It was my first time here. Prior to coming in, I called and made an appointment (they do accept walk-ins). I was set with a lovely nail tech Maria. Very welcoming and sweet. She did a TERRIFIC job using the SNS on my natural nails. I loved the service & the business. Ill definitely be coming back!I have the shade #114.

After moving to NY I have been trying to find a nail salon that does SNS at an affordable price and with great customer service and Ive finally found it. Lisa did my gel pedicure, Maritza did my SNS manicure and Ann gave me my 10 min massage thats included with my services and all 3 ladies did a great job. Not to mention, the place was clean, they are doing their best to maintain social distancing and offer that each client gets their own tools (file, buffer, etc.). Ill definitely be back.

Amazing service and quality of work! There pedicures are like no other, I definitely recommend this service. The staff are very sweet and focused. Clean and comfortable space. Not enough ventilation, it has a very strong chemical smell, more than usual. Perfect establishment except for the quality of air.

Moved to Yonkers almost 2 years ago, didnt try Perfect nail until about a year ago. I have been going to same nail salon in the bronx for over 10 years! Decided to give Perfect Nails a try, when I tell you I will never go anywhere else for a pedi again, its the truth!! They are amazing! Also I usually don’t stay consistent with my pedis during winter months, but experiencing Perfect Nail’s Pedi services, I have been consistent every 2 weeks you will find me there getting pampered !!! I have tried many nail salons in Yonkers and the Bronx and nothing compares to this one. Perfect Nails by far has th best pedicure i have ever had . They do a fantastic job with helping and SNS. They are clean and professional. Martiza, Blanca, Lisa and Hana are always a pleasure to have as my nail technicians. I have not had a bad experience with any employee there. If your looking for a life changing pedicure and exceptional service this is the place .

I have been coming here definitely over 15 years, probably closer to 20. They have always given the best pedicures, ask anyone in Yonkers and they will tell you that. Since Coronavirus they have even stepped up their game. It is cleaner (was always clean) than ever. They offer massages now while drying (back to how is used to be) candy offerings (yay!) and I even got a gift at holiday times and as always the bottom of my feet feel baby soft, which is the main reason I come here. Best in Westchester for pedicures and the price is right! Great value. I cant Say enough good things about the place.

Made an appointment on MONDAY. I wanted to go as early as possible as theres 3 of us. The guy on the phone told me he had no availability at 9am Saturday and that he had availability on Saturday at 11am. I said okay Ill be there. Saturday comes and he didnt put us in the appointment book and calls it a miscommunication? He even questioned if I called this place and I showed him my caller ID, like I dont know how to make phone calls. Obnoxious.

Appointment was for 3:45 they over booked had me waiting more than 15 minutes the young lady did however do an awesome job on my pedicure but I was suppose to get a manicure as well but never got one the boss took her regular customers and friends that walked in first and wanted me to wait after them not professional at all so than I wanted to pay just for my pedicure only and leave and I was asked if I could wait 5 minutes to pay because she was polishing a customers nails I said okay but 5 minutes turned into almost 15 1/2 minutes and it was only because another customer was paying as well never again will I use this place they need to get it together with all these other nail salons to choose from

I absolutely love Perfect Nails!! I’ve been going there for years! Their pedicures are the best (and the longest!). My gel manicures last much longer than other places. The staff is friendly and accommodating :)

This salon is so professional and warm. On your first visit you are addressed by your name. Max is amazing and handles the operations so well. My nail tech Sue always takes her time to ensure she is doing her best work.

All I can say is OMG. Im not the type of woman that gets her nails done all the time there was never a time when I got my nails done and I was in love with my nails. But, coming here for the first time I absolutely love my nails! I got a pedicure and gel manicure and its just so pretty my nails I love them. But more then my nails I will just go back for Ana! She does the massages while youre getting your nails done. Omg she is amazing, her hands are heaven I dont know how to describe it. She needs her own massage room! I definitely recommend this place.

