They have a neat place and she did my nails just as I showed her in the picture. She was however distracted watching something on her phone that instead of using the electric file on my nail, it ended up on my skin, and now it hurts. Another customer entered the place and she quickly turned off her phone. Well, I guess she had no regard for me

I got dip powder. It took almost two hours due to the nail techs being distracted. The next day, a nail was broken. A week later I have 3 broken nails. I have not done anything to make them break. Many other nails are on the verge of breaking. A week later and I already need to get them done again where dip should last 3 weeks. I have been getting dip for almost 2 years and have never had a bail break until now. Do not recommend this place.

I love the ladies here. Theyre all very friendly and dont mind having a casual conversation with you. They make you feel welcome an are honest about everything. Any questions Ive had they answered. Several of us come here an were always pleased when we leave. Theyre also good with kids. I always look forward to going back.

Tao is the best! Your salon is wonderful. Very clean, very professional. I really like that you autoclave all necessary tools for each of your clients. I switched from another salon that I patronized for 8 years. Your staff does it better, cleaner, and more professionally. I have a nail fungus issue which Tao is helping me with also and its working. Second time coming here for a pedicure and very satisfied. They have a great energy and customer care. They close at 7pm, came in at 5:45 p.m. and didnt feel rushed at all. Pretty atmosphere, clean and great work done on nails. A bit pricey put worth it because of the effort.

Love this place been going here for yrs now its under new owners and the new owner is very kind sweet lady very clean with open space and comfortable chairs and they also have great and patient nail employers one of theyre male workers does amazing airbrush and designs any pictures designs you want he can do it. I’ve been coming to Exotic Nails since their previous location over at Modern Arts in 2015. They never fail to satisfy with their professional service. The salon is clean, bright and very welcoming. The owners Linda is very sweet, respectful and professional. Tran and the rest of the staff are amazing at what they do. They make sure you have the best experience from the second you walk in til you leave and be satisfied with what you came to the salon for. I highly recommend coming to Exotic Nails. Haven’t gone to any other salon since I started coming here.

I went here today for the very first time, read the reviews and decided to give it a shot, theyre very thorough and make sure every step of the way that you like the way theyre coming out, theyre very polite, super nice and personable. I travel from NY to come to this salon. My feet are complicated and i leave feeling soft, smooth and beautiful. I enjoy looking at my hands and nails after i return to NY. I receive compliments on my nails daily. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

My gel on my nails came out 2 days later from the cones! Theirs this chubby lady there that does not likes you to bring your kid with you! Do not bring your kid to this place! I do not recommend this place at all!!!

I was going through google and found this review belowI have been going to Linda and Tran for about 4 years now and Believe me when I say they are very clean. All their manicure and pedicure utensils go into a high temperature baker after they are washed and then packaged again into those medical packages, then left under UV light. never have I encountered a case where one of their customers have gotten a fungus. If youve gotten your nails done 3 months ago how is it that youve gotten a fungus now? They are very sanitary in what they do, even leaving their nail bits very heated to kill all germs. As for the fact that you said They do not like kids, you are very wrong. they are one of the most family friendly business I have ever known, even back when they were on Boylston st and near the valley. And even the way they do their gels there are no chipping and such, even if something were to happen they tell you to come back right away so they can fix it. However this shouldnt needed as the gels will last for about for weeks, even all my friends say do not just me. I went to exotic nails again after the new owners took over and now I plan on staying at this salon! The place was very clean and all of the ladies are very sweet ladies. I ended up having to bring my baby and everyone was patient with me, letting me tend to her quickly when was she started crying. A gentleman did my pedicure and he was very thorough. Linda did my full set, She did her ombré technique for the color with gel polish, and I asked her to shape them out (coffin) for me, I absolutely love them, they came out beautiful. Also got my eyebrows done, the Hispanic lady did them and also did a wonderful job and I’m picky with eyebrows because mine are naturally two noticeably different shapes. I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else for a long time. ❤️❤️

I was recommended the NEW!! Exotic Nails by my cousin and Im so glad I took her advise because my nails look beautiful. I have been seeing the same tech for 6 years as I am very picky about my nails. I booked my appt with Linda and she was amazing. Very friendly and very honest. She repaired 3 of them and filled the rest. They now look like a brand NEW! fresh set. I havent been this excited about the way my nails look in months! And they cost me far less (including the tip) than my usual girl. Needless to say it looks like my nails and I have found a new home. Thank you Linda and your entire team for the warmest welcome. Cant wait to come back

Okay this place is 100% amazing, it can be a bit expensive depending on what you do to your nails (acrylics; how long/short) but this place is amazing. ive been here only once and ive made friends with most of the nail techs, and especially Linda. Linda is like the cool big sister you never had, she and her staff are amazing, and im pretty sure theyre her kids
