Excellent experience. My ac broke in the middle of our last 90+ degree series of days. It was unbearable to drive. They got me in a week earlier than 2 other shops and took good care of me. I will be taking my truck to them in the future.

Friendly and fast service! I don’t live in town, but whenever I’ve been in Edina and needed an oil change or radiator pressure test, the staff at Grandview has always been so helpful.

Grandview Tire and Auto would have to strip my oil-drain-plug, forget to put the lu after rotating my tires. Next, rather than vacuuming the floor (for free) they would have to dump the vacuum cleaners into the vehicle not give me the free car wash (comped with the lube service, of course), lose my car keys and steal my The Wallflowers Bringing Down the Horse CD. THEN, I might think about switching places. Maybe. Nine Mile Creek Trailhead is on the corner, so go catch a little arrow while your car is gettin all fancy. Trust me itll end up being a good day.

Had two oil changes there. First one they overfilled my Subaru and I had to take back. Our other car was done well, but its really hot sitting in your car.

Very friendly staff. Price for full synthetic oil change is cheaper compared to other places. They’re not trying to sell extra service unless it’s serious. And also they give free carwash ticket each time you have a service. Highly recommended.

I went there for an oil change all staff was very nice I love that they actually care for you as a customer the prices for the service is priceless!, They do so much more then a basic oil change are vacuum out 8 top off all your fluids check basically everything underneath the hood from here on out I will most definitely come here and only here!.. they have a new customer Im very satisfied and Im usually a picky person... LOL and I must not forget have a soda machine which is only 50 cent 😂.. complimentary hot chocolate and coffee and cappuccino they have a snack machine which is very nice they have charger outlets if your phone is low and television which two chairs you sit in our very comfortable by the time I got really comfortable laughing at the television show it was time for me to go 🤣... I am so in love with this place if you havent been there you should go I guarantee you will come back!

Always prompt and courteous. Not necessarily cheap, but they never try to up sell you something you don’t need. So overall pricing becomes pretty reasonable. And their work is always absolutely top quality.

I was very happy to find this shop. Its near my work and the lunchtime oil change works very well. They are extremely fast and very professional. I have gone twice so far with two different vehicles and had good experiences both times. The first time they didnt carry the oil filter for my Suzuki because they are pretty uncommon - this was fine with me as they promptly got one delivered within a half hour. In the meantime they offered to give me a ride to work as well as pick me up after work - or in some way accommodate my time needs. I declined their offer but was very grateful for it. You get a nice first time discount as well as a free car wash with every oil change (I think). On top of all this it was very reasonable priced - overall a very good experience. I cant speak for their auto repair/tire shop.

I am new to Minnesota and get nervous bringing my car to new places for service. My boss recommended this place and my car got the fastest oil change it has ever had! 15 minutes was all it took and I felt safe leaving my car in their hands. The guys are all really nice and helpful. They set me up with a coupon and future discounts, as well as providing me a recommendation for what type of oil change I should get to save the most money in the long-run. While I am in Minnesota, I will return to these guys for every service my vehicle needs!

We have used Grandview Auto for several years and never have been disappointed. The team members are friendly, take the time to explain their recommendations and provide expert advice that can be trusted. Never have they tried to “upsell” or provide services or equipment not needed. In fact, on the most recent visit, they acknowledged a mistake they made, immediately took steps to fix the problem at their expense and gave us a full accounting of what happened and explained their repair. We greatly value the expert service we receive from Grandview.

These guys were great! I thought I had a tire damage because the air was leaking out of one of the tires unusually fast. My tire was down to 15 psi. I called in to about four other locations before I called Grandview tire and auto. None of the other locations were able to take me they wanted to schedule me in for appointments for the following day but Grandview was able to help me out. And Im glad that they did!It turned out my tire was fine and they werent going to charge me anything for the diagnosis. A tire air valve was loose which caused my tire to leak the air out faster than it should, which they tightened it for me for free.My tire sensor has been out for a while and that they also got it situated for me as well which was not handled by the last place I went to.Their oil change and car wash prices are very competitive so I got that done at their place I couldnt be happier!I plan on coming here again. I felt that the crew here was very honest and that I can trust them, which is not common in the car maintenance industry.

I take my three cars here and always have great service. If something doesnt need to be done, they will tell you. And they have a handy shuttle service if you live/work in the area. And, you get a free car wash with every service visit. And they have online coupons for oil change discounts, etc. highly recommend for honest service!

Hands down--this place is the best around! I always feel 100% satisfied when I leave. They go out of their way to take care of customers. This last time I was in, they found a coupon of greater value than the one I brought in (without me asking), left my car in the garage so I didnt have to load my son back into the car in the rain, gave me a free car wash (as always!), and reminded me to take advantage of topping off my fluids when Im in the area. Theyre prompt, skilled, affordable, and enjoyable. Ive been going here for years--this isnt out of the ordinary. Its how they do business. Definitely give Grandview a try!

Replaced battery that did not need replacing. Worst service ever. The roof light in the back was turned on somehow which kept draining my 2 year battery. Simply turning that off and charging the battery would have done the trick. Falsely told me that my battery cell is faulty so i had to replace it. Deceitful. Also someone over the phone had told me that replacing headlight bulbs would be under $10 a piece but charged $60 for two bulbs and when i ask why i was lied to, the manager just shrugged. Unbelievable!

Oil changes here for many years. Friendly, quick, professional, and they even vaccum the interior and give a carwash!

