I don’t typically write poor reviews but this one was a necessity as I was offended on how we were treated. My boyfriend and I went here for the first time today to do laundry. We left when it was in the washer and when we came back and were putting it in the dryer a woman who I am guessing is the owner accused us of not using the washer and said we could not use the dryer. We explained we just used washer 7 and she apologized, I thought we were good to go and started the dryer and left. We came back after an hour and our wet clothes were removed by someone who i am guessing was that same woman and put in one of their baskets to sit there. If she did not believe us she could have looked at cameras. What’s the point of advertising “free dryer” if you are going to accuse everyone of stealing or taking advantage. Bad way to do business, I will not be returning or recommending anyone go here.

Despite free drying, this place is getting more and more ran down! Machines are constantly broken down and takes weeks to fix, just to break down again a week later. The floor has a small hole in it, where the carts can slide into it and topple over. Much like a pot hole. They do keep it fairly clean, just not maintained. I rather pay for drying in a nice place!

This laundry mat is ok. You still cant use the bathroom. The machines I used were clean. The coin machine worked.

Ive been coming here for years when Im in town and had no issues but today after unloading my laundry I found out their coin machine is out of service 🤬, BRING QUARTERS PEOPLE

The washers leak and make it harder for dryers to get the Water out so takes longer

The cleanest laundromat in woodstock. Friendly staff and the morning crew are constantly cleaning. Even standing up on steps tools cleaning the tops of the washers and driers. AMAZING.

Major algae growing in the rims is the washing machines. Clothes didnt really get very clean. Litter, food, drinks left all over the place - folks not wearing masks. There is a huge sign in the front window stating ATTENDANT ON DUTY but apparently the attendant only works from 8am-11am. Worst part, there are no restrooms. There is a sign saying to call for the restroom access code . I called, no answer, left VM, no reply. Texted, no reply. Then a gang of unruly teens came in to charge their cell phones - it was a not a pleasant experience.

Consistently clean ... nice people. Best laundromat experience around!

I use this place for large blankets all the time. The big washers are great!

Do u guys know if they keep clothes if it got left in the washer by accident?? I’m trying to get my clothes my husband didn’t check the washer and he left it in there???

Wash and free dry, amazing! Its cheaper to do my laundry here than in Marengo.

Very affordable but the place is falling apart. Dont go when its raining because the ceiling leaks bad and sometimes the floor gets mini floods.

Clean smells nice and drying is free with washing being same price as everywhere else they also wash and fold for a buck a lb

FREE DRYERS when you wash here. Very clean and lots of parking. Right next to Secretary of State.

The berda did not like me very much, there was a person sleeping under a table and began to attack the people who were there. Fat a man who was ay.

The people do not think they take over all the dryers as if they were fierce namas, they do not think that there is more people washing?