The best pedicure in the area! They take their time and don’t rush. I’ve tried a few of their pedicure options and the honey spa pedicure is my favorite! I usually get the regular pedicure and then every so often I treat myself and get the honey spa. I’ve also gotten both gel nails and sns here. The nail technicians are amazing! I especially love Sue she’s so friendly and does an amazing job on my nails every time. Great value as my nails will usually last 2-3 weeks! Very clean salon with great Covid procedures in place! Highly recommend calling in advance to make an appointment as it usually is busy.

I am very disappointed at the way I was treated at the salon after being a client for over 8 years. I went before my scheduled appointment time and was told by Sandy (the owner) to wait a few minutes. While that did not happen, the technician that I scheduled my pedicure was doing a pedicure for someone else at the time of my appointment. the other technician “ Kelly “that I also scheduled my manicure with. did two manicures before she started doing my manicure, I waited patiently to be called and got called after an hour. I had a picture with me of how I wanted my nails to look and got something completely different. When I told Kelly that it wasn’t what I wanted, she told me to hush and be quiet after expressing my nail concern which she was VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL. I am extremely baffled as to how I was treated and how others are treated when voicing their opinion of either their manicure or pedicure. This is not acceptable especially when driving an hour and a half to get your nails done at a place you once trusted. They have forgotten how to treat their clients and I suggest that others demand respect when getting any service done from this place.

Blanca did my pedicure and it was wonderful. From the cleaning to the massage, it was perfect. She made extra effort to help with an uncomfortable ingrown nail as well. I cant wait to go back!

I have been a customer here for as long as they have been in business which is over 20 years and have brought friends and family. Manicures are decent but pedicures workers are extremely rude and prejudice. I had a pedicure 2 days ago and sat next to a white couple who was being treated politely. The two workers doing my pedicure and my friends pedicure were rude when we asked for things to be done to our liking. They sit and talked and us in spanish. While drying my nails I also observed the pedicure workers watching from the back to be selective of which customers they prefer to do. I have experienced this treatment on more than one occasion and will no be returning. I have also complained to the own and she completely ignores you as if she doesnt speak English. Your respect is rated by your jewelry, purse and race.

I have been a loyal customer for years and tried to be lenient but this is not OK ... the staff is rude and openly gossips about customers and criticize the people sitting there in Spanish. If you are dissatisfied and speak up you are ignored. After hearing how the pedicure ladies speak about their black customers I am never going back... support black owned businesses in your community and don’t tolerate this.

Pedicure was perfect got a French manicure and it came out lovely. I wanted the sns in French manicure to match my pedicure. The sns came out horrible lots of bubbles on my right hand. The nailTech noticed it immediately but continued. She should have stopped at this point but she continued and perfected the technique on my left hand. Now I have one perfect Sns manicure on one hand and a horrible cloudy mess on the other. She tried to file it down to maybe fix the clouded mess. That didnt work so she attempted to buff it out. That didnt do the trick either, so she suggested putting a coat of uv gel (for free as if I would pay to fix her mistake)... the bubbles can still be seen and I no longer look like I have a French manicure hand and it doesnt match my toes. I paid for a French manicure even though it hardly looks like a French manicure. I gave three stars because I really enjoyed my pedicure and although my manicure left much to be desired the lady was really nice.

Im a loyal customer at Perfect Nails. Every employee has done a great job with my natural nails. Theyre always careful with my nail bed, as they always compliment the health and shape of my nails. I also love the way they shape my eyebrows. Hope they never close down!

Have been getting might nails done here for over 15 years they are hands down the best pedicure ever in Yonkers for $25 I recently tried the SNS nails which I am now in love with they really take their time and do a great job they also come massage your back which is nice while your nails are drying try to avoid the weekends though because it is super crowded and you may have to wait up to an hour.

Theres a reason the name is Perfect Nail. They do the best work in Yonkers, hands down. Strongly recommend calling ahead and making an appointment because this place is always busy but you will not be disappointed.

