The person receiving the money embarrassed me by saying my 100 dollar bill was not real in front of everyone ik n the store. The lady sitting next to me was in shockVery disrespectful. No business etiquette.

My manicure here lasts much longer than from other places. The girls are friendly, and the prices are reasonable.

They dont have enough staff

My mother and I USED to go here....The owner, however, does not know how to run a business. He has the audacity to charge $5 more if he considers your nails long (above the fingertip is long to him).They had many signs up telling you how much you are required/expected to tip. Ive also witness him send people away based on their skin color.I will not give my business to this salon ever again. Completely dissatisfied

The COMPANY NAIL SALON at 2141 Central Park Ave Yonkers next to bed bath and beyond charged me an EXTRA $5.00 because they consider my nails long 😮. When I walked in I asked how much it would be and was told 40.00. I handed the guy 40.00 when I was finished and he said, wait - you have long nails, it is an extra 5.00. I was so shocked and flabbergasted that I just told him that he wouldnt see my face again.This place has signs that say $5.00 for long or wide nails. I dont consider nails that measure 1/8 of an inch over the tip of my finger to be long. Does that mean that they will give a discount for very short nails? They also have many signs that say you MUST tip 20% or better.The only reason I kept going back was because Jannette was a fabulous technician and I loved the way she did my nails. They lost my business.P.S. the 1 star was for the technician. She really deserved 5 but I didnt want to give the salon any credit.

I can’t believe it. The employees are unacceptable, they are ignorant towards the customers and they don’t have any care in the world. The women roll their eyes whenever they have to do a pedicure and other things. The women in the front desk doesn’t even ask you what shape you want your nails, or if you even want to cut them, she just does whatever works for her. This nail salon doesn’t care about their customer or their employees because all the women in the front does is talk behind everyone’s back. They need to value their customers and employees because it’s a crucial asset that helps the business establish a better environment with people.

Less than one star. Both times I’ve been here I was rushed or told there was not enough time to get what I wanted. The first time I left I unsatisfied with nail color because I just really needed them done. The man told me to come back another day if I wanted a different service. The gel chipped after 1 week. Yesterday I decide to give it another shot. The owner asks what I want. I said I don’t know, Maybe gel but I want to see what colors You have. When I ask the owner where the colors are multiple times he acts completely clueless to the meaning of my question. He then tells me to come back tomorrow. I explain, at any other nail salon, I come in and choose a color.I finally decide i want a French tip. He says they’re expensive. $65 for gel nails. I ask, does that include acrylic? He says no.At any other nail salon I can get the same thing with a pleasant salon experience at any other place for $35.Go to IVY nails instead. I went there and the service is sooo much better and the quality of the nail technicians is so much better!

The ladies working are very nice; however, i called beforehand to see if anyone was available for a wax and mani pedi and the manager said to come in in 30 minutes. when i came in after 45 minutes, i still had to wait an hour. always disappointed with how long the process is here.

My friend Cathy told me there was a new salon next to Bed, Bath and Beyond on Central Avenue in Yonkers and since I needed to be in the area yesterday, I called for an appointment only to be told that they dont take appointments. I wasnt very happy about that but I decided to bring my nail supplies with me and see what it was like anyway.I didnt have to wait. My nail technician was Letty. She did a wonderful job and I was glad I had taken a chance by walking in.The down side is that they dont take appointments and I prefer not to be a walk in. By the time I sat to dry, people were coming in and being told they had to wait 20-30 minutes. My time is valuable and I would never wait so long for a manicure.I asked the owner if it were possible for me to call 10-15 minutes prior to showing up and requesting Lotty and she said that she really doesnt like to do that but maybe. *sigh* Oh well! If it were not for that I would have given Company Nail Salon for Her a five star rating. They are open Monday - Saturday 10:00 - 7:30 and closed on Sundays.

The asian man who I think is the owner is disgustingly rude. No manners... he will take the money right out of your hands to tips his workers. He will make rude comments if he feels you are not tipping a good amount. I felt uncomfortable because of him and will never go back. The lady who did my nails was nice and did a good job... but that owner ruins it.

