work! We will totally be coming back!!!

One of the nicest salons I’ve been from friendliness to cleanliness!! I go to nick and he’s the best nail tech I’ve ever been too. He takes his time and gives me exactly what I want!! All of the other nail techs are extremely helpful and friendly! They’ve definitely got a forever customer!

I went in to Gel Nail on August 31, about a week prior to this posting. I had to get my nails done to be in my friends wedding, and I needed somewhere close to my parents home as I was pressed for time. Let me first say that the staff was very friendly and pleasant, the establishment was clean and neat, the location for the area is prime, and the service was prompt. In regards to my nails, I am disappointed. The photo shows my nails a week after, with significant base nail showing beyond what is expected with normal outgrowth, because the polish wasnt layered down far enough. The nails on my left hand started peeling 3 days ago. The polish is not evenly rounded on the bottom and bubbling in places. If I had time, I would have had them redone.Unfortunately, despite the proximity, I will not be returning when I visit.

My friends and I went here a total of three times and at first we loved coming here. They did excellent on my nails and also on my friends nails and was very friendly and reasonably priced. However, the last time we had went I had asked my acrylic be removed and to have a new full set and they talked me and my friend out of that. I wanted a design that was what I had before just a different color and they told me they couldn’t do that either. Was very pushy for all of us to get one color and did not want to remove our nails. Also was very pushy to get us into those chairs but didn’t want to take the time to do what any of us wanted. I didn’t want anything crazy or difficult but we all felt as if they just didn’t want to take the time to do our nails. I felt rushed and I felt as if I was being annoying.. We won’t be returning which really sucks because we wanted to like Gel Nails and my nails turned out awesome but I don’t like the feeling I had that last visit. I always tip well so that is unfortunate for them.

Everyone is friendly at this salon. This is my favorite and only salon I go to. Tim, the owner, makes sure everyone is waited on as quick as possible. Nick does a wonderful job at designing my nails for me and Sam does great for my mom. All the nail stylist are awesome though. They also have many shades of colors to chose from.

I’ve been going here for over a year and for the most part love it there. Had Nancy the last time and absolutely loved what she did! But the time before that I had the gentleman at the far end of the store. I had a dip manicure and it was horrible. He was extremely rushing,was on his phone the entire time, and my nails were horribly bumpy. Also would jerk my hands into position if I wasn’t paying attention. Hated my nails. Will be turning him down if directed to his chair again.

I was unfortunately dissatisfied with this salon. I really wish I could have had a better experience here, but I didnt. I got the gel acrylic nails- manicure and pedicure. The gentleman doing them was very rough, and so much to where they started to bleed. He was really rushing, and was not a very personal person, and had no patience while I was deciding on a style. (The only thing I can say positive about this experience was that they had a ton of pretty options to choose from.) Then on top of it they ended up breaking so I ultimately had to go back and have them removed completely. Which was more money down the drain. :( It was a disaster to say the least. I hope others have a better experience if they decide on going here, but I will personally not be back.

I have been coming here for awhile now and I absolutely love it. I have finally found a place I know I can count on to do a great job. As well as keeping my nails looking fresh and healthy! Reasonable prices & I highly recommend gel nails to anyone wanting anything done as far as acrylic, gel polish, design, pedicures, and waxing. the nail techs here are absolutely amazing and have became some of my friends as well. First time at this salon. Overall...Im pleased. My pedi....for a basic....straight up...best Ive ever had. The calf/foot massage was awesome. Dont know proper terminology but the foot sanding was much more thorough than ones Ive had in past. Absolutely no complaints. Move on to nails. This is where a star was lost. Overall...I currently love the final product but Im not sure its going to be long lasting. I have powder dip nails and just get fills every three weeks. This was the only place I could find in the area that does that (I travel so new salons regularly) I noticed right before the purple stuff was applied ...acrylic!!!! Im like no no no, powder dip. No acrylic. So..that was fixed but then only one layer of powder dip was applied. Ive always seen them apply two. He was efficient and quick....and they are shaped perfectly ...just hope the one layer holds up. And honestly...Im not a talker...but he was unsociable to the point it made me slightly uncomfortable . Not rude. And Im not a talker ...but well...he was extremely terse. I gave a good tip and assuming the manicure holds up...Ill be back if Im in the area.

I had my first pedicure ever here. My daughter insisted that I would enjoy being pampered. She was correct! Ivy and Kathy were nicer than nice! I didnt think I wanted polish but Kathy talked me into it so I asked her to choose the color for me. It was fun and relaxing. They are very professional and pleasant. I give this shop two thumbs up!

From out of town and needed to get my nails done. This place was excellent. The prices were very reasonable and what I was used to paying . Tim was very helpful and very efficient, he did exactly what I asked and made me very happy. The salon is very clean, the people are extremely friendly, the service was outstanding. The girl that did my pedicure was wonderful! talkative and personable. My toes look great! However, it got very uncomfortable when another nail tech was asking for a larger tip from another customer. It was extremely obvious that the other nail tech was not pleased with her tip but the customer was not expecting to be put on the spot when asked how much do you want to tip? Although the girl that did my nails was wonderful I wont be back because of the interactions another customer experienced.

