I’ve been coming to Pop and Polish for quite some time now. My last visit was my last straw with this establishment. I’ve been having mixed feelings on coming back because I did take some time away going to other nail salons to find better quality. This nail salon is definitely over hyped, it looks beautiful inside majority of the staff is nice especially Alice she is a gem. My only issue at first is that every nail artist does not scrub your feet hard enough during a pedicure, it’s not worth the money at all. There is no reason you should be leaving a nail salon with rough foot bottoms, there is no thorough massage or any treatment you would get at another salon when you book a pedicure. This has been an issue for everyone I know who has referred me here and eventually stopped coming here. In addition, I just got my nails done Wednesday, August 18th and I always do SNS. SNS does not chip or crack if done properly it should last 3-4 weeks. This is the first time I had an issue with it trying a different nail artist at pop and polish and the SNS was not applied correctly in the corners and my nails already cracked and chipped off within 5 days!! I called the manager (Cici)on (August 25th which is exactly a week away from the day of the service) in order to get some type of accommodation on my next visit even just $10 off a new set since it was just a few mistakes. She stated that I would have to come back and get them touched up after I explained that I have a full time job I schedule my nail appointments ahead of time on days I can leave early so I would not be able to come back in until my next set. Cici gave me a hard time and still said there was nothing she could do to help me when I even stated I can provide her with pictures if she does not trust my judgement. I do not think this is how the situation should have been handled to someone who has been a consistent customer and I shouldn’t have to come back and waste my own time on a set that should have been done correctly the first time. I will take my business elsewhere and I understand why everyone else does over time.

Absolutely horrible! I came here to get my nails done for my birthday. I paid $85.00 to look like a child has done my nails. Worst experience ever as she kept leaving to jump back and forth between another persons nails. No refunds and an absolutely horrible place will never be coming back! Don’t do it! Not worth your money at all!!!

They are really nice and accommodating. I called in a rush, hoping to fix my nails that were messed up from another salon and they had me come in and did a great job. Thanks Peggy!

First time in this salon. I love my nails. Definitely will go back. This is SNS French Ombre. Nail tech took their time and was friendly.

Amazing salon with fabulous nail artists!! I found this place on Instagram and I was so happy I went! I strongly suggest making an appointment because they get busy but its well worth it!! Pricing is great too 😊👍 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

SNS came out great, nail tech was on point and gentle. Pedicure was a little disappointing, filed down a nail too much on top and was a bit painful. Then the heel filing was quick and inefficient. Overall, first time was ok, I may return.

I’m visiting family from out of town and their nail design photos caught my attention out of all the other salons. Beautiful job and peaceful experience! Scheduling an appointment online was super efficient. Very clean inside. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in town! Thank you!

My nails were so bad, grown out way past 2 months...broken, glued and nasty. I walked in here and they took me in immediately... the owner did an awesome job on my nails...she did not make me feel bad about how bad my nails were either...in fact she was nothing less than adorable and kind. To think they have been here 2 years and my son found them by accident. I know I finally found my new place. Thank you for an amazing job see you guys again soon!

In and out took care of me and my mom in less than an hour. Great service will visit again definitely!!

Once i sat in the pedicure chair i told the girl i wanted a gel French manicure with a black line on my fingers. Once it was time to do my nails she told me powder would be better. I picked the same pink color i just soaked off my nails and then the girl told me it was $15 more on top of the $48 powder for the black line. TERRIBLE communication, she should have told me that before i picked the color so i could decide on another color.

Ive tried about 3 or 4 other nail salons around the area and no one compares to pop & polish. CeCe is wonderful and always does a great job

Overall they do provide nice service. Always happy with pedicure and S and S (dip powder) nails. Lasts usually about 4 weeks! Cant wait for for them to re-open.

My First Visit was a Good One!I did some research and went with a friends recommendation when chosing a new nail salon. I called earlier today and was able to make an appt later in the day. I had acrylics but wanted to try the SNS Powder and I really like the Ombre designs...so I chose a pink base with an orange tip and Alice did a great job!

This place is very clean and nice. I went with my girl friend once. Tools are sterilized and staffs are professional. Highly recommended.

I just moved to the neighborhood and I love this place so detail oriented and did exactly what I wanted willl definitely be a costumer from now on thank you guys !!!!!!!

