Fantastic service! Very friendly and efficient. I am a tough stick and she was fantastic! Will definitely come here for my blood tests in the future.

Made an appointment and arrived early. I was admitted for my scheduled test within 5minutes. The staff was kind and pleasant. I was there less than 10minutes and I everything completed as needed.

Employees dont wear masks. The whole reason I have to get blood drawn at LabCorp in the first place is because Im on immunosuppressive drugs.When walmart is handling Covid precautions better than a healthcare facility like LabCorp its a reason to be concerned.

This place is a JOKE!I went here for an employment drug test, otherwise I would not have even came to this dump!The staff here is beyond rude! Nobody speaks professionally or even understandable English. I was confused most of the time I was there.This place failed my drug test due to my medication. I had to deal with the idiots in their local corporate and they are just as rude!Boycott this place! Go to quest diagnosis where they are professional.

I would recommend this location to anyone. Easy check in, great bedside manner and very friendly staff. I was in and out with no problems. I had made an appointment and was seen within a few minutes after checking in.

You don’t even have to be friendly just don’t be rude. Speak to your clients in a manner that is dignified. This is the third time I have to come into Lab Corp in the past 5 years and y’all always have unhappy and rude employees. Do better

This is a healthcare facility that has employees not wearing masks. After calling corporate about the issue I was told they would follow up with me to address the issue. Its been nearly 2 months without a call.

I’ve been waiting for my son to have his blood work done for almost 40minutes. Nobody has even called us to check in. There needs to be a better system. I Much prefer Quest Diagnostics! Don’t come here if you have a choice.

I made an appointment and was taken within a few minutes of the appointment time. The technician who drew my blood was very good. It didnt hurt at all. I like the check-in process. Its fast. Can view your test results online.

After several visits over the years, I declare this is location as my preferred lab to go to. The staff is very friendly, professional, and organized so they make the experience of each visit enjoyable and efficient. Also... its very clean!Keep in mind that this location is part of the mall so it is not visible from the street level, but if you see the Garibaldis and Americas Bar, you know that youre in the right spot...

This is the second time I have visited this lab Corp on a Saturday and it was a quick in and out. They have a new sign in policy to help speed up the process. My appt was at 9:15 . The staff greeted me with smiles and the lady drawing the blood was awesome. We have never had any issues with any of the locations. Always good and timely service..

If you’re thinking of going here to save a little money because it’s cheaper than Quest, think again. There’s a reason LabCorp is cheaper...it’s like the HMO accepting doctor of labs, always much more crowded with long wait times, it’s not very clean or nice, no one even answers the phone if you have a question. Hard pass.

I didnt have an appointment so I had to wait a little while to be seen but the nurse was very nice.

Do not come here! I would give it 0 stars. I came here for a drug test. It took over 30 minutes just to be asked to come to the desk where they still had to process more information. There were over four employees that were currently talking about lunch and asking about another employee coming in while I was the only one in the patient waiting room. It was absolutely ridiculous! This process should not take any longer than maybe 30 minutes altogether. I would have not come here if it wasn’t required by my job and this being the closest Labcorp near me. They need to be more aware of wasting their patient’s time as well.

I walked in to get some lab work done. They were really nice and I was in and out.

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited 40 minutes from the time I stepped inside and was told I cant be seen and she thought I was having blood work done not a urine sample. the gentleman in front of me had 2 kids and was able to leave them in the waiting room. I was told no I cant have my children present period and that it is policy. what a hypocrite. I will NEVER recommend this company nor location to anyone for Anything. i am a single parent and did not have help this time to have someone watch my kids. but the person in front of me it was able to leave them. I was supposed to give a URINE sample. highly dissatisfied and disappointed!!!!!!!

I agree with others about the rude lady from India. I’m not sure if rudeness is part of her personality or it is something else. But it’s definitely tickling the nerves of visitors.I think it’s high time management notices this behavior. Her sense of customer service is definitely not up to the mark. She may need some training to ease into customer expectations.For example, I walked in and asked her if my doctor had actually sent my order for blood work this time, she told me in a rude voice, you have to check-in first. It dint make much sense for me. What’s the purpose of check-in if your doctor lab work order has not arrived? This is exactly what happened last time for me. I walked out after check-in because my doctor did not send in a blood work.I checked-in anyhow without much argument. A little later she calls me my last name, and as i walk to her window and wait, she wouldn’t say a thing for 5 minutes. Those awkward 5 minutes were a thing.I gave 3 stars (not 1 star) because the lab technician inside was extremely friendly. Though he draw 3 tubes of blood from my body, I hardly felt any pain. He eased me into nice conversation about my Apple watch and draw 3 tubes of blood. LOL. Now that is what I call a true customer service when it is combined with friendly attitude.

I dont know if you can ever love giving a blood sample but although I am a very difficult stick the staff stayed very professional and kept working with me to fill my doctors order. Each time they had to look at a possible site for the blood draw they asked if I was ok and if they could continue. I requested they continue to try to find blood and even though it took the entire staff, I was able to get the lab work done that my doctor had ordered.I sincerely appreciated the LabCorp staff.

Walked in without an appointment, the sign at the door that stated they are only taking people with appointments. To my surprise the staff was very friendly & accommodating; they did not refuse service. I was in and out within 7 minutes tops! Thank you.

In and out super fast! And the Indian guy that seems to run the joint is super funny and happy about his job. Hardly made a mark either-see pic. No appointment and it literally took 15-20 minutes max!

This was the first time here for me. Made appointment on line, so all I had to do was scan my license at check in.The lovely lady, from India, came out of her office and helped me. Very friendly. Another lady, blond hair, was also very friendly.I am a hard draw & the tech actually listened to me & used a butterfly.I dont know from where these bad reviews came, because I had no problems with anyone.They have moved to the same side as Garibaldis, so its not straight forward as in the picture.I only wish I had asked for the ladies names. They deserve some kudoos!

I am 8 months pregnant and this facility is disgusting. There was dry urine on the wall where the toilet paper holder is and I could only imagine what is on the actual toilet paper. I was asked to put my purse in a lockbox that was equally as disgusting; therefore I opted to leave it on the chair with the technician. I felt so dirty after using this facility, that I went home to wash up and change clothes before heading to work.

This location helped me when I went to another that same day who would not pre-employment drug screen due their restricted hours on the specific test i needed and the office attendent was very friendly

Awful service and a rude Indian lady at the front. You should plan to wait 2 hours or more. Nobody should use this place it is the worst lab ever. If I could give negative stars I would.

They have bad customer service expecially on the phone. An idian lady who works at hoffman estates location is very rude. She was getting very aggressive with me, couldnt answer my questions and hanged up the phone without saying anything. Never going back there again.

First rate.Have come here 3-4 times over 4 years.HARD to find, buried in a mall.Signage IS better than it used to be but the Garmin will send you into nevernever Garminland 2 miles too far west. Put Garibaldis in on Higgins Rd. In Hoffman estates, you pass it on your walk to the lab.They KNOW this and it could be corrected with the right IT guy and a call to Garminland. Minus a star.
