To start Im a pretty easy going, quiet person and a pushover. If a business makes a mistake or wrongs me I generally say its okay even when it isnt. So it means a lot for me to actually take the time to write about a negative experience.I flew in from out of state for a wedding and being on a time crunch and taking care of a lot of things, I searched for the nearest place to get my nails done and came across this salon. Being unfamiliar with the area, I was convinced from all the outstanding reviews that I would be in good hands. When I arrived there were a lot of girls waiting already and I signed in, not being greeted for a couple minutes, which is fine, but then I sat for an hour with no recognition. A woman without an appointment even came in and was taken immediately since she knew one of the technicians. During that time seeing as I had no car and was pretty stranded at that moment, I called the only nearby place within walking distance which was a beauty institution, and they werent able to take a walk in. Finally once I was called to the front I told her I was waiting for an hour and all the people she was calling on the sign in sheet gave up and left a while ago. She said that she had an appointment coming up that she needed to do, but would take me anyway. I was stressed about the whole situation but really grateful since all I needed was a simple french mani pedi.Once I got to the table I was immediately disgusted as there was filed nail dust and dead skin everywhere on the table and tools, it looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks and my hands were coated with it, and the tools were not sanitized. I knew this was a major red flag and I should have bailed, but unfortunately I was desperate at this point and needed these nails done here and now so I grinned and bared it. During the manicure the lady who helped me really pushed for a gel treatment, which I kept turning down. Eventually I asked how much it was, and after saying it was $5 extra ($10 extra total for the mani pedi), I told her no I was good. I dont get my nails done that often, so when she brought out the gel curing machine (which was filled with more nail dust and dead skin all over inside) I honestly thought it was a futuristic drying machine and I didnt catch on that she gave me gel anyway. They fell apart a few days after and didnt last two weeks as promised.When it came time for my pedicure I saw the tools were not sanitized and I prayed to God nothing bad would happen. Unfortunately my left big toe is now infected with pus. And there was an issue where she couldnt give me French since I cut my toes too short. I was actually born with a birth defect where I have a stump toenail on one toe and the others are naturally short so this comment annoyed me, but I was more dissapointed because at home I have no issue with getting French on my nails. Where I live all places have a completely different technique that actually requires skill and precision with a small brush as a standard practice so I bit my tongue and got a single color on all but the big toes.When I went to pay it ended up being $55 due to gel nails I never wanted. I was upset but I didnt say anything since Im a pushover who doesnt do well with conflict, but I am now even more upset because it was so unsanitary, and Im pretty sure I contracted ringworm on my hands and feet here. I noticed I developed a rash that night after visiting here, but I was convinced I was having an allergic reaction to something. I am a clean person and the only one out of my group to develop it even with touching as little as possible and the same things as everyone else. Eventually today I went to a pharmacy after the rash had risen to a striking point and was told it was ringworm. I dont take this accusation lightly even with a bad experience, but this salon is the only scenario that makes sense and I fully regret coming here. Naturally I will never be in the area again since I live far away, but Im so upset and needed to let people know so they wont make the same mistake.

I am still in parking lot! I been here approximately an. Hour! I signed in,picked out nail color& was suppose to get fill& pedicure! A girl came in & they took her before me saying she had appt!! I was here right before Valentine’s Day & didn’t make appt,no sign about making appt! And besides I could of got pedicure while waiting on fill because another girl does pedicures! Very disappointed wasted hour out of my day🧐thanks Kelly!

Went to Luxury Nails! They always do great work and make sure you are relaxed and satisfied! Leo is one of my favorite employees. He is funny and sweet! He also does amazing pedis. 😍❤😍❤😍 Wish I had a good pic of them done like I normal would! LOL

I have been going to Luxury Nails Studio for the past couple of months now as the place I was going before this was horrible. My nails were barely lasting a week for a gel manicure.Lynn is amazing. Always takes you same day when you call. Always willing to make time for you and fits you in best she can and accommodates your schedule when possible.My nails always look great and last at least 3 weeks and would last longer if I could tolerate the length by then.Pleasant staff, polite and friendly.You absolutely get your money’s worth here.

The staff is so polite and my nails last an entire 3 weeks ! If you are looking for a new nail place this is the hot spot !!

Services provided are really dependent upon which technician you have working on you. The cost is appropriate / meets comparable services at other salons. I highly recommend making an appointment, otherwise you may be waiting over an hour.

First time I made an appointment and waited almost an hour. The lady who did my nails was very nice but my nails started to lift within a week. I made a second appointment with a new person and waited closer to 25 minutes. The guy was very nice but my cuticles were cut with the file on several fingers. When I mentioned it and showed him the blood after he did apologize., I just wont be back for a third time.

I had an appointment and still had to wait for a bit but it was 10000% worth it!! Lyn (the owner) kept apologizing for the wait and was very considerate of my time. She didn’t make small talk unless you wanted, and payed so much attention to detail! Would recommend this salon to anyone and everyone!

My stupidly expensive nails peeled, not chipped, in an hour. Literally an hour.Gel polish is supposed to last a while, I wasnt opposed to paying the extra for it. Three of my nails peeled that day. Three days later the acrylic started chipping at the sides. My pedicure was far less than expected.

