Great venue for sure! The Victorian room is absolutely beautiful and spacious. This place offers excellent package deals which include bar service, catering, music, decorations, table linens and much more. From a DJs point of view, this is one of most cooperative and friendly banquet hall Ive been. From responsiveness to keeping the room clean, they got it all covered. Food was pretty good and I like how this place offers two separate rooms to book simultaneously for two separate events. However, the carpet in the Victorian room could need a little TLC as it makes the room look old but overall, excellent service. I would definitely DJ here again.

Imagine That will forever be my venue for all of my future events! Such a beautiful room (Victorian Room) and everything went so smooth, the staff was so amazing and made sure we were okay the entire night. They were very flexible and made our wedding night the absolute most perfect day of my life!! I am forever grateful.

James is amazing! very polite, humble, very patient, friendly, understanding and above all great customer service. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my event due to family reasons, and James worked well with me on my cancellation. Thank you so much James. Giovanna and James were awesome ! They were so helpful throughout the wedding planning and wedding day. Always kept in touch with us and answered all questions we had within minutes . The place looked so beautiful the day of ! We got married July 21st and we are still hearing how beautiful are wedding was. We are so happy we chose this location.

James and his staff at Imagine That! provided us with amazing service at our wedding. Starting out on our tour of the facilities we got to meet James who is both the owner and the chef. Dealing with the actual owner was great because he was able to give us an amazing deal on our wedding. We used the Victorian room for the ceremony and the Broadway room for the reception.Pros:- James and his staff were awesome! They quickly answered many of our questions throughout our planning.- This is a family owned business and were willing to negotiate prices and even gave us a discount for doing both the ceremony and reception at their location.- Unlike so many other venues there wasnt an additional charge for using the nicer decorations. If they had it, then they let us use it.- If you pay in full when you place your reservation they knock off a percentage of the price.- The food & service was excellent!Cons:- This is located in a business area, so the outside of the venue is unimpressive and not the best for doing wedding party pictures (we chose to do pictures at the Claremont Colleges just a few miles away).- The Victorian room has a lot of mirrors on the walls, which can be a little tricky for photographers

We reserve the small room for 200 guests on a Friday afternoon 12-5 they provided a bartender and let us bring our own food vender also they let us bring in all the water and sodas the night before and they put it on ice for us. 20 tables 10 chairs and room for a DJ in the front. Great staff will rent again for Christmas Party. Thank you Fred Garcia.

Pricing was the best in the area, and was all-inclusive of everything we needed (other than of course a DJ and photographers). They alleviated so much of the headache of planning a wedding, and dealt with everything for us. They supplied everything, from the fully decorated room, beautiful furniture and tableware, the linens (which we got to pick), the cake (which we also got to pick), and an exquisite meal.The food tasting was fun. Of course, it wasnt the food we ended up selecting for our wedding, but the food at the tasting was so delicious, and meant to give you an idea of how food will be in preparation, freshness, quality, etc. The tasting was amazing, but our actual meal at the wedding was even better!The rooms were all so beautifully decorated, it was difficult choosing which we liked best. We went with the one that suited our guest count, and our wedding theme (Mardi Gras). There was more than enough space for the ceremony and seating, and afterwards for dancing. We had a beautiful area for the cake too. I had brought in all of the little extras I wanted placed on tables, etc., and they set everything up for me. They made everything so easy for me, which is so helpful during the high-stress periods.The food was incredible! Very high end catering, and delicious! Lighting and colors in the room were perfect for our special day. We have hundreds of photos and videos that all look just amazing. Our event host was also very helpful and gracious, and stood by to make sure everything went perfect - and it did! All the workers were so fast, meticulous, organized and on time. We had no issues whatsoever. We did have a significant credit at the cash bar for our wedding party, but we forgot to tell anyone, so ended up losing that money - oh well. Also the loss for guests who RSVP but did not show - but thats not the fault of the venue on any level.We couldnt have been happier with how wonderful this venue was for us. Its sad to see all the negative comments. We had no issues and everyone had a fantastic time. I recommend this place to everyone I can! One day when we are celebrating our 10 or 20 year anniversary, we will be coming back for another beautiful party!

Extremely high price for what you get. once you leave deposit kiss it good bye. if you get a package your stuck with the poor vendors that they have.

Hugely disappointed with #ImagineThat for not having the Bridal suite ready for our wedding day, despite promises that it would be. I should have known better, since they always had an excuse as to why I couldnt see it yet. Had to pass on photography while getting ready and had to have Bridal party dress elsewhere. I missed out on that whole experience of girl time and talking and that sort of thing with my bridesmaids, and the few moments I did get in were not captured, because the crowded storage room was not only NOT camera ready, but too small for my entire party and my photographer. I missed the moment when my dad saw me for the first time, and I didnt have a chance to change into my reception dress...SMH...but I made the best of it for the night. ..a night which was cut short by an hour, again despite previous promises. Unfortunately, I had already contracted the DJ for that extra hour, so I cant get that refunded. Despite all of this, another local business reaped the reward, because we moved the whole party there where we ate the rest of our cake and drank and danced and had a good old time until 2am.And that is just the beginning...
