I took my mother to this salon on a Wednesday afternoon, she got acrylic tips and a pedicure. By the next day Thursday one of her nail fell off and Friday another one fell off. I called up the salon they told us to come back. We arrived 7pm on Friday they close at 8pm. I guess we got there too late because he did a worse job than the first time. My mother does not do any hard work, she stays home with my 3 month old baby. Getting her nails was just a little treat. She told my I should of saved my money. So let me tell anyone thinking of going here, save your money, your time and your energy! ANY NAIL SALON BUT THIS ONE, it’s not worth the headache.

I stopped coming here because always pushed off the the gentleman on right. He is so slowPedicures are not worth it. Ingrown toenails are not a speciality when doing. I explained you have to get under the skin...ok ok she tells me. I decided today to give another chance...What a waste of my time and money.

If only staff here can take their time and realize they are offering a service to be paid, I would have rated them a 4 stars. They always rush through services the moment they see more clients walk in. To me this is unacceptable and this will be the last time I visit this nail store.

They do a great job. Sometimes a little wait but worth it. They dont take appointments. Not a huge regular nail color selection. Great prices.

So I went there this past weekend & was very annoyed with the workers. A guy on the right side of the establishment offered to do my nails while I was waitin on the owner (Judy) to do my nails. He did not want to take the acrylic off my nails with a (metro) card, so while tellin me to go wait for Judy him & lady next to him began to laugh & speak in their language. When I made a request to the owner for my pinky, the 2 ladies next to her began laughing & speakin in their language as Judy tells me I can’t do that. Instead of askin about a tip, they should be more concerned about keepin customers#Rethinkinggoingback

They do good work

It was horrible. Lady was rushing through the whole thing and the nails are so bubbly and ugly. I can tell the entire time that she was talking and laughing about me to her co worker. I came an hour before closing just to change the color of my feet but she still rushed through the whole thing and she did horrible. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience in this store and I’m not planning on ever going back.

This was the worst experience. They seemed in a rush. We got a pedicure that was very basic, and they seemed to do the bare minimum. When we went to get our gel manicures done they buffed our nails with a tool that strips the top layer off of your nail. Then without soaking out hands they tried to remove our cuticles, with our hands dusty and dry. They dont wash their tools in between customers or sterile. Every single time in different nail salons they have always soaked our hands before doing anything to them, so as to not dry them out. Then when we said something they became angered, speaking in a foreign language to one another. If you are looking for something worth your money DO NOT GO HERE.

Got a full set about a week and a half ago. I wanted a coffin/ballerina shape and the man said I had to pay $5 extra for the shape (?!) Went on vacation came back and a few nails started lifting one week in. Unreal. By the timeI went to another place for a filling I had already lost two nails. The new place I went to was disgusted at the job they had done on me and I ended up getting a whole new set by a professional nail technician. Save your money and go somewhere else. Ridge hills nail spa is not far from this place and you will not be disappointed.

Worst nail salon ever. I understand I came 30 mins before closing but all I was getting done was a manicure. My friend was already there and I had asked my friend to make sure it was ok with them if I came 30 mins before closing. Rushed the manicure doing a horrible job. I understand when it’s the end of the day and you just want to get home but they started sweeping and mopping 30 mins before closing, hitting one lady in the process with a broom. Then kept telling everyone to be careful because the floor was wet. How about waiting another 5 mins for people to leave and then you do what you have to do? Everyone was super rude and looked like they did not want to be there. My advice is to close down and find something else to do.

Horrible. Been going there since I was a teenager because they were the most affordable, but they are always rude. Now that I’m older I choose to pay a little more for better service. However, today I was nearby and decided to give this place another shot. When the guy was taking my tips off he was hurting me, one of my nails ripped off so short, and he cut almost every finger on my left hand while filing. Once I noticed I was bleeding from one of my cuticles I got up and left. They never offered to fix it for free or at the very least apologize and not make me pay for the removal of my tips. I still had to pay $5 for the terrible job he did for taking off my nails and they could care less that I had a bad experience. This is not my first bad experience there, but it will definitely be my last. One time my boyfriend took me to get my nails done and he was going to pay for me, men have no idea how much to tip at a nail salon, they rudely asked him out loud how much he wanted to tip and when he responded the girl doing my nails laughed. So disrespectful, terrible attitude, they don’t care about customers.

