Having gone to the same place and the same person for at least 15 years, trying a new place was a little nerve-wracking, to say the least. While I am still trying out all the nail technicians here to find a pedicure person that suits me, I can tell you with 100% certainty that Nancy does the BEST nails ever! However you picture your nails should look and could look, she does it quickly, professionally and PERFECTLY!

I love it There! Nancy is the absolute best. I have been doing my nails, feet and eyebrows with her over 10 years now. Ive referred a lot of my family(m/f)and friends there too. They all report 10 out of 10!!!!!!!!!

Nails crooked and pedi was so basic for the price. But nice ppl. Just didnt like how my nails came out. Too fat

Went in to remove acrylics and get a manicure. Not happy with either. The process and results are terrible, will just re-do the manicure at home myself. Acrylic is still visibly on most nails, the paint job itself is sloppy. Wont be going back.

Renovated beautifully, very friendly staff. Nancy is a very skilled nail technician and does a fantastic job on my nails every time. Kim gives the best pedicure, and pays attention to detail which is important to me. I’ve had to use Liz as a replacement for Nancy and she’s also a very good pedicurist. Continually satisfied!

I have been coming to Nancy for YEARS. Im never unhappy. And if I am, its always fixed. I drive her nuts with my OCD, she always does a wonderful job. All the staff are friendly. I know them all by name. I dont go anywhere else.

I went on a Friday, so I had no problem waiting as that is obviously a busy day. Instead of letting me know a wait time, in order to appear like they were taking care of me they had me soaking my nails (gel nail polish). However, the way they do it is to have you put your hand into a bowl of acetone. They did not even file the top layer to break the top coat. So as I waited and waited, my nails were being severely damaged for no results, they had to use a mechanical filing tool anyways. While the nail polish itself was very pretty, my nails were extremely thin. And as expected, two weeks later my nails are falling apart. I would not recommend walking into this location. I would only do by appointment and trying to establish a relationship, as it seemed others more familiar were getting good service around me.

They do a terrible job when it comes to acrylic nails, they’re very pricey too but that’s not all. They don’t put enough coats of nail polish and they don’t iffer much designs they have very unprofessional workers. They can’t even do coffin right and make you wait very long just to do an a** job

They are not cleaning after each customer and not keeping to social distancing. It was full to the max and people waiting and the space is small.

Don’t waste your money or time! Gave this place a try for a pedicure. They took me right in and seated me with my feet in water. I sat there for 30 minutes until someone came. That wasn’t a big deal, I was comfortable but when the tech polished my nails the color was thick and lumpy and I noticed my nails were uneven. She removed the polish and filed my nails again then repolished. She missed some of the sides of the nail and they were polished sloppily still. The cost was $20 when I usually pay $18 elsewhere plus there was a fee for using a card. This is my first and last time here.

Very dirty place, poor customers service. I felt i was being rushed out and, over charged the staff speaks very poor English when they speak it mostly they talk in their native tongue which i feel is very rude and, unprofessional when in front of a customer. if i could give them zero stars i would as i feel one star is too much.

Great place nice people

I’ve been coming to this place because it’s the one closer to my house. I’m so disappointed, they want you to set appointments before coming but i always end up waiting for an hour. Nancy is rude and talks about you in her language. She has no idea of what customer service is.

There is one only one decent manicurist in salon. Thats it. Place is dirty, everythings a mess. They rush u. Horrible customer service. Im done with this place.

There is this one lady who is older that is so unprofessional and talks about you while doing your nails in her language. She wanted me to hold my stuff when my nails where wet and when I asked her to hold my stuff she was aggressive and threw my bag. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. The most horrible experience!
