I got a filling with gel nail Polish. I was charged 53 dollars. As soon as I get home the nail polish starts peeling off like glue. I went back to the place they added new nail polish. As soon as I get home they start peeling off again. I went back the next day. This time I decided to do regular nail polish because I didn’t want the same thing to happen again. Regular nail polish is supposed to cost 25 dollars, for this reason I asked her to deduct the 25 dollars from the 53 dollars that I had already paid, but they refused to reimburse me the difference, instead she said that next time they will give me a discount. I wasted time, money and gas. They weren’t fair, they kept more money than they were supposed to. Horrible customer service!

Ive gone to this establishment for maybe 10+ years now, and at first, they were great. In recent months, however, the gel powder that was used seemed to crack and break within 3-4 days. I let it go because I liked their establishment---maybe it was a one time thing. But it wasnt. another three visits and the same thing would happen each time.The most recent time I went back and had the worst experience, with the staff being very rude. For one thing, Id opted to remove the powder gel manicure as it kept breaking, causing my nail to be weak and break, also.The cost to remove the polish was one thing, but to do the regular manicure, it was suddenly much, much more--I think the tech was choosing to overcharge me as I wasnt getting any of the special services that day aside from a regular pedicure. To make matters worse, Id accidentally left my debit card at home that day, went to the nail salon on a whim after work and used a different card thinking it would cover the services I was getting. It turned out that with the surprise of suddenly having to pay more, it could not cover the final, full amount due. I asked for them to charge what was on the card, which would cover most of it, and to allow me to come back the next day to pay the rest. Although they knew me for many years, with me having spent a great deal of money and always tipping very well, I was treated horribly that day. I had the worst anxiety from the experience. Ill never go back there again.

$80+ for this and pedicure. Extremely rude staff too, never again.

Rude staff. I get it’s late and you’re rushing but don’t take the appointment if you can’t be professional. They manhandled my nails and then said they didn’t have time to do the gel nails I asked for. Leaving me to with poor quality nails.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!Definitely come here if you’d like to wait hours on end for a simple eyebrow wax! As soon as you walk in, nobody greets you... you stand there as their clients watch you not get the slightest bit of help. This is on days that are not even that busy. I used to be a long term client and I even only did my eyebrows with one lady. The last few times I’ve come. The staff has not even acknowledged my presence. I had to sit and wait to even get a glance. I’d rather spend my money at salon that respects me as a client and my time!!! I have family member that still go to this salon and I will make sure they never step foot in that place again.

They used to be good. But everyone is so rude, especially if a technician is new on how to do certain nails, she’s gets frustrated and started grabbing my hands roughly. Terrible. Not only that, but they are always in a rush and they don’t do good nails like they used to. I am currently going somewhere else where they are very nice and take their time

I came in for a gel polish manicure and regular polish pedicure. The girl who did my pedicure did a good job, but I can’t say the same about my manicure.My nails were soaking in acetone so long that they began to curl. It was painful! Then when she was filing the old gel off she kept nicking my skin with the file drill. Poor job cleaning up my cuticles and hangnails. My cuticles and fingertips were so dehydrated and all she did was slap some oil on and immediately wipe it off. Didn’t even have time to soak in. The gel coats were done so thin that my nails started to break and chip the next day. I would only go back here if someone else did my nails. Very disappointed as this was my first visit. At least it was cheap!

This is a really good nail salon! I absolutely loved it!First off, street parking is easy (have to pay meter) -- super big plus.The salon is spacious and clean. They have a section for nails, another section for pedicures and a spa on the bottom floor.All the nail-specialists are respectful and friendly.They sterilize all of the metal tools used for each client --yes, clean nail salon--Prices are pretty fair. They take credit cards (with a minimum of $15).When I walked in I was greeted nicely. I wanted to do gel nails (only the nail gel lacquer) but I saw another client getting the NexGen gel nails (with the powder) and I fell in love! so I asked if I instead could get that and my nail specialist was very nice about it and directed me to wait for another specialist. Eva did my NexGen gel nails and she did such a great job! I will definitely be going back!