Love the salon. Have been going here for two years. Girls are great, however this time I was taken care of by a man who was helping out the salon. First he told me he had to remove my set I was wearing which I only had put on a month ago. Secondly he told me how he was going to shape my nails. I had to stop him and tell him what I wanted not what he wanted to do. Will never have him touch my nails again!

Lynn is amazing! Shes a nail tech & the owner! She is def the BEST nail tech Ive ever had. She does amazing nails and treats me as family, well to her, Im like her daughter 😍 I love this place. I will not take money anywhere else!

Lynn and Kelli are caring nail techs. I do recommend calling ahead for an appointment on a less busier day like Tuesday or Wednesday, and be the first one in. They can get quite busy and behind.

Nice people and very clean but me and my friend went and both the workers did a very pour job on are nails. The paint is awful it’s very streaky and some places weren’t painted. They also made our fingers bleed in multiple places and it was over all not a good experience.

Ive been getting my nails done for over 24 years and this was my second visit today. I was nervous going to a new shop but the experience was pleasant and Angie is great, she does an amazing job and makes you feel relaxed.

I have been a customer of luxury nails for the past year but now its time for me to say something about the owner Lynn. Every time I come in she always tells me to pick a color quickly because she doesnt have time. Im always being rushed and I feel like shes very rude. All of the other girls are great however the owner Lynn doesnt seem to be very friendly or care about great customer service.

Lynn does a nice job on my nails. Very reasonable. However I question the cleanliness of their tools.

First time customer: I went last week to get a fill because I could not make it to my normal nail tech. Within a weeks time, 8 out of 10 of my nails were lifting 😔 I called and let them know that Tina( I believe thats her name) did my nails and that they needed fix. She didnt hesitate to fix her mistake😁 Great!! She ended up taking off all the nails that were lifting and placing new nails on. This set is HORRIBLE to say the least. 😡 They are all different shapes and they are lumpy!! I made her aware of some things that I wasnt happy with but it wasnt until I got in my car and realized that the false nail is not even touching the base of my nail! I am completely dissatisfied and will not be back!

Wanted to treat myself to a spa pedicure service and also find a salon who does standing appointments. We were looking for a nail salon that had good reviews. Saw this salons reviews and spontaneously decided to visit for services. We get to the salon and walk in the door and no one acknowledged us. We stood there for about 8 minutes at the front desk waiting patiently for someone to Welcome us. No one acknowledged us or said a word from their stations. I have been a nail tech for many years and know that customer service is the key to a successful business. There was clearly no concern for customer service here. As I was leaving I saw that they were to close in 25 minutes. If that was their reasoning why they didnt acknowledge us I am blown away by their reasoning. Not a proper way to handle your customers. The salon owner may want to get a handle on this. I would have loved to have written a good review as others have, however my experience with the salon doesnt merit one.I decided to go back a couple days later at a different time to give it one more go. Glad I did! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The service was quick and done well. The girls were sweet and very friendly! I will be returning! I also changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Good job girls!

Went into the salon last thursday to have a gel manicure and pedicure done here. The girl who did my pedi was great. The older lady that did my nails was not. The first problem i have is that the nail polish was not even put on my entire fingers which is clearly noticeable. The gel is supposed to stay on for 2 weeks but yet now, i have 2 nails without polish on them because it was not done right which is only a week later. Just a very sub par job by the nail tech which to me shows a lack of experience in the art. I am very disappointed and will never go back to Luxury Nails and will definitely let all my friends know to go somewhere else.

The girls were very friendly, knowledgeable and gentle. I have had people do my nails before and the tools pinched or cut the skin. I the only sensations i felt, were the tickling pumice, the warm water, and the chilly liquid.The massage chair is nice. My mani and pedi both look wonderful. My daughter and are havng fun watching our nails change colors lol

We are new to Ohio from Georgia and there are no nail salons in the area we live. I made the 30 minute drive here bc of good reviews. I have been 3 times and I am so glad I gave them another chance! The first visit I was a little put off bc of the long wait and not being greeted or acknowledged. Lynn did my nails and did a wonderful job!My next visit I waited close to two hours and had to let someone else in the shop do my nails.i didnt like them at all and they werent what I asked for but at this point my husband and kids were ready to go so I just let him finish,I paid and left unhappy.I called the Salon a couple days after and told Lynn that I was not happy. She told me to come in and she would fix them for me. Not only did she fix them but they looked amazing and EXACTLY what I wanted!she did not charge me and she was very nice about it. I will always go back bc of that! I was very impressed y Lynn.

She did my nails quickly but when I came to my ties they set me in a chair and left me for over 35 min.Wiol not go back!

Just went Monday for a fill and gel polish, it already started chipping within a few hours, now I have 3 nails that are chipped and after $40 you would think it would last at least a week. Very disappointed, will not be going back.

I won’t be going back. Don’t advertise that you have dip polish, and then dipped my nails in the base powder & then paint gel on top. I have gotten my nails dipped powdered for the last year at my normal salon before I moved, and it was obvious that this woman had no idea what she was doing. Not to mention she didn’t even have the right dip polish to advertise it!
