Stop at guard, after they get your info just pull ahead & proceed to door by dock 1, go straight ahead into another door & dispatch is in there or out in the middle office on the dock. Friendly staff but rough roads getting to here. You can sleep around back if you need to. Yard man had my seal cut with doors open when I got back out to my truck. Awesome place to deliver/pick up

Absolutely awful. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I dread having to pickup shipments from this place. Every pickup takes an hour for them to bring out and the shipments are usually damaged. I freaking despise this place and everyone who works there.

I had a UPS freight get lost coming from St.Louis, it was turning into a nightmare since no one knew where it was and it was also believed to have been transported to another state. It was almost $2k worth of machinery for my husbands small business too. Long story short, got on the phone with a gentleman named Brandon at the Houston UPS Freight Terminal who was able to break the situation down for me, the process and who to contact again. He then immediately called me stating he did some back office digging and went to the trailer himself and found our freight! Thank you so much Brandon!! This man needs recognition.

What a joke this service is. Not once, but every time I have had the bad luck of a vendor using this service the shipment has been messed up and anywhere from days to weeks late. One time in particular, once the pallets arrived full of crystal, they had two large punctures right through the middle of the wrapped 6 foot tall stack of boxes. These were also 2-3 weeks late at this point. The driver and I discussed it and he mentioned that this shipment had been sitting on the loading dock for days and the morning of the delivery someone hit it with a fork lift. They didnt just hit it, they drove the spikes all the way through it.Now we are at today. I have a shipment that is supposed to be here. I called yesterday after it showed up on tracking at my local terminal. I had a long discussion with a representative to make sure every aspect of this delivery was covered. After I was given full assurance that it was I went about the rest of my day. Today, it hadnt shown up so I ran the tracking again and now it shows there is an exception because they dont have a phone number listed. When connected to the local terminal there absolutely terrible office staff refused to allow me to discuss this with a manager, but rather than saying know she said let me get you with the right person and slammed the phone down then hung up.Terrible service, terrible customer support, all around worthless. If you want to make your customers mad then use UPS Freight. They are a joke and I recommend you not only use anyone else, but also refuse to allow suppliers to use them to ship to you.

Ordered a package back in October of last year, as of today I had to cancel the order, due to them not knowing how to apparently place the item on a truck. This is after I rescheduled the shipment 8 times, but all I got was excuses, and at one point a blatant lie about one of the drivers saying he came to my house to deliver and I wasnt there...Ive been working from home since March 2020...so Im always home, theyre just not professional in any way. Definitely do not recommend using them.

I have never had a problem with UPS before I used UPS freight. I ordered a package in October 2020. UPS freight has had it since November 21. The first issue arose when I received an email from UPS stating that they contacted me and confirmed a delivery. They never called so I definitely never confirmed a delivery. Not only did they lie about contacting me, they also said that they tried to deliver it and no one was here to receive the package. There has been someone at my house 24/7 since the pandemic started.No one tried to deliver a package. The second time they said they could not get their truck down our road. This is not the first time a semi truck has been down our road and if they had tried to deliver it before, like they said, how can they say they cannot get their truck down our road. The third time they said they had no driver. Mind you, an email was sent on each of these days saying it was out for delivery. These attempts occurred in December. They then let us know that no one would be delivering out here until January 17th. We asked if we could go to their warehouse to pick our package up. They said to do that they would have to transport it to a different warehouse which couldnt happen until January 31st. On the 11th of January they sent another email, so we called. They said that it was not out for delivery, but would be the next day. The next day we got an email, so we called. Now they said they forgot it on the loading dock. We asked if we could pick it up. So the man told us he would let some other person know and we would get a call in the morning. Morning rolls around, no call. Afternoon rolls around, so I call. They said you have to give us time.... The next day they scheduled for the driver to meet us at a public location so we can get our package. He was a no show. A couple days later we received an email again. Lo and behold a freight truck was at the turn around at our house. We ran outside in the rain, so excited to finally get our bed only to watch the truck slowly drive away. So we called...again. Now they said they were picking up a package in our area, but not delivering ours, but they would deliver it tomorrow. Tomorrow came...they emailed and we called. They said it is out for delivery and would be here by 6pm. 5:45...still no truck. So we call and were told that they didnt set up a time to deliver. Even though 4 hours before they had set up an appointment with us! At this point I dont even know if they have our package. They could have lost it or hell they could have stolen it. We finally decided enough is enough and cancelled our package after over TWO MONTHS of trying to get it from UPS. They threw every excuse in the book at us, we even tried to pick it up. We finally cancelled our order. Heres hoping they can get it back to the seller so we dont lose out on our refund. Because of UPS freight we have not had a base for our bed, so our mattress is sitting on the floor. Which is especially hard with 2 small children, one of whom is a newborn who I breastfeed at night. I just hope we our able to get our $700 back. I will NEVER do business with UPS freight again.TLDR: If you value your sanity dont use UPS freight. They had our package for over two months and kept spouting excuses and lies as to why we have not received it. Heres hoping we can get our money back. Horrible customer service, horrible professionalism, horrible everything.

