I come there often but this time I ask the barber to used a no.1 trimmer even all around wit no fade. But they barber gave me a fade wanted to charge me for a fade. I complained n finally he change the price. When I first came on l asked the cashier if they take a debit card. She said yes, but I was finished she wouldnt take my debit card. She said I had to used the atm machine. I told them with my bank Navy FCU I couldnt use any atm. The barber said they dont take debit cards cash only and I had to used the atm. I was charged $3.50 to used that atm. I am very disappointed with the service I received there. I will never come back there again.Louis McKinney

2 weeks ago Sunday I came to the Barbers Shop and I asked if anyone knew how to do a high and tide military cut and was referred to Felix, he did the cut and use the blade to shave the back of my head which I didnt ask and charged me 12 dollars, today I went to him told him the same cut no blade because allergies, still use the blade in some parts of my head and charged me 15 dollars. Been a Military guy my point is: dont follow instructions, charged more for less work and for me that is very unprofessional and after reading all the bad reviews in this page and how the owner dont give a hoop and been a Soldier of the US Army I will make sure that the license issuing agency, BBB and Chamber of Commerce is aware of this place.

The service is cutting edge. Proa is professional and excellent at what he does. I have been a regular here for the past 3 years.

So i just moved to Orlando a few weeks ago and was looking for a barber to cut my sons hair, at first the barber who was cutting my son was acting like he didn’t know what he was doing untill i had to stop him and another barber cut his hair and the edge in the front was crooked after that my son got a bold spot in the back of his head i immediately toom jim to the doctor and he has Scalp Psoriasis be careful make sure their clippers but i DO NOT RECOMMEND

Junior (second chair on right) fixed my 11 year old sons hair that another barber in Sanford messed up. He took his time. He also cleaned up my husbands hairline and beard. Barber in 5th chair on left did an excellent job on my 12 year old sons hair as well. Gave him a new style and cut and took his time. Barbering is an ART and these barbers understand that. They both listened when I told them exactly what I wanted with my two sons hair. We will return every week. Muchisimas gracias caballeros..se quedaron bien dope...bien hecho👌😘

Great hair cut every time

Never again, this was my sons second visit. The first time he got bumps so we have them a second chance by going to a different barber in the same shop. This time, he got more bumps. They are not cleaning their clippers right because my son keeps breaking out. Mind you this was 3 months apart and he went to another barbershop with no problems.

Best Dominican barber shop in ocoee

Very nice barbers take care of my almost 5 year old always make him feel comfortable. We used Hectors barber shop for a long time but now closed Sunday and found this place. Very good work guys.Oh I read an older post if you are white dont go here. Im white my wife is Peruvian and my son is Black. I never felt any bit of racism. This exists everywhere but my experience so far always good. Give them another chance.

The wait time is very reasonable even when its full. Affordable prices and very skilled barbers. My son is almost 3 and we have been using Axx Barber for about a year and I have yet to have a bad hair even with him moving around some times. My only complaint/ suggestion is that they need some to take payment n keep the bathroom clean.

Took my son yesterday to this barbershop looking for a new good barber. Well instead i found Great! Barbers, they all do what a barbers suppose to do which is give the customer a dope cut and take good care of him ever since the customer step inside. Theyre really the Best barbers in town! 👍🏾

After hearing about them I figure give the place a shot. I walk in, one barber calls me over but then tells me to wait and starts walking around. He seemed like he didnt know what he was doing. After awkwardly standing for a few minutes I decided to take a seat to wait on another barber. I notice 4 barbers sitting around doing absolutely nothing talking amongst each other. They would look over at me however Im not sure if they were simply too tired or lazy to take another client. At no time should there be a client waiting with 4 chairs open. After a few minutes I felt extremely uncomfortable and ignored so I left. As I walked out the door someone walks outside and asks if I needed a haircut. Really? Save your cash and go somewhere else. Ive never seen a more disorganized barber shop.

I looked for a good barber online, this place came up and I sure wasnt disappointed Billy is a really good barber. Didnt rush and the service was great. Nice guy from RD. If you go there for be sure to ask for Billy is worth the wait if any.

