This is THE best cleaners I’ve ever used in 40 years! I live in Rockford, but my office is in Woodstock, and started using this cleaner a few years back, and they are crazy good. I’ve had some alterations performed as well, and they were perfect! Lovely couple who own and operate this business, and the quality is like stepping back in time.

Sloppy stitching caused a $5 patch to ruin the look of a $100 jacket. What I assumed would be a simple sewing job of rudimentary-shaped patch resulted in no less than 4 separate visits to this location due to poor organization and poor communication. The person who accepted the work was not the same person who performed it and common sense was not exercised when it came to applying the patch. Instead of following the edges to preserve the aesthetics of the front, they sewed an unsightly rectangle around it for the back of the patch. It defies all logic. If they didnt want to take the time to follow the shape of the pattern, I wish they would have declined the work. I am so frustrated and upset.