Ive moved my business elsewhere. Their attitude toward customers needs refinement. If you go here . ... just sit and observe. You will pick up the patterns.

I have been coming to this salon for over six months consistently. I refuse to go anywhere else because this salon has never let me down like others have! Faith is an amazing nail technician and really knows how to work her magic! Tim, the owner and manager is always so kind and personable. Honestly, this salon and the people who fill it make every aspect of this place so much more than just a salon.

Always my go-to! My nails typically last 3+ weeks when I get them done here vs other salons in the area that last a little over 2. It is $35 for a gel mani but the quality is so much better than other salons in the area that charge around the same price. 2 of my nails chipped after a few games of bowling and they were happy to fix both for free with no questions asked. I highly recommend this salon!!!

Management is ignorant. He told me that it would be hours to get me and there wasnt enough staff. The place was empty. 2 people left out and 1 came in right after i left. They took that person right in. I was told that there was it would be hours.

I always go here I haven’t been going I had a lot of things going on and I got my nails done in PA when I was out of town and now I need a fill. I have major trust issues and don’t trust many people to do my nails but when I walk into gel nails I know I’m leaving satisfied every time and I’ve been coming here for 1 year working on 2 ❤️ I’d recommend to anyone and everyone honestly!

I have looked all over for an awesome nail salon since moving from Florida & I am amazed at the work Gel Nails done. You are always greeted with a smile, the salon is very clean, and the work is perfect. Tim is amazing at pink and white and the latest trends. He listens to what you like and how you like your nails. I love going there and love how long my nails last before I need to get them touched up!

Last minute but she did amazing on my nails. I love basic.. she added some gold. A bit high for a fill but it was gel and Ohio is high :)

I am new to the area and walked in without an appointment. They were busy and my wait was still only 10 minutes. Within that 10 minutes they had me at a booth and picking my nail color. Kathy was my nail tech and she exceeded my expectations. She paid attention to every detail on my nail making them look perfect. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be continuing my business here!

My girlfriend and I came in to get pedicures one evening. The salon was busy but we were seated in one of their many pedicure chairs immediately and enjoyed a nice massage while we waited. Best pedicure in town! Everyone was very nice and welcoming, so happy to find a nice clean salon! We will defiantly be back again!

Had gel manicure & definitely not worth $35. Soaked nails in plain water for about 30seconds only to be told color I chose was discontinued. (Why is it still on display???) Left with 4 fingers bleeding from cuticles being cut & felt rushed through manicure. Won’t be returning

Super clean establishment, everything was freshly opened right in front of me, tub liners were used, even their scrubs and lotions were individually portioned. They also have a full staff of talented employees. I came in as a walkin for a gel manicure and pedicure and even tho they were busy, we waited for under 5 minutes. Jeni did my nails and toes and was so gentle and helpful with picking out the perfect polishes and helped me get exactly what I wanted. Ill literally never go anywhere else again. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Dont waste your time or money going anywhere else.

Worst service I have ever had!A jung worker (asian guy, age around 23-27) was suppose to do a filling for me, he was treating my nails as they where not attached to my body..to fast and to rough I have never ever in my life experienced such a nasty behavior, when I told him to stop doing it so fast and rough he was very rude on top of it!!The owner (sitting a few chairs down) didn’t even apologize for his employee he was sitting there like an Idiot!They don’t get it that we go there to give them business and they have to treat us NICE!Well Guess what? I got the worst pedicure ever. The guy who did my pedicure rushed. He was finished in 15 minutes and my feet are still rough. He didn’t really scrub my feet or legs. The nail polish part turned out good but he took a big chunk out of my big toe nail. This was not a relaxing experience at all.

I travel the nation and this is surely the best Ive ever had. Tim was outstanding, listening to my needs and accomadating them. If I lived here this would be my place to have my nails done. Thank you.

I went in today and saw vicky. Ive had her before and she was ok. Today tho I was very disappointed with her service. I had a luxury pedicure which typically should run about an hour. Its 55 dollars, the most expensive one they offer. She rushed through my pedicure and was done in under 40 minutes. She barely massaged my legs and never massaged my feet. The person next to me was getting the same exact pedi I was and her tech started about 10 to 15 minutes before mine did and I was done before her. She also scraped my foot raw. This is unacceptable. Im also a very good tipper which is unfortunate for her. I will not be back.

I called them the evening before about getting a pedicure the following morning. They assured me that they could accommodate me. But when I walked in right before their opening time. They told me they were short staffed and werent able to do my pedicure. I watched others walked in who were readily accommodated. Is this place biased or what??