The rate for this nail salon is zero!!!! I asked the girl that was doing my pedicure to use the drill machine to buff down my big toenails to shape it correctly and the girl next to her had to translate and she said she could not use the drill for a reason she did not say and after I asked her to use the drill through out the pedicure she was talking to the girl next to her about me thats so rude. No disrespect but the Asian nail salons are the worst in giving a pedicure. They are like a factory you are done in 15 to 20 minutes a real pedicure should take about an hour. Then I asked her if they take debit cards and she said anything under $20 is a $1 more so my pedicure was $16 instead of $15 the price for a regular pedicure. Well just another place I will boycott!!!! The dominican salon that offer nail services are 100 times better.

This nail salon has the worst customer serviceI have ever encountered in my life.I asked how much a full set was they told me was $15 and then when everything was all done they charged me $30 And as I was getting my nails done they constantly cut my fingers my nails are not square tip they are half coffin half square tip they are not straight they are curve to the side the nail Polish is not even fully on my nail it doesnt even look like I got my nails done it looks like I havent got them done in 3 months And when I told the lady that she had cut my fingers cause Im bleeding literally on the table she denies it and says no I cut myself when that is obviously impossible when she has both my hands Am I the end of the whole thing I just wanted to go home the woman they did my nails had the nerve to say youre not leaving a tip for me and then she speaks and her language Laughing and I replied with now because I didnt pay for abaci job And the owner of this establishment has horrible workers that does not taking to consideration how to treat customers and they dont even have proper licenses for being a nail technician If I could give no stars that would be perfect but sadly I had to give one they should really start giving an option for 0 I dont want anyone to go to this place and get the most worse experience than I have. M when the women think you dont understand them when they Speak their language but you know everything theyre saying they get upset with you when they deny it even when you recorded it.

Wanted a nice relaxing pampered pedicure... instead I found myself with a cut toe, feet grated raw. For my manicure to my ultra short nails, just a freshen - no polish, just a buff. The guy hemmed and hawwed while buffing, said it was hard work, he had to stand and stretch....not the service I was expecting, nor will I be coming back. Good try though.

Anytime you ask a question, they never know how to answer because no one speaks english. i have ingrown toenails that really hurt. i always ask but they never get them out all the way and the massages HURT. even if you get one for your legs, they just suck.

Went there for a pedicure explained to the guy doing my toes that my toe nail was broken he proceeded to break the nail even more than has the nerve to paint over the broken nail! My toes look like a 5 year old painted them I still have nail polish all over my toes! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! And he didn’t even file the nails properly they have the worst sharp edges! I will never go back nor will I recommend this place, worst money ever spent!

I attempted to get my nails done today at this location and was completely ignored after being acknowledged when walking in. I waited 20 to 30 minutes along with other customers that came after me and taken before me. Well sad to say I got fed up and left after wasting 30 minutes of my lunch hour. This place is totally unprofessional!!!. I will not give this place any stars after today..

Waited over an hour for a filling only to find out that the credit card machine wasnt working. No sign on the door and did not let their customers know until it was time to pay.

Horrible the first thing they do is beg for a tip before even doing ur nails. I was nice enough to give it but my nails was trash. It didnt give me that wow u just got ur nails done look. It was more of 2 week old look.

This place is the worst of the worst! I came to get an acrylic refill. The girl who did my nails was brutal on my nails and even gave me a few cuts on some of my fingers all because she was rushing. She rushed the processes that I ended up getting fungus on one of my nails because she didnt seal the nail correctly!!! These people do not know what they are doing! Im never coming back here again!

0 negative. The pedicurist scraped my skin. The more I complained the more she pulled my foot to continue scraping the skin and the gel from my toenails. It was very painful. She didn’t care. She just wants to get the job done even if the customer is horrified. I walked out of there never to come back.

Everyone there is perpetually in a bad mood. I got UV gel nails and within a week they are separating from my natural nails. Then they tell you that you have to get a new set. This entails sliding a metrocard between the gel and your natural nail and literally RIPPING the gel from your nailbed!! And then if you say that it hurts, they get annoyed with you!! I dread going there and am looking for a new spot.

Had the worst experience getting a gelManicure .I kept telling the guy to soak my nails in water and get the cuticles out and he kept telling me to wait .All of a sudden he told me he was done and my nails look horrible.Plus the place is dirty . Had to ask to change the tool before he started my pedicure .
