Vicki & her team are some of the best in Worcester! My mom went to her starting in 2001 and once I turned 16 I have not gone anywhere else for my nails, toes & waxing! I’ve seen them through two locations, I used to sit with my mom when I was a little girl watching Vicki do her nails. Now, 20 years later, Vicki watched me grow up and will always be doing my nails. Vicki is amazing at her craft, so is her team and is ALWAYS learning and freshening up on their skills. This salon has a family environment that not many other salons provide. They provide caring service, they do not speed through the process like some other salons do. I wish I could give Tip Top Nails 100 stars ⭐️

The people are very nice, but the woman that did my nails wouldn’t take no for an answer about getting gel. She asked me over 10 times if I wanted gel and when I repeatedly said no, she kept asking why not. When filing my nails, she made all my nails uneven with no straight edges. Additionally, she plopped the acrylic powder on my nails before they were ready and the painting of my nails was terrible. Not sure why, but she kept telling me about how many hours she worked and how hard it was for her working 6 days with no car. I would’ve appreciated her paying attention to what I was asking for instead of dismissing it to tell me her story. I got my nails redone elsewhere a week later and they commented about the poor quality and damage done to my nails. I would suggest going here if you’re getting a pedicure but not your hands.

Best place for nail care in the entire city of Worcester! I’ve been going there since day one and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Very clean and sanitized during these trying times. All of the staff are fantastic, especially my fave Vicki! Love you Tip Top!

I got gel done in Saturday and by Sunday night they were already chipping I had to go back in for them to fix it which after another 2 days the rest of the other nails started to chip alsothey told me its 30.00 for a Pedi and I was paying for my sister so that should have equaled 60.00 but she charged me 65.00. the only thing I can think of is when I went under the dryer my toe Nail rubbed it and made a mark on it. I asked her to fix it and she said sure. But never said they would charge 5.00 just to fix a nail. Its not like I even left the place.. I will not be back for that and the other worker lady harasses customers and me and my sister get a gel done 15 dollars More. When we say no she keeps pushing. Like damn..lady.. so I will not be back.

I really like this place and it is now one of my top two, go-to nail salons. In truth, I havent been going to get pedicures very frequently because the other place I like is harder to get in to and is a bit more expensive (but totally worth it). I like Tip-Top Nails because it offers all the convenience of a larger nail salon, like appointment ease/availability and moderate prices, but its more relaxing and pleasant than most other nail salons Ive been to. The interior is relaxing and the lighting is a nice balance of bright enough for the detail work but also low enough that you feel like youre in a spa. The staff was very nice and they did a wonderful job on the pedicures my friend and I enjoyed.I dont normally get manicures but I like Tip-Top Nails so well and find their prices and convenience so agreeable that I plan on treating myself to one here soon!

So I definitely loved this nail salon. I had Vicky who was absolutely great. I had gone on a Thursday around 10am without an appointment. I was definitely lucky to be seated so fast because 10 minutes later there was a wait.The inside is beautiful and they do the most basic awesome things like offer you a drink. Of course you need to find the person who actually did for a replica but its great that they have artist there.

This is a very beautiful salon! They always care and have great energy! I recommend technician, she does an amazing job! All of their nail techs are amazing honestly! I have found my nail tech! Try it out you most definitely will find

I love this place! I rushed straight from work to make it before closing and when I walked in I was greeted and welcomed immediately. The staff was pleasant and the experience was relaxing. Even the music was on point! My nail tech was so nice and did an amazing job! If you need a place come to this place, they are amazing!

This has to be the cutest and nicest nail salon ever. I went in to get my toes done last weekend, and it was the best nail experience Ive ever had. The gals are friendly, and they do an amazing job at nail art. Cant wait to go back again. Finally, the prices are great as well.

I was a long time customer before I moved South. I was in MA for the Thanksgiving holiday and needed a nail fixed. The owner Vicky wasmore than happy to fix it. She was friendly and remembered me from long ago. Unbeknownst to me, when I was getting my jacket on she snapped a picture of me and forwarded to one of her customers whom I know and don’t get along with. I received texts from this individual. Vicky had no business notifying anyone of my presence in the city. Shame on her and from now on she needs to mind her own business. I won’t recommend her to anyone I know in the City. 😡

We tried a different spa first that said they accepted walk ins. But in spite of several empty chairs they had no openings. So we came to Tip-Top Nails.They were friendly! They had immediate openings. Then the actual pedicure and manicure! They were efficient, clean, and thorough! Felt amazing! We did just the basic which was much nicer and more in depth than some other places weve been to.Id come back in a heartbeat! I would definitely recommend this place.

Pleasantly surprised by how nice the inside of this nail salon was! I got a pedicure, the lady was very nice. The hot stone massage felt so good, the interior of the salon is very aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. Overall I had a very good experience here and will be returning (smiley)@@@

Awesome place! I went on a Saturday with no appointment and only had to wait 10-12 min before I was taken care of. The nail tech was so meticulous and precise with the application (gel mani) that I even offered to change the color because the nail polish was a bit runny. She insisted that it wasnt necessarily. I love how they came out. Clean and peaceful environment. Will definitely go back!!

Today was my first time at Tip Top Nails and I was lucky enough to walk-in without an appointment and have technician do my nails, I asked for SNS and a pedicure. Both services exceeded my expectations. She and her staff are nice and friendly. Salon was very clean, prices are reasonable. I will defiantly be back Thank you!!

It was awesome! My co worker and I were in town for a conference and picked Tip-Top Nails based on Google reviews, the pedicure we wanted and close convenience. They were very accommodating to us and the pedicure was amazing!!!!! The foot massage was absolutely wonderfulZ I would totally recommend.