The Quickest And Worst Manicure Ever!!Went In Went Out In 10 Minutes.I Wanted My Cuticles Cut And Have A Proper Manicure But I Didnt Get It..Not Even A 30 Second Massage Like Any Other Place Out There!!!!!!!I Dont Recommend Such Place.

I really wanted to like this place, but its been a let down both times I went. The first time I went I got a pedicure and the guy I had seemed very stressed and rushed. Needless to say it was a stressful experience for me and the pedicure was not good. Still, my sister liked her manicure so I decided to give it another try.When I went back a few weeks later I got an eyebrow wax and gel manicure among other things. The gel manicure was good, but started to chip within 1 day. However the last straw for me was that the technician burnt off the skin of my eyebrow during my wax! The worst part was, she didnt say anything about it. I couldnt really tell it was burnt until after I left (when I realized the redness wasnt just from it just being waxed), so I couldnt even complain while there. I was quite disappointed first as the quality of the wax but second at the fact that I still had to pay for an eyebrow wax where my eye was badly burned.Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this place because I am just not sure I can trust them.

Horrible experience! When filing my nails she cut my fingers making them bleed. To top it off she tried to say it was because my skin is soft! What a joke this place is.

Tried this salon multiple times due to its convenient location. Have been SEVERELY disappointed each time. Staff comes across unprofessional. Even better, I went to get my eyebrows waxed, and they burnt my eye lids to the point you can see scabs forming. If it was possible to give no stars, I would.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Both times I came here I asked for the most basic service you can get at a nail salon. A regular manicure. Both times, the person doing my nails filed round (I asked for square), and filed my nails crooked. When I pointed it out she was RUUUUDE. Lots of teeth sucking, and muttering under her breath. When she polished, it got all over my cuticles...it looked worse than something I could have done at home myself. I asked for the polish to be removed (this was beyond something that could be easily swiped off the skin) and for someone else to polish. I wanted to like this pkace because it is a convenient location, but after two AWFUL experiences, between both the service and the attitude, I will never come back.

Today I had a soak off acrylic, reg pedi and gel manicure. While I have generally liked Pop and Polish enough to be a regular over the last year; because of Sam’s nasty and entitled attitude today that has ended. After taking 3 hours to complete a simple service, breaking two of my nails, not following my instructions to file, not cut my nails and literally standing over me while I got money from wallet and then yelling at me for not giving him 15% percent tip that he did NOT earn I simply cannot spend my hard earned money here any longer. No paying customer should ever be met with rudeness. Sam said “I never want to see you again!” Well Sam, I am happy to oblige. Sisi, if you’re half as smart as you seem you’ll fire Sam.

Gets crowded you need to be there before they open at 9:30am on the weekend. No acrylic only gel by appointment only and SNS color powder done everyday which is better for your nails $38.00 and $48.00 for SNS French manicure.

Nice place, the furniture were new they had a lot if colors to choose from the place was clean.

My mom and I have been coming here since theyve opened. Between the two of us we have tried just about every nail tech here. Generally we are both always pleased, dont get me wrong I have been disappointed a time or 2 however I can be very meticulous. We get the SNS and a pedi just about every 2/3 weeks. The service is always pretty good and they follow direction pretty well. The best techs in my personal opinion are Sisi, Alice and Ella. I dont think ill stop coming anytime soon so long as they keep up great customer service.

RUDE I paid for my mother and I. I got a gel manicure and she got a mani pedi. When she walked from the pedicure to get her manicure so she messed up two toe nails. The women that did her nails was very angry. She sucked her teeth quite a bit. The women I had totally rushed to get another customer. She didn’t fully clean my nails. She rushed to clip my cuticles and made me bleed three times. Very rushed service and unfriendly.

The workers are extremely rude. They also didnt wash their hands after giving someone a pedicure and they tried to do my nails but I told them to wash their hands. I dont recommend it at all.

Well done . good shape . Overall great service . But. This is sns 40$ And I asked for those two small designs for the fact that I didn’t want to pay a lot . Since I saw that design cost 20$ More ….They are also matte which places charge for when it’s little to less labor then regular shine Polish. I left there paying 75$ and 7 $ Tip like do these look expensive? No. . I can get a full design elsewhere for an appropriate price .I will only come back to get base 40$. 1 color . But that’s if these nails last the test …I just hate when places are greedy like this . Makes business actually go down but I guess they don’t see it that way!Live with purpose and love not greed!!