If you cannot speak Spanish, please get a translator to tell the barber exactly what you want, if not you will be there very disappointed as I am today. I went in for a fade and a shape up, and the barber cut my hair off because he did not understand me. This blows.

Very friendly and professional barbers, clean atmosphere with comfortable seating. They did a wonderful job on my sons hair.

The place looks awesome and I like the speedy service. You dont have to wait too long before someone is ready to cut your hair. However, not all barbers are equally skilled and results vary. Also, some barbers are more patients than others when dealing with difficult kids. One of my child barber was very short with my kid because he moved too much, which does not help when you kid hate haircuts. I had to come back to get my child hair fixed because it was that bad. Took about 45 min each time and still wasnt the best. I got my husband fix it once I got home. That barber used shaving blades which caused major irritation bumps on my kids forehead and sides. Its been 9 days and they are not getting better... The edge still wasnt sharp and he backed up my childs hairline, which it a big drawback for me. Cleanliness of tools is questionable across the line unfortunately. Anyways, my other 2 kids haircuts came out fine and needed no revision. Finally, I got hit on by one of the barber after I told him I was married. Still, he waited for me outside by my car. A bit creepy and disgusting. I am not sure if language was a barrier at this point because his friend had translated. I felt trapped and uncomfortable. No woman wants a man to wait for her outside without being invited to do so. I wont be coming back because of that. Thats unprofessional. Too bad. This place has great potential but too many issues for me. I guess it can work if you are a male client. You can find your barber and stick with him....up to you!

The third barber on the right side seems new to the barbershop and the first thing he do is laugh and talk trash about me and my hair as i try to tell him what i wanted. Lots of bad barbers need to change attitude and have professionalism.need a translator and there’s a lot of beginner barbers learning smh.HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Went there last minute on a sunday for my sons haircut, right when I came in we were called to a chair by Bryan I think his name was, last chair on the right. He did a great job, I absolutely loved the haircut, the price and simply it has been the best cut my son has got ever. Totally recommend them, and Im looking forward to go back before back to school and to take my 1 year old too.

Took my son to get a fade on the sides at least that’s what i told the fourth barber on the right, well i found out he didn’t speak no English and cut all my babys hair on the top I guess just to make the cut more easy for him. On top of that he finished in 10 minutes like HOW!? They just donit for the money ain’t no good service in here

Went to this shop for the first time today, great service as soon as I walked in I was called to a chair for my cut, the barber that did my cut was very professional with cutting my hair the only thing I didn’t really like was the fact he didn’t understand me & had to have one of the other barbers translate, I would definitely be returning for future cuts and would recommend this shop

I went in there to get my beard shaved but I ended up getting a lot of skin shaved off too. Which is surprising considering how dull the blade was. Took about twice as long as my normal barber and at the end of the shave just to make sure I had a bad experience he sprayed some chlorine aerosol thing on my face and some got in my eye. And just to top everything off I had to use the atm because they dont take card or 100 dollar bills. And when I got home I still had spots of hair on my face.

Its funny how most customers are kids yet none of the barbers wanted to cut my toddlers hair. I got denied by 3 to the point I got emberassed and waited outside for my husband to finish up his cut. And the barbers also have a nasty attitude. I definitely dont recommend.

This was a great place to get my hair cut... Today I experienced the worst cut ever and it was from the person who always does it. Older guy, chair on the right and about 3rd back from the cashier. Left so much uneven hair all over. Totally gave me the cold shoulder when finished and disappeared once I got up to go to the cashier, he must have known the chop-job he performed. By the way some white people speak Spanish as well, so saying white people hair is the devil is highly rude.Avoid this place if youre white.

Had an emergency, needed haircut and couldn’t wait for him so i went to somebody else which I regret doing, i tried to go to 3 barbers but they told me to wait for my barber, im like how bad is the customer service here and as soon as i start walking out aome barber call me and start cutting my hair, the guy did so bad im not coming back unless i know manny is there!
