Normally I love the service I get here but the time I went recently I wanted shorter nails for work and the lady told me that she wouldnt make them short because that would be ugly. By the time she finished it was almost time for the place to close and the end result was that my nails were longer than I wanted and they were bulky. I wish I said something while I was there.UPDATE: I went back for them to fix it and they fixed my nails at no cost!

I love the way my pedicure looks. The nail tech did an amazing job making my feet feel wonderful during and after she completed the work on them. The facility was very clean and the prices were average.

Just had them done yesterday great job

I got a pedicure and within the next 2 days my big toe was infected and hurting because she dug to deep for the hang nail I had. I had to go buy medication and stuff to take care of the infection.

I went to get my eyebrows and a full set and they were rushing the whole time and charged me for gel when I asked for regular and also messed up my eyebrow were rushing me out the door and my nails were not what I asked for first and last time I go there...

Employees were quick and efficient. They engaged in great conversations and did an amazing job on the nails and feet themselves

My favorite nail salon. Only will go here. Staff is so nice and helpful and always do an amazing job. Have gone here for months and refuse to go anywhere else now . Sometimes the wait is long because they don’t schedule correctly even if you make a appointment, but it doesn’t bother me cause it’s worth the wait.

They were good at first but once they see you go there often they start uping the prices. Last time I went in was for a refill (mind you I had no missing or broken nails) I paid $90 JUST FOR A REFILL and it didn’t last 2 days. I had to spend my birthday with one broken nail. Never again.

Try this place, I had a great experience. Sanitary, clean, safe. Professional. Pleasant conversation with manicurist. Staff exceptionally polite. I got my natural nails painted, regular (not gel) mani and pedi. Day 2 and no chips or cracking.

My first experience was bad but honestly I didn’t feel like driving across town so I decided to give them another chance, I was just getting a fill. When removing a nail she ripped half of my real nail off, it kept bleeding and she kept insisting to glue an acrylic over it. I’ll never go there again

Horrible service I make an appointment when I get there they tell me the person before me came late so I’m to wait a half hour? No thanks that’s why I make appointment. Gave them another chance $60 for gel acrylic that chipped and broke two days later. Taking my business elsewhere

I’ve gone to this place twice. The first time they pressured my friend into getting the more expensive nails. The second time one nail was different from the other and the person who did my toes let the water over flow, didn’t know what they were doing. I went with my grandmother a third time for her. She had a hair on a nail, cotton on another one and some were half painted. It’s expensive for this kind of service.

Went in for the first time today for a pedicure and the spa was very clean, spacious and nice. The women do did my nails was very sweet. I will definitely be back again! Thank you.

The salon is nice inside, but I wouldnt recommend the services. I got a full set and my nails are not smooth. My nails have are bumpy and the owner of the salon had to repaint my nails because she didnt think they were good enough. I have been to many nail salons and I found the service here to be not the best and the nail technicians not to be very friendly. Definitely would not reccommend

I’m new to the Worcester area after driving across country, so wanted a relaxing mani/pedi experience to unwind. Joseph was quite efficient, thorough, caring and did a beautiful job. The facility is attractive and clean. I’ll certainly be frequenting Glamour for my nail needs. Recommended!

Its sad that Ive been doing my nails since the age of 16 now Im 34 and to come to a place o early charging for a refill and to color change to be at 60 bucks at that been gel its insane no hand or feet message no pedi just a color change at 30 where other places is 15 and there refill cost as a full set so upset wish Sally had a better selection of automatic nail filer cause I will not ever pay these over rated thief for those that like them must not been in the acrylic game long enough your been robbed blindly...

Worse place ever

Every time I visit, I am pressured to get GEL manicure/pedicure, eyebrow treatment, etc. They ask over and over again. People know what they want so you should not keep asking them over and over again.

This place can be hit or miss, some days I get a person who will completely mess up my nails while others do well. I always get a French gel mani from the owner she’s my favorite there.

I go there for their waxing and nail services. Fong is so thorough! When I leave, I dont feel one hair on my chin and my eyebrows look great. When I get my mani/pedi, it is very relaxing.

The woman was very stressed out and didnt finish the mani correctly, skipping the exfoliation and massage of my hands,very disappointed.

DONT COME HERE IF YOU KNOW WHATS BEST FOR YOU!! My nails began breaking and coming off after a week and my nail polish is also coming off! and after i got my nails done and as it was drying it messed up and i asked them to fix it and they REFUSEd to fix it for me! They were so rude! I’m only giving them two stars because the salon is nice but other than that DONT COME HERE!

This place is very bad I go do my nails with skinny blonde hair lady,she doing terrible job cut my finger with nailed and charge me $45 .When always Im $35 I when back to owner she ignored my case.

This is the worst nail salon to ever go to very unprofessional sloppy doing nail don’t treat guest with no type of respect you call them out on their mistakes and they get very upset with you and charge you an arm and a leg for ugly and poor work