I generally don’t write negative reviews. I don’t feel like it’s worth he time. I’m not a complainer either but I had by far the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER at this nail salon. It may be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a business in all of my life. Let me first start off by saying the staff was really courteous and the place seemed nice. That however does not make up for what happened next. I went in for a full set. About 10 minutes or so into things my technician was actually FALLING ASLEEP while filing down the nails with the electric file. I thought at one point he was going to pass out completely. This caused him to miss with the file and hit me cuticle. I was really concerned at this point. I didn’t say much just asked if he was alright. It happened a second time while he was applying the polish. What in the world? I don’t understand why he wouldn’t have just said I’m sorry I can’t finish this. I would have GLADLY waited for someone else to finish them. Instead I ended up with an awful manicure. They are crooked, thick, bumpy and are just very poorly done. They are also longer than I would like. I was afraid to have him take them any shorter because I didn’t want him to bring out that electric file out again. It didn’t feel good to have that chewing away at my cuticles. Overall it was a very disappointing experience because this manicure was purchased with a gift card I received for my birthday. I have money left on the gift card but honestly I’m afraid to go back. I’m still debating whether to call the salon and speak to them. It was just really really bad.

My daughter and I both got our toes and nails done. She is 9 and I spent 28 for a kids pedicure and 15 for French manicure as a special treat to her. I got a toe polish change and shellac on my nails- we spent over 130 dollars and all of my daughters polish peeled of THE SAME DAY. I don’t expect kids polish to last long but it should last longer than 3 hours. We went back to the store to wanted to just repaint her nails to match her toes, thinking maybe it was the French manicure that was the problem- especially after paying all that money and the owner was ignorant and argued with me infront of all the customers and my daughter. He said she is no longer allowed to get regular polish- I said she is 9 she is not getting shellac- we’ve had no problems with polish in her nails before this time. It was truly a show of a persons real character and a terrible business owner. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I am very disgusted.

First i called to see if they would be open for service on July 4th they said yes from 10am-6pm... I went on the 4th after work at 1pm they were closed😠😠😠😠 then I went back a few days later to get just a simple toe nail polish and they said they DONT offer that service and that I would have to get a full pedicure... but I wasnt due for one yet.... I just wanted a SIMPLE POLISH CHANGE ... LIKE WHERE DO THEY DO THAT AT!?!?!🤔🤔🤔

First time here and I definitely plan on coming more. They go above and beyond! The man who appeared to be the manager even offered the people who were waiting to sit in the massage chairs.

CREEPY AND BEYOND RUDE!! Went day before Thanksgiving was told wait 10mins. Comes the guy who sits in 1st chair (worked on my nails before, paid him v.good tip..) tried to fit me in but 2 were before me, told me wait over 1/2 hr. Left. Called 6:30, told me come now. Entered the store, he was only worker.. kept telling me I’d rather be with my family now, but had to take u. I chose polish, told me no that’s regular won’t stay on fake nails!!! Chose closest to orange, was red, so pointed one behind him, he was crazy mad.. YOU CAN LEAVE NOW, NO PAY..FOR HOLIDAY!!! He went to his phone so I used file to round my nail, came telling me IM RECORDING ON MY PHONE N THERE R CAMERAS BEHIND ME!!! Told him it’s scary!!! What is..YOU ARE.. LEFT BEFORE HE FINISHED!!! CRRREEEEPPPY!

I have been here a couple times. Ive even taken my mom, who had alzheimers and they are patient with her. This last time, however I went and he was very distracted. Didnt talk to me once and while working on getting the gel off he filed my skin off right above the cuticle. Its raw and he hit it several times while buffing as well. Then when he put the acetone on it burned like crazy. No apology, nothing. Im frustrated with this service.

This place is the definition of terrible. I asked for acrylic nails, he cut them down without asking what length I wanted, when he placed the acrylic on and filed them he made them so short they barely when over my real nails, the were FAR from even. When I asked him to straighten them he told me I can go home and file them myself, I really had to try hard not to laugh in his face how ignorant he was. Then google searches coffin nails and tried to argue that the square nails he gave me were the same thing. I asked him to file the nails down the be what I want and he told me that was stupid. Paint job looked like a 2 year old was doing my nails. NEVER GO HERE, just make the trip to Central Nails. At least they are priced nicely and do a FANTASTIC job.

Over all, I had a good experience with both technicians at this location. My nails look great, and despite the place being busy, the wait wasnt long, and nothing felt rushed. However, I went in and asked for a manicure and pedicure, having never had either service. I looked on their website, and their service menu lists that option at $40, with manicures alone being $15, and pedicures being $28. There are no lists of services posted around the shop, that I noticed. I was completely stunned when I went to check out, and was given a total over $80. I left there spending over $95, with tip. My advice is to know exactly what you are getting, because I feel like I really got screwed into paying for something I didnt ask for.

I always enjoy getting my nails done here, everyone is very talented and friendly. I highly recommend gel nails!!!

My first time going there and loved it! they were all very friendly and even though they were busy they took their and didnt rush me!

They do a good job, but the price is always different AFTER they finish.
