Loved my beautiful nails and the service was very friendly. Quality nails at a good price.

They are nice people. The technician was nice too but my skin is broken and I hope I dont get an infection. Also the nail polish came out immediately after I left while I was driving! Never had a negative experience this fast before. Not worth the 60 dollars for basic manicure and pedicure. I am extremely disappointed.

In need of some serious “Girl Time,” my dear friend and I headed out to Bliss Nail Bar of Lubbock, as a gift from her beloved husband. Neither of us has had the ability or opportunity to pamper ourselves in such a regal way in a very long time. New in town, without any particular connection or loyalty to any one place or person, we Googled “Nail Salons” in town that were nearby, and Bliss was at the top of the list (I had seen it a few minutes earlier as we passed by while acquiring our beverages for our journey!)Immediately upon entry, we were warmly welcomed and greeted to the Salon. Our intake information was retrieved by the woman managing the desk, and our needs were inquired about. We both settled on a “Milk and Honey” pedicure, and after resting a few moments, while we selected our individual colors, our foot baths were prepared.The Salon is crisp, clean, and yet inviting. It’s modern and bright with a chill vibe that envelops you through the layout of the salon, the temperature inside (neither too hot nor too cold) and the music… contemporary, yet calming. Not typical “zen-like” spa music, nor what you’d hear at a local coffeehouse. Just very chic; modernly minimal… not loud, but hear-able, not distracting, not annoying. We were offered a beverage and led to our thrones!The pedicures were all we had hoped for. Henry worked on me; Bianca on my pal. The experience was luxurious, relaxing, and satisfyingly de-stressing. Henry’s strength is attention to detail, I’d say. My friend raves about Bianca’s massaging technique.We left the salon as happy as two little larks. Our gel/shellac pedicures are guaranteed for a week, otherwise they’ll be fixed free of charge.We WILL be back!Bliss accepts walk-ins as well as appointments. I HIGHLY recommend the experience… Treat yourself… INDULGE!

I went in for an appointment with my 8 year old and her best friend. We were immediately met at the door and were shown to our pedicure chairs. They were super nice the entire time. The kids loved their nails and enjoyed the experience!

This is a fabulous nail salon! Amanda is always very friendly and helpful upon check in, and all of the nail technicians are very conscientious as well. They offer a wide array of services to choose from and the price point is very reasonable for the services rendered and the time they spend with each client. Today was my second time to get my nails done here. This morning I arrived a few minutes after my sisters as all three of us were getting our nails done. Due to some confusion/miscommunication nobody had started doing mine, and my sisters were nearly finished, so I was going to leave when they finished. However, the owner (David?) was soooo kind and apologetic and definitely made things right! Customer service is clearly a priority here and I appreciate everything they did to make it a positive experience. Also, my nails are fire every time I leave here! Overall 10/10 recommend!

David is a really great owner! He was super polite and made sure my nails were perfect! I had never been here before, but definitely a great first experience. I will definitely be going back for sure! The building is kind of hidden in the shopping center behind a dry cleaning building.

They did an outstanding job! The whole staff was great and super attentive. It was one of the best pedicures Iv had. I highly recommend coming here they ever have a 7 day warranty on shellac so if it chips they will fix it. There was 3 of us and they instantly got us in with our an appointment and got us refreshments.

Came here for mani- pedis for my young daughter & myself. The staff is very friendly and provide excellent service. We will definitely come back again.Also my daughters shellac started to come off & we came back a few days later to get it fixed. Joy did a great job both times.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because $150 before tip is a bit pricey for what was done & there was still a couple spots on my feet that could have used a bit more work. They are VERY friendly, professional, mostly VERY thorough!! They did things I havent seen done in a minute to the point I had forgotten. They are kinda hidden due to a dry cleaner built in front of the strip center where they are. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM & Ill be back. Oh, and they guarantee what they do!!

I was indecisive about which color I wanted and the nail technicians helped in deciding the color and didn’t mind one bit. Came in from out of town for a wedding and had the privilege of the owner doing my nails. He directed me in having an affordable and high quality set of nails. Extremely friendly! The spa itself was very beautiful, modern, and clean!! Highly recommend!

First time going with both my daughters. They were very respectful, presentable, they gave me an estimated wait time. Offered us a beverage. I love the kiddie size spa seats for the kids, my girls loved them. The manager took time to come and greet us and introduce herself. I will be back for sure!

Bliss Nail Bar is a Hidden Gem!! I have had no luck in finding that perfect place to get pedicures or manicures since moving to Lubbock. After reading amazing reviews, I decided to try it out. It was the best decision. EVER. The receptionist was delightful and very welcoming. My pedicure was with James and it was amazing!! The absolute best since moving here. I have been reluctant to have tips again. So glad I was referred to David. He listened and understood exactly what I wanted. He was so nice and made absolutely sure that I was happy with my nails. Better yet, they give you a card so that if something happens to your nails within a week they will happily fix them. Very professional of them to do so. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing and elegant. Needless to say, I am definitely going back

I havent done my nails in such a long time and most of my experiences have never been that good but, Bliss Nail Bar did such an amazing job!Pros:Very attentive - honestly the owner David I believe was very sweet. Kept offering me drinks and asked if everything was great.Patient- James (the person who did my nails) was very patient with me as I have never done dip nails before. Kept telling me to take my time in deciding colors, nail shape, and he listened to everything I asked him. This is become my new favorite nail bar to go to post COVID-19!!! They are appointment only, masks have been a requirement since they reopened, and they actually in enforce it!!! The staff is constantly cleaning and disinfecting products after use hand sanitizer is available almost everywhere!!! Definitely taking all health precautions and I love it!!! And not to mention the staff has been super friendly especially David!! Tonight I came in pretty late and I needed both a full set and pedicure And he took care of me and did not rush me in any shape or form treated me like I was the same as his very first customer of the day!!! I highly recommend this establishment!!!!! And ask for David!!

If you are coming to do something simplistic then this is the perfect salon for you. They are very clean, have a relaxing atmosphere, and are professional. The guy that does my nails, David is really good especially as it pertains to foundation work for acrylics. I would honestly recommend him if you go. I’ve never in my life been happier with the shape and foundation of my acrylics. The only things I take issue with is the lack of designs and the price. I do think things are a little to pricy for the work provided, but I am also from a different region of the country so my perspective could be skewed. Today, I requested a design that is relatively simple. The woman that did the design after David did my acrylic work and the painting of my nails did inform me that she could do something similar. Cool. I asked for it to be as similar to the picture as possible. One of the nails I liked. It wasn’t the the worst nor the best. Cool. The second nail with design did not look that similar so I asked her to make it look bigger like the picture. She told me it would look bad, but I still wanted it bigger so it would at least be similar to the picture. It didn’t look good the way she did it so I said okay you can do it like you did it before. After that I believe she got nervous and her hands were shaking and so she was unable to do the design. If you are unable to do something actually similar to that of a picture, just let me know and I would have just done something different. By the end of the whole ordeal my nails were fixed to all one color but I did not have a good experience today at all. I’m unhappy with my nails due to time wasted and the reaction of the lady. I don’t know if I’ll be back to the nail salon or if I will find another nail salon that will have an easier time accommodating my request.