The girls are very nice and have good strong hands! Dare I say sometimes better then the spa (and so much more affordable-so you can go more often)! The place is always peaceful, clean and mostly quiet. (Sometimes you hear the dog groomer thats next store yelling through the walls- I feel bad for the dogs). But other then that, its wonderful!

Yesterday was my first time there I was very impressed I went in for a pedicure. The ladies who work there they don’t talk amongst themselves like the other salons that you would go to they just focus on their customer and do their job. Very friendly service and prices are decent I definitely recommend anyone to go there.

I took my daughter to Vision Nails today, she wanted to get her nails done for her Junior High School graduation. A friend recommended Tina so this is who We requested. After waiting about 30 minutes for Tina to finish her last client, she decided on her own to turn us over to another technician. I guess she did not see as important to do a young girl’s nails as she did the client that had just walked in the door. So unprofessional as if she was going to get paid with chocolate kisses instead of money.Also, full tip set w/ power gel is listed for $40 but we were charged an additional $13 because my daughter wanted them coffin. Horrible customer service and they do not list prices for service accurately. Beware!!!!!

The only thing that I appreciated about this place is that they used disposable tub liners for your pedicure. I had french manicure with shellac gel nails and spa french pedicure. The quality of work was mediocre and by nails chipped in 1 1/2 days. My nails obviously were not filed well because I could feel my nail tips snagging on my clothing.Also, I expect that the atmosphere in a nail salon should have a level of tranquility. However, a clientele of young adults who came by that day were loud and boisterous disturbing the peace. I would not recommended this place. The location does not feel safe and the quality of work is poor. I agree with reviewer me me on google reviews

Horrible. I use to recommend this place to everyone but not anymore. I went in to get my eyebrows waxed by the manager and she burned my skin. It wasn’t a small burn either, the burn was an outline of my eyebrow. They do a good job in nails but the wait is so long and they don’t really do designs. If you do get something extra, the price is overdo. Even after I got my skin burned, the manager was insisting tip. Not only to give her tip but to whoever touched my nails ( I got my nails, toes and brows done). I do not recommend, I had to walk around with a huge burn under my eyebrow for a week.

I referred so many people to this place and still get treated like a no body. I finally decided to go else where. My nails started chipping a lot and when u go back to get it fixed they have a major attitude. They love to talk about customers in there language and assume you don’t understand what they are saying. I recorded what they was saying on my phone and played it over to a friend and she told me they was talking about me and the things they was saying was so nasty.I’m done !

Love this place. Had a regular manicure and its the first time that it has lasted over a week. Usually the nail polish will start to chip in three days, there must be something in the top coat. Who knows. All I know is that I will definitely be going back. The only thing I dont like is the metered parking but since they do such great work it can be overlooked.

Best place to get your nails done in Yonkers but do mind, since this place is very popular on the weekends you can end up waiting for sometimes over an hour

Clean place, nice staff. Usually get my brows waxed and pedicure here. They do a great job (especially since i giggle like crazy as my feet are very ticklish).

Although this place does decent work, they are in desperate need for an upgrade/renovations. They do so much business and the owners havent done anything to make the salon more appealing to customers.

Worst place ever!! I went to get a pedi and an acrylic. The acrylic was $40 on the menu but i was told its gonna be $60. I let it go and after they finished my toes and made me wait 2 hours to do my nails because apparently only 1 girl there knows how to do acrylic, my turn is finally there and she ends up calling someone else that came way after me so i went up to her and told her its my turn she goes like Im not gonna take you i dont know how to deal with your nails!!!!!!! I was beyond shocked that someone would speak to me like that and i did nothing but wait for my turn so i told her are my nails different from other human being nails because idk why she would say that. She then tried to cover up what she says by saying she never did acrylic and called the manager Tina that i normally do my nails with.. instead of solving the problem she asked me to Go to another salon if i want Acrylic in front of everyone. Absolutely rude staff and managers. Absolutely inexperienced.

This is the worst establishment to go & get your nails done I have plenty of pictures of them ripping my cuticle off because they don’t know how put tips on correctly they prioritize a certain group of people when you get your nails done also it’s not worth it at all.