3 days in a row UPS fright are a no-show on my pickup!After the first time they didnt show up I got the account manager writing me the center will contact me if any problems and pickup no matter what.It didnt happen and 2 days in a row we are waiting for the pickup to happen! Calling the center doesnt get you in touch with a driver or any substantial details! I was told the center is going to contact me in 1 hour with the status of the pickup - nothing. This is outrageous, what business can afford to be so unreliable?

This place is a nightmare!!! All the 5 star reviews have to be fakes! They give you a huge time window and won’t call when they are on their way. They missed the first appointment. Then I called and called and they kept saying someone would call me to reschedule. Haha! Of course that didn’t happen. Now I’m on my 3rd delivery appointment and who know if they will show. Customer service is horrible and rude. I would give negative 100 stars if I could.

Horrible! Horrible! This is the worst freight company ever! They say that have guaranteed delivery. This is a major JOKE. I had a shipment that was supposed to only take 2 days with in-state delivery. It has been 4 business days and still no shipment. Every time you place a call to them, you get the run around. It would have been better just to use a hotshot service. Lesson Learned for sure! I will not be using UPS Freight again!

Delivery was lost, then delayed, then promised next day four days in a row. Freight still has not been delivered and I cannot get a reliable answer on status. This is the worst service that I have ever experienced ; I will use FED EX for all future shipments.

One there phone number does not even work for the local terminal, worst shipping company ever for LTL Freight. They miss pickups, come late after hours to pickup and If they decided not to come will not even call to let you know so you sit waiting only to never see them. If I could give zero stars that is what I will give.

Worst freight company ! Number one they do not communicate with anyone, nobody knows anything, they do not stick to the delivery dates and appointments made by them, not once, twice but 3 times. The customer service is rude and they just have no clue of what’s going on with their own service they are getting paid to provide. Awful ! Never, ever will use again!

Had a package that was supposed to be delivered today between 3-6 pm. It never came. We called at 7pm, and were told that The package was on the truck and they were 2 stops away from us. We stayed up waiting - It’s now 9pm and, without any notification of any kind to let us know, the package is no longer ‘out for delivery’ but was sent back to a UPS facility to be delivered who knows when.

Paid for 2-day freight shipping, its now been 3 and its still one day away. In addition I called to ask for an update and spoke with a representative at this location. She was unhelpful and simply hung up once telling me it would be another day. Ridiculous customer service all around this time. Will be considering other freight services for my recurring shipment needs.

Very upset, my sons graduation gift from culinary school was to be delivered today, and it was, but it was delivered to the wrong address, when I called customer service they said that they would have to launch an investigation and that it would take 1 to 2 business days, my sons graduation is tomorrow 12/21/18 and with christmas beginning on Tuesday that means nothing would get resolved until MAYBE next Wednesday and if and when it did get that they would contact the sender, the server doesnt need to get contacted, all you need to do is send the driver right back to where he/she delivered the package and retrieve it, explain that you dropped the ball and bring it right to me but apparently thats not an available option, Ive never used you people because Ive had several people tell me that your service is horrible, but this time you were there only option in order for me to get this package ON TIME and to the the CORRECT ADDRESS, im never using you people again, and Ill be sure to tell my people as well to retain from using your services, nite my son is graduating and my wife and I DO NOT have the gift he worked so hard for and deserves.

This place sucks avoid to carry loads to this place unless you willing to sit for hours and hours to get unloaded delivered 8 pallets took 8hrs I guess it takes an hour a pallet and dont forget waiting 45mins for your paperwork /bills avoid this place by all means possible . DONT SHIP THROUGH HERE

UPS is NOT your LTL solution for business freight. They do NOT practice safe standards of moving freight. Bulldogging and pushing crates is rampant at their facilities as well as not even lifting the crate off the ground. They also push and move product with the fork lift tynes and damage it.Our company will stay away from them.Amateurs.

Was called yesterday and confirmed that my package would be delivered between noon and 5pm today. Took the whole day off work to find out at 4:50pm when I called ups freight to make sure they were still on their way and was told that my package was never put on a truck for delivery even though online it said it was “in transit” all day