Had been a regular customer. Went to store at 4pm last Tuesday as a walk in. There were two customers and three techs on site and owner refused to provide services as a walk in. I asked if I could make an appointment for later that evening and was told no. Had to come as a walk in since no phone number on website. Left and went elsewhere and was taken immediately for manicure and gels. TipTop lost me as a customer permanently. Many other great manicurists around!

I have a super awesome time when I go get my Pedi and Fill. I have the best Tip-Top Nails make my day when Im feeling low. I have a spider bite on my foot and the itching was unbearable. Really great experience here, despite that I was on a time crunch they were able to accommodate me and I got a manicure and pedicure polish change within an hour. Great quality service and friendly staff, definitely coming back the next time Im in the area and need my nails done.

I have been going to Tip Top Nails for 20 years!! I drive 45 minutes to get my nails done because this salon is top notch with exceptional service from all of the girls and guys who work there. Vicki and her staff have always been professional and I have never seen anything less than that. Some of the reviews in here are plain lies. I have never witnessed any gross actions by any staff member ever in this salon. Vicki is certified, her salon is clean, her service is exceptional because she will even go to people who are too disabled to come to the salon and do their nails for them!! I have never had my nails done wrong and I have never had any fungus or issues with my nails. I wouldnt keep driving 45 minutes to get my nails done if this wasnt a truly exceptional place to go where I feel welcome, get treated with respect, have a fabulous set of nails each and every visit and enjoy Vicki and all of her family and watching her 3 daughters grow up over these past 20 years!! Dont believe the negative reviews on this salon because they are not accurate....will continue to go to get my nails done there until my drivers license is taken from me!!

I came in five minutes before another one of there clients who should I mention is one of the owners favorite. She decided to take her favorite client before me. When I had asked her who would be taking me next she said she would once she was done with the lady she had. My nails were uneven, I was waiting for an half and hour for someone to finally help me with a simple refill.

Dont believe the hype!!! I dont know if these reviews are from their friends more than customers. I went because of their good reviews. I received horrible service from the beginning, not greeted. I was services promptly because the shop was empty ( this should have been the first sign that they werent as good as advertised). The technician took a 2 hours to do my nails s it seems she was unfamiliar with the technique. When they were finished they were not all the same length, a corner of one nail at the cuticle was already lifting and the edges of 3 nails on my right hand were chipped. After pointing out the errors nicely and asking for it to be fixed, I was interrupted by the technician t the next table who asked Why was I complaining?. Even though this was very rude I answered and offered to show her the imperfections I was referring to. Both technicians proceeded to speak to eachother in Vietnamese. I assume translating for my technician as she did not speak English. At this time I was still optimistic, however as she resumed her work she began tugging on my hand roughly which she was not doing before. The technician beside us then told me that she took. Long time with my hands and that she had another appointment so I needed to choose a color. I can go on and on about how it progresses from there but I figure youve go the just of things. In the end my nails looked decent from the top with nail polish over them, however the undersides are messy, rough and the polish job was rushed and incomplete. I still paid for their deplorable service but will be taking my money elsewhere next time. I suggest you do the same. These can never be compared to NY nail quality.

Worst service...tech was rude... went in for a fill with square nails... She took it upon herself to make them pointy.... had her fix her mistake BUT now have bumps at top. Also had appt for me and my daughter... they took walk ins before my daughter!! NEVER WILL BE BACK!!!

Absolutely terrible. Im not one to leave a bad review, this will be a first. However I truly want to avoid another person from paying for horrible service. Not only did I watch a nail tech hawk a loogy into the same sink you wash your hands in, but she turned to see who was watching her first and did it anyway. I have acrylic stiletto nails and after continuously pointing out the two completely different shapes each one of my hands had, I had to take the nail file, that was used on another client right before me, from him. I had one hand stilleto (done at my normal salon) and the other he made some oval shape id truly never even seen before, as I had removed all the nails on that hand since they were previously damaged.....after I watched two girls one after the other use the bathroom for drugs I was all set.... how this place is in business still is beyond me.

They always make sure she is comfortable, putting a pillow behind her back, bringing water over to her to wash her hands so she dont have to get up. The little things like that matter to me. Also with my mom having diabetes I get worried of nicks or cuts and let me tell you thats one thing I do not have to be concerned with there.Yes Ive known Vicki for over 25 years she is an excellent business woman, remembers all her clients names I dont just consider her my nail lady but my friend. The negative reviews I am reading blow my mind, because if you didnt like your nails she would fix them in a minute.Also I seen a post saying they are racist that really urked me, they are the least bit racist and to say that in a review without why you feel that way or what lead you to feel they are/were racist just makes your review invalid.And yes they speak there language there, the owner Vicki speaks great English but a couple of the other workers dont so there is nothing wrong with them talking. I mean what are they suppost to sit there in silence? If you are in a conversation with one of the girls and they dont understand you that well, Vicki is always listening and if she sees that its not be communicated she will interrupt in there language to explain what you were asking or saying. Again dumb founded by the reviews.Another review says she seen people use the bathroom for drugs first off, they have security cameras in there every where and if that was the case and point put the druggies on blast with the owner or one of the other workers, they would of kicked them out so fast. Drugs are every where in this city, but how did you even know they were doing Drugs? Seriously? I personally have medical issues and can spend 10 mins in a bathroom does that mean Im using drugs. Ughhh these reviews are useless with out facts.Long review I know but needed to give my full opinion. I post all my nail pics to Google Maps, you can see the great job they do. I just always recommend making an appt, yes they do walk ins but the person with appt will come before the walk in, so review where someone said they took so and so first, well if I have an appt at 5 thats my slot whether you been sitting 30 mins prior to that.
