I went to this salon for a basic mani and pedi. ( I don’t prefer the fancy gel or fake nails). I enjoy the massage, the spa treatment and polish. I was very IMPRESSED. The receptionist/ manager Margarita was very sweet and helped me find parking in a snowstorm. My manicurist, Santa was so nice... she took her time and was through. My past experience at other salons have been they rushed me. I would recommend Santa.. she did exactly what I asked from the color to the shape and she was gentle as I have very sensitive cuticles.

Nail technician was nice, but the gel mani and reg pedi was a bit rough. Needs more practice/training to refine her craft.

I really wanted to like this place. It is clean and the girls that work there are super nice. However, my best friend and I got mani-pedi and even after waiting 45mins to dry, instantly the nail polish peeled and smudged to the point that I had to remove it all!The sad part is I didnt even have the time to get it redone. I had already spent over 2 hours there getting them done. It was a regular mani-pedi and there werent many other clients.I will not be returning, they clearly add acetone to their products and they are of terrible quality.

Great experience, staff is very professional and establishment was very clean and consistent with COVID regulations and policies. My nails look fabulous. My manicure & pedicure was okay ( I love massages and neither was included in the manicure and pedicure I did ) I’m guessing it will be included with an upgraded pedicure or manicure. Will definitely go again. I Did like how my feet and nails look.

Great place lovely staff very kind andconsiderate. They did an amazing job with my nails Ive been there three times already and highly recommend.

Under new ownership for a little while now and I see they have worked very hard to correct the issues from the previous owner. All instruments are cleaned and stored in sterilized bags (they look like the same ones they use in dentist offices) after each use. The ladies that work here are also super friendly and take their time in doing a quality job. Older reviews on here should definitely be disregarded since they do not reflect current ownership.

I got a pedicure and eyebrow wax. The lady was very very nice and very detailed. Nothing was rushed she took her time it was very relaxing. Place was very beautiful and clean. Staff was very nice. I will be going back for sure.

I was literally there for 3 hours waited almost half an hour to be attended ( even tho I had an appointment) then sat in the chair for 2 and half hours just to be disappointed . Put way too much acrylic, didn’t even shape the nails correctly and tried to charge me $65 for some trash nails. Picture was posted .

I had such an amazing experience! I did a green tea and lemongrass spa pedicure with a regular manicure. It was truly amazing and exactly what I needed in terms of a true spa experience. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. My technicians Mary and Maria were soooo amazing and did exceptional work. I finally found a salon in my neighborhood that I can finally say I look forward to returning to again and again!

My experience was very positive. I got a pedicure. All of the staff was very polite and positive. Although I had to wait an entire hour in the end it was good. The worker was very patient and kind. Asked a lot of questions along the way to ensure I was comfortable. I do wish I got a little foot rub like I usually get along with a little back rub in the end but it was still a pleasant experience. I would recommend all to at least try it out.

I recently moved to the area and was skeptical about visiting this place due to the terrible reviews I had read. I took a chance and went for a simple manicure just to see if I would be willing to invest in other services later on. I must say I loved it. The place is big and clean. The manicurist listened and did a great job. I have now gone back twice for both my nails and hair. They work by appointment which is even better.It seems that this place have gone under new management 🙌🏻 BecAuse is nothing as described in the older reviews.

I am very upset. My dad went to get his nails done and feet and i got acrylics. My father came home and realized they cut the bottom of his foot open. They didnt have a buffing machine for the acrylics so they used a file and they ended up cutting my fingers and it hurt everytime the file went near my skin. My nails ended up popping off the next day. We paid 100 just to be disappointed.

The place was very spacious and clean. The staff was friendly but many of the nail techs did not speak English so it was often hard to get across what exactly you wanted done. Luckily there were a few people there to help translate sometimes.

This was my first time there and it was a very good experience. The place was immaculately cleanand the girls were very pleasant and professional. When I was seated I was asked if I wanted coffee or water. Their work was excellent and I will be a returning customer. Need a great nail definitely check this place out.

They have no idea how to deal with gel pedicure. I went to get a simple pedicure, they charge extra to take gel off and they couldn’t even figure out how to take it off ! It’s unbelievable. An hour wasted away. Never coming here again. How you charge extra for something you can’t even do.

This place is under new management and they are doing a great job. Just got a mani and pedi for the first time a few weeks ago and I had a great experience. The staff is very polite and the prices are really good.

Tried to come here Monday and they were closed despite saying they were open on Mondays. Called the next morning and made an appointment for Tuesday evening. After another day of wasting time and gas, the receptionist tells me she couldn’t take me because she only had two workers. She didn’t bother to take this into account when scheduling my appointment and even had all day to call back and ask to reschedule. This place is terribly managed, I would not recommend.

I got my nails done here last week friday for the very first time. I have to say this nail salon is extremely clean and beautiful. The nail technicians are also very nice, friendly, patient and professional. And my nails came out perfect. I was very satisfied and I will be returning there.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely horrible. I went in to get my eyebrows done, practically left there running. She did an awful job, I had to go somewhere literally right after to fix it. You can tell they only hire their friends and family despite having no experience. She didn’t even wax the top part of my eyebrows. She took off too much from the middle. Completely messed up my eyebrows. Then on top of that the wax and muslin they used was so cheap. I couldn’t remove the leftover wax and strings off my eyebrows. Never again will I step foot in there. HORRIBLE.

I did my eyebrows with Dani and I loved. I definitely will came back.