Loved it! & its my new nail place.Best part is the pedicure when they massage your legs with hot rocks.

The guy who sits at the front is extremely rude. They also force you to tip the the exact 20% which is really bizzare, especially if the service is horrible and very poor. Would not recommend coming here. They rush and dont really give you the right attention for the price you pay.

Well me and my wife came in and it was only 2 workers no one else the guy tells us 30 min and will be ready to go 2 other girls walk in after us and tells us come back tomorrow and starts to take care of the girls yeah well there’s a loss never coming back here again never wish a the reason why I gave 1 star was because the store is actually clean never coming again

My wife was treated terrible. She is one of those people who could tolerate a lot of pain (maybe more than I can) and she had to tell her tech to take it easy twice because he was hurting her. She suffered 6 cuts. Never had this happened to her before. On top of that she was told about a special price to do both her hands& feet and at check-out they charged her more than the regular price. She says she will never set foot in the place again.

The owner is very pushy & a rude woman, & there are signs all over that tells you to tip 20%.If you get your nails done all the time you should know How to tip people.They were reasonable in the beginning, now nickel & dime you for everything.The worst part is having to wait 45 minutes or longer sometimes.

The man at the front desk is racist! They are sloppy with painting nails I am Hispanic and black and he tried to talk about me in Spanish because I wanted a polish change and told the female not to file my nails after I have been going there for 2 years now! I will never go there again!!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went there today so bring my young daughter for some special time. We walked in I asked if they could paint her nails and toes, they flat out said no. Now if they had some sort of policy against working on kids, that would be one thing, but their reason was it was a cheap service and they didnt have time for that. Absolutely unbelievable!

Company Nails...when they 1st opened they were nice but now theyre just nasty! You cant do appointments, you cant go up & pick a nail polish out because the owner gives you a chart of colors. They dont even use soap when doing a pedicure. They are very over-priced and signs everywhere about tipping. Letty is very good and I always try to request her. The TV is so high up on the wall that youre literally breaking your neck. The last time I walked in there & was told the wait would be 45mins or more I went to another nail salon. How do you expect people to wait 45 mins, very unprofessional and bad business. I only go there now when theyre not busy but if you want courtesy and professionalism go to Central Nails, theyre down the street.

Even one star is to much .... I went there yesterday to get a filling. I didnt had an appointment so I just went there because the door said walk in welcome the over just looked at me shook his head and told me i need to have an appointment. After I replied that the door and the business card as well say that walk in is welcome. After that he got rude told me he doesent want to do my nails because I didnt went there to get them ... like I said one star to much !! Do not go there

I will never step foot in this place again. My nails were done ok I had three tips broken didnt put new ones on. I asked how much it would be wasnt given a price at all. She was writing down the prices underneath the desk in front of me all I got was a gel manicure and it cost me 40 plus I was told I had to give an 8 dollar tip which was bs 3 or 5 wouldve done but 8 ?!? Really ridiculous it was nice and clean inside but 2 over priced and shouldnt be forced into given a 20% tip I really wouldnt go here they arent very clear on anything they were nice but totally a scam not worth it I got gel but people walking in wanted regular and they were pushing people to get the gel

THEEEEE WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I cant even begin to explain how AWFUL they are. The owner at the front desk is the RUDEST woman you will ever meet. I wont be surprised if they go out of business soon :)I will NEVER come back to this dreadful place ever again.

Very bad services, the owner, guy at the front desk is very RUDE I came with my daughter to get our nails done with ONE person and he demanded I leave and Only get my nails done Today he told me to wait 30 min in my Car! he wanted me to do my nails with another worker and I wanted to do it with a specific worker very rude man to be running a business.

The 4stars was for the great job my tech Jeannette did! The lady at the front desk was rude to check how much I tipped her & the signs about tipping are so tacky!

This Asian guy with long hair has to be the nastiest manners I’ve ever seen, only because I’m doing eye brows he tells me to come back, place is horrible . I would give less then one star if I could.