This place is the best... I washed my car here today and when I finally checked, there were still few dead bugs left near my license plate, since it was a very hot day. I asked the manager if I could wash again, and if I have to pay again, but he offered a free wash and my car was clean. He was very nice and helpful. I will definitely go here again.

Went for an oil change. The service was great and it was a good price.

I didnt have them do the work. I didnt get a positive feel that they were going to do only work that was needed and the price was much higher than places I had been in the past.

Not the least expensive, but honest. Ive known Tim Murphy for a long time and he runs honest operations. You may be able to find work a little less expensive, but not as through and you can have confidence that the work being preformed is what is needed.

These guys are wonderful! I had a (nearly) flat tire and a dead car battery, and they had a guy come over to jump my car free of charge. The costs of having the tire patch done were very reasonable.

Good, reliable service at fair prices. Always feel like the dealership repair shops are trying to rip me off with a long list of other (usually expensive and probably unnecessary) things that need to be taken care of. These guys tell it like it is and just fix the problem. Very friendly and helpful employees.

AAA suggested me to change the battery terminal ends due to rust. Went for a 2nd opinion, Grandview cleaned the terminal ends(no charge) and I am good to go! I decided to change the battery even though there is some life in it.The team listened well, courteous & very professional!Update on 1/8/2016: Grandview gave me a coupon for a car wash. I went today and the coupon expired. I did not ask for a free wash but one of the manager came & punched a free car wash. That is what I call Customer Service!!

Grandview Auto guys at this location were great. Today was the first time I went in. My engine splash guard had come off due to broken clips. Due to not noticing this earlier, and driving on a stormy day like today, hitting a flooded street pushed the guard out and back, cause it to hit the ground every time I drove. I quickly took it in, and the guys told me on the phone there wouldnt be any charges. I know this was a fairly quick fix, but I always end up paying at any garage I go to. Especially, since this was a nice garage in Edina, (one of the pricier areas of the twin cities metro).Low and behold, there were no charges, and they quickly fixed up the guard and put new clips in it.Thanks guys! I will definitely be looking here again for my regular wear and tear.

Great car wash, monthly package is worth it.

Friendly staff reasonable pricing on services performed. Asked them what the service light meant and apparently no one knew what is needed. Called the dealership and they told me it was an oil change, multipoint inspection test drive and liquid top off so got the oil changed and liquids topped off(hopefully) at grandview auto for 100+ cheaper than at the dealership. Check with both places prior to getting your oil changed as per my conversation with both the dealership and grandview auto the oil that is put by dealership mechanics lasts twice as long as the one you get from grandview. So I’m the end it ends up being cheaper to pay 260-300 at dealership than paying 140 twice at grandview...

Terrible customer service. The technicians dont check the cars properly & ruined my seat with dirty clothes & some how detached my leather from the frame. Didnt ask at first, but was looking in my trunk to find the tool for my lug nuts and didnt even think to put a towel down so he doesnt scratch my bumper near the trunk. Also dented my side door with another vehicles side mirror because he forgot to check each side of the car before putting in drive. Man at the front desk that wears glasses had a terrible attitude on the phone and in person. Told me my total cost would be $200 before taxes and it came out to be $179 before taxes. The manager was awesome, came out and helped put my seat back on.If you all dont like your job go find a new job but dont take it out on loyal customers. Never coming back to this location.

I had my pads and rotors replaced 14 months ago and the rotors are already warped. Checked with another mechanic and confirmed. Grandview responded by charging for an inspection to confirm theyre warped (they were) and offered no credit/discount despite the miles being under warranty and time being just over warranty (by 2 months). In my experience Grandview is expensive with poor customer service and they do not stand behind their work/products. No thanks, Ill take my buisness elsewhere.

Went for an oil change over my lunch hour. Was in and out in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

My car was brought in to replace the starter. First problem was that a repair I did not ask for was added to the bill. It was taken off when I questioned it. Then when I picked up the car the accelerator cable had been dislodged causing the engine to over-rev dangerously when driving. The manager saw the problem but would not admit his shop caused it. If you go to this place pay close attention to everything they do.

Its a Free Space our church held the Womens Ministry meeting there. The only thing is the restroom downstairs is scary, nasty

Definitely not happy with this place what so ever and wish I wouldve had way better luck like the previous people did. This place almost destroyed my engine. I stopped in because my temperature gauge was a little high so I figured while I was there I might as well get my oil changed too. So as they were changing my oil they stripped the threads on my pan?! Ive never even heard of that being done and after calling Honda, they said that Grandview had to of messed something up but at least they were able to put on a temporary cap. They tried to make me leave my car there over night but unfortunately I was just passing through town and when I told him that he gave me the deer in the head lights look which I knew was bad. They claimed to of had temporarly fixed it and on my way I went. Within about 5 minutes of being on the road my cars RPMs were going crazy and wouldnt shift back down, I was so scared I called them to ask what they did and I was told to bring it back and theyd fix it in the morning. I told them that was unacceptable and hung up. As I was driving home yesterday from the airport my temperature gauge when sky high again and luckily I was in Young America so I was able to stop some where and find help. Come to find out, I told them I was having a high temp indicator when I got my oil changed, my coolant tank was almost empty!!! They told me at Grandview I was probably just having problems with my one fan and to blast my air conditioning. Thankfully I actually know my car and stopped when I did or I may have done some serious damage. They will surly be getting a nice long note and the bill to have my car repaired because it is just ridiculous.