I started coming to this place because people in the neighborhood rave about their pedicures; however, I was not pleased with my overall experience. Yes, they do spend time with the pedicures but the cons definitely outweigh the pros. The equipment they use is not properly sanitized, there were toenails from another customer still in the nail clipper, the pedicure tub is rinsed with plain water between each pedicure. I asked the lady for two coats of color gel and insisted I do three and became irritated when I disagreed, she quickly painted the top coat and left me hanging with the UV light with an incomplete manicure. For the amount of money they charge there is no excuse for this kind of service.

I was very loyal customer for 3 years but the last time one of the girls that did my pedicure cut totally wrong my nail and I ended with infection and ingrown nail and also my nails never ever had fungus!!! Which I got it in this place.. i used too trust that they will use sterilized tools,.. but I don’t see that they do after each customer!! Like in other places that I go as well with plastic disposable where you soak your feet!! Thats hygiene!!!

I have been coming to perfect nails for over 15 years since I moved to New York they hands down give the best pedicure for $25 they massage you for over 10 minutes I suggest going doing a weekday though as the weekends can be pretty busy they are closed on Sunday and dont come too close to closing time because you will be rushed. But this is the best place to go for a pedicure they recently put new massage chairs and the staff is very friendly.

Horrible, the lady who was doing my feet cut both my toes leaven me bruised. Be careful who you go to you would think she would stop cutting me after she saw blood. Dumb ass. As for my nails, they do a decent job. Check ruby nails in Greenwich they are better.

My visit was very disappointing! I went there because someone gave me a gift certificate. At the end they charged me $92.... All I got was a full set and gel. My nails were chipping within a few days then they came off after a week. I WILL NEVER go back there EVER!!!!!!

I made an app for 6 for me and my daughter. The place was busy busy busy but we were taken care of right away. This place was recommended to me. I complained to a friend how a nail place I went to in white plains was no good with gel it lasted only a few days. Perfect nails took care of us quickly and were very friendly. I sat next to my daughter and know her lady was as friendly as Mary (my lady) the gel nails came out awesome beautiful I felt I had to leave a comment for my ladies who looked the place up like I did. I paid 60 for me and my daughter so 30 is a bit expensive but it is so worth it when the results are so nice. I dont know how long they will last but the quality of the work was soooo much better I know it will. I will post the full results later on and will upload a picture. I would recommend and I will be back.

Despite the decor this is an excellent place to have your nails done. I am delighted with the level of expertise of Mary who does a remarkable job with my gel fill in. Lovely owner who is kind enough to always fit me in. Highly recommend.

I love this place. I havent been there in 6 years cause I moved out of state. Havent went anywhere else since, cause I felt like I would be cheating on Sandy. Came today and Sandy seen us from outside and was happy to see me and my kids who are now grown. I am planning to start coming back into town every two weeks to start getting my nails feet n eyebrows done again. They are the best!!!

Love this place. Been going for a long time. Wouldve given 5 stars but the wait time can be ridiculous even if you have an appointment. All the staff (guys and girls) give great pedicures- Kelly gives a great Gel manicure- and Sandy is the best eyebrow manicurist Ive met to date. Ive had both regular and gel manicure and theyre both great. Dont let the look of the place fool you, besides being crowded- they clean up and move people as quickly as they can, however give a pretty long, incredible regular pedicure (at least 30 - 40 mins). No complaints here.

I like this place but its always super busy and crowded. Try making an appointment. The service is amazing! They go above and beyond. All the extras you get for free here other places will nickel and dime you for--- legs, arms, and neck massage with your Mani/Pedi. Just be aware its cash only tips! I felt terrible when I tried to put that on my credit card the first time I went there. Luckily my friend was able to spot me.

It has 12 pedicure chairs. On a busy day, I rarely wait more than 30 min to sit down for my pedicure. It cost $25, trust me, itll be the best youve ever had. Wear sweats or pants that will expose your whole leg since they scrub/exfoliating/ massage from your knee down, not just your feet & ankles like many other places. Oh, and the chair massagers actually work. Be prepared to sit for about an hour...the ladies dont rush and theyre all good at what they do. They also do gel fill- in and although they do a great job, It can be pricey, so I get my gel done elsewhere, but you should try it, if you dont mind splurging.
