It is a fairly large, clean laundry, it has some game machines and machines for snacks and sodas. It has drop-off service, the bathroom is perfectly controlled because you have to use the same card that you use to wash, they sell everything you need for your wash but next door is a dollar store, very friendly service and Spanish is spoken. Moderate prices, definitely 5 stars

Its a great place to clean your clothes, great price. Its just not as clean as it was eight months ago. I think it should be cleaned up throurghly.

The lady that works in there is always mean, its dirty and half the washers and dryers dont work anymore. The milk jug of cigarette butts is disgusting! The games in the back dont work anymore and probably havent worked in a long time. The mother and daughter and not professionals and have the little boy there playing. I was told to leave cuz I didnt have my mask and dont carry one anymore as the state of Illinois is open now and they dont even wear their masks they way they should and while others are in there. We will not be coming back!

This is wonderful! First time visiting this face. Had to bring king size comforter in. Tina was the attendant on duty today. No coins! She helped me get set up with a laundry card, showed me how the machines worked, and even watched my stuff while I ran next door to Dollar General for fragrance free detergent. Tina was pleasant and chatted as she cleaned the floors and washed laundry for various paying customers. Will definitely be back here if I need to use their large capacity washers and dryers again.

Its a laundromat...not a restaurant, clean enough for me while my washer is broken, and all the ladies who work here are VERY friendly to me. Over the last few weeks, have never seen the same machine down for more than one, so nothing to complain about...other than I wish I could get a beer here too! 😉

No coins needed! Washers & dryers of various sizes available & they do the job pretty fast! Easy to operate. Place is also quite clean compared to others Ive been to. Plenty of available parking. I wouldnt go anywhere else...

Laundromat was very clean, but the staff (an older woman) was very rude towards my family. She seemed perfectly fine with everyone else, but seemed to have a problem with us even though we were very polite and clean customers.

Very upset! on Saturday06-22-19 i went there and my daughter had the urge to go use the rest room. so i asked the lady working there if she could unlock the door for us (since you need a card to open it) because i still had to exchange my coins for dollars so i could get a card and load money into it. i very nicely asked her “ could you please open us the door so my daughter can go use the bathroom? “ as shes folding clothes she just looks at me and says you need a card to open the door. i said i know but my daughter really has to go shes urging to go. so she looks at my daughter and with a bad attitude says “YOU NEED A CARD TO GO IN THE BATHROOM OK” now keep in mind my daughter is only 5 years old. i come to find out the lady’s name is LAURA. i love coming to this laundry super clean super nice but honestly if LAURA if you don’t like your job than quit don’t be giving a bad image to such a nice place just because you have attitude problems. i hope this gets fixed with this lady’s bad attitude because they just recently made a kids area to play so i would imagine it a kid friendly place. very disappointed. again her name is LAURA she is a slim tall lady. im sure its the one that everybody complains about being mean to little kids. she needs to be fired

The manager is awesome high level of customer service. Also the lady with red hair very hard worker. Some customers complain about her because she stops the children from running or anything that may cause them to become injured. This is not a play ground. This is a place of business control your kids here. I’m sure you can’t do it lit at home it shows in public.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. There have been multiple times that I have had problems here. I drop my laundry off to get done because I work alot. The second time they balled up my dress shirts and told me that they didnt hang them over not returning 2 hangers. The second time was because they put my wife on hold and said, oh its the *******s I really dont want to do theirs. and my wife heard her. The 3rd thing had nothing to do with me. It was Laura screaming at kids then calling the police because she feared for her life. Meanwhile, she was laughing as the family was forced to leave with sopping wet clothes. After I told the store that we wouldnt be coming back, Maria called me back and began yelling at me and justifying all the bad experiences. NEVER AGAIN. They are racist, rude, and have no desire to do their jobs.

For a laundromat, this is a pretty good one. It’s always clean and relatively chill. However, watch out for the tall lady with red hair. She can be rude.

So dirty these days. This used to be the cleanest laundromat in town. I had stopped going here because of the copious amounts of mold in the washers (in the lid where the soap goes as well as in the front door seal. Very noticeable.) Unfortunately the laundry room at my apartment is out of commission at the moment. I thought perhaps maybe they had cleaned up. Nope instead of spending money to clean out the moldy washers they installed pointless bubble tubes on top of the washers... Yeah.. that helps nothing.My way of picking washers here is to stick my head in and sniff. The dryers seem fine.If management put in a little effort to do a deep clean on all the washers (then maintain) I would become a regular once more.

Dont have a arcade game that takes the money but then doesnt starts the games then when I go to tell a lady wearing glasses and all she says is they dont give refunds. So I said well you need to put a sign on it that says out of order because you cant just take peoples money and one have the game not start or two not give the money back. I know it was only 50 cents but that was completely rude and after i said that she just looked away from me and started playing on her phone. That is not customer service and if she was my employee she wouldnt have a job any more. Thats my opinion.

Friendly, polite, helpful staff. Very clean machines & folding areas. I know another reviewer said it was overpriced but thats not true. Its fairly priced. . Come to Chicago where I live and youll realize how fair these prices are. When I visit my family I bring my comforters here. Also, they have drop off service if youre too lazy or pressed for time to do it yourself.

Nice place, but a laundry mat card is required to pay for the machines. Minimum of $10 is required to put money on the card through a debit. Overall a clean place

Staff was so friendly and love the no querters thing. I dont know why thier is reviews of it being dirty. It is extremely clean and the woman was even cleaning every single cieling fan.

Use to be much cleaner before seems like its starting to get run down mutiple machines out of order entry door usually out of order bathroom dirty dark scary needs work but washer and dryer seems decent for price

Its 9:11pm. Why are all but one exit locked? Sure hope there is never a fire or an active shooter. Also the short lady was mean. At 9:03 asked if i could start another load. She almost bit my head off. Im okay with her telling me no, just not how she did it.

Used to be the cleanest laundromat in town. Been slipping lately.. maybe just the new people.. but its also the most expensive in town. If they dont get on it better soon we will go back to the not as clean one and pay less...