I have been going here for the last year and always had a great experience. Then they closed down for several weeks around Thanksgiving and staff changed. I went there last week and although all 4 ladies were very nice, not one of them knew how to do a UV Gel fill. They finished the job even trying to reach one of the girls who had doe it in the past but it was no where near as good as it was in the past. I will give them one more chance, but if it isnt better next time I will have to go somewhere else. I believe one of the girls from before the closure works in the area. I hope they find some one with experience in UV Gel soon.

Absolutely ruined my weekend!!! I NEVER get anything done for myself & was happy to get my nails looking nice only to be told they would not honor my voucher - YET it says NOWHERE on the voucher that it can not be used on Saturday!!!! I made an appointment as stated in the voucher - the place was half empty & I was told the owner was unavailable when I asked to speak with them! The rules of the voucher says if the fine print specifies an exception & IT DOES NOT SAY THIS!!!!!! I’m completely embarrassed to be standing in front of everyone being told my voucher won’t be accepted even though I showed the manager it doesn’t say this anywhere - I told her I was going to leave a bad review & this didn’t seem to bother her, it’s hot outside, I drove for this & it took me ages to find parking then eventually I got a meter only to be turned away or asked to pay full price which defeats the purpose of my Groupon - it’s the law unless it states an expection you have to honor it & she shrugged her shoulders & said there was nothing she could do - NOBODY should go here!!!

I was there on Sunday for a gel manicure, regular pedicure and eye brow wax. I almost walked out the nail tech filed my nails different sizes and the polish was awful. Another nail tech did my nails and they came as if I had done them myself. If I am going to a professional I expect to get my moneys worth. By Wednesday my pedicure polish began to chip. I also had to fix my eye brows when I got home. I Received a full refund. Staff need training. Its a beautiful setting and its a shame.

When I went in for a mani-pedi, I asked if a foot massage was included or if it cost extra. They seemed very confused and said they didn’t really do foot massages. I told them that’s fine, but I was going to go elsewhere because the main reason I get pedicures is for the foot massage. They did not seem to like the idea of me leaving and said they would do the massage, but the lady painting my toes had to leave so someone else would do the massage after. I expressed my concern that the toes would chip if they were massaged after the pedicure...but they insisted they could do the pedicure, paint my nails, and then give a foot massage and it would be fine. I hesitantly agreed. The girl who did my toes seemed to be in a rush and was yanking my toes in an uncomfortable position. She was also chatting with who I assume was the owner, which I feel is rude when I am trying to have a relaxing pedicure. Part of the way through that lady had to leave, so someone else took over. She did a fine job painting my toes, but the pedicure was nothing special at all. The manicure looked great but one finger already has a chip less than 2 days later. Anyways, finally came the “foot massage”...they laid me down on a wobbly massage table, which I have never before experienced during a pedixure....and then proceeded to massage MY LEGS. She did not even touch my feet, which was all I asked for!!!!! I did NOT ask for a leg massage...I just wanted a foot massage 😭😩 this was the most bizarre pedicure experience I have ever had.

I came here for the first time & had a great experience. Place is very clean & staff is friendly. My nails came out great & I will definetly be coming back.

If I could give them no stars I would. THE worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The place looked super run down (all of their massage chairs were broken, I have short legs and I couldnt move the chair closer to the tub so I had to stretch my legs out to reach it). The woman that did my pedicure was soooooooooo inexperienced. She was using the wrong tools to cut my cuticles and caused me so much pain. She put my nail polish on sooooo sloppily that she had to keep cleaning it up with her nails and this Wooden stick. No one is licensed here btw. None of their tools are sanitized. She took the tools out of the bin and used them on me and then threw them back in the bin to use on the next person. Literally so gross. I couldnt wait to leave. Never ever going back there. Oh and the regular pedicure at every other nail salon, even in NYC, is $20. Its $25 here and its the worst pedicure ever. Totally not worth it.And when it was time to pay I gave them a $100 bill and the ladies said they didnt have change for a $100 so I had to scramble through my bag to see if I had any other cash on me. So unprofessional.

I wanted to try this place since it recently opened and is within walking distance of home for me. This place is very clean. The new renovations look beautiful. There was no wait on a summer friday in the late afternoon... This should have been a clue. I was seated immediately with a friendly staff member who took her time attempting to manicure my feet (which werent even due for a pedicure yet, so they still looked good). There is no foot rub/massage involved in the pedicure, and barely any pomice stone scrubbing. Then she painted my toes terribly! Polish all over my toes. Uneven and on my skin. When I left I went across the street and had my toes repainted. I am very particular about the care and apperance of my hands and feet. Unfortunately I will not be back here.Pros: pedicure $25, Friendly staff, clean modern environment, great new massage chairs.Cons: Quality of service. Didnt have change for $100..

I absolutely love this nail salon! The staff is super friendly and the place is beautifully decorated. Its very spacious and you can not smell the nail products like you do in many other salons. They have great nail techs that take their time and do not rush and they really make sure that each nail is perfect. I have been searching for a good nail place in yonkers that i can consistently go to and i had a very hard time finding one until this salon opened i have been coming here since it opened and never had an issue and the prices are great compared to other nail salons in the area. I love that they are open on sundays and have a late night. First nail salon i have been to that i dont feel rushed and i absolutely love how my nails come out when i am finished. The nail techs are very friendly. I love coming here to get my nails its very relaxing and i look foward to it every two weeks. Great salon experience for sure. Would definitely reccomend this salon.
