You pay and then its good for life here and theres a ton of locations. BUT Im never going to another location if I can help it because these ladies are the BEST. The staff here is so lovely, friendly and helpful! The only reason I can’t leave a 5 start review is because I was burned and have existing hyperpigmentation on my skin. They mentioned it should eventually go away but it’s unfortunately been 3 months and it’s still there. That said, the person who serviced me that day was a travel nurse, so not someone permanently employed at this location.

Wow! I am so impressed. As someone who is very price conscience, this was an amazing experiencing from the office being clean and welcoming, Bridget (the manager) walking me through the process, facility and pricing options (with NO pressure). When the time came for my treatment, I was nervous of the pain (I’m fair skinned and very sensitive, with a low pain tolerance). The nurse (Carla) went over the process and important information about before and after care and then mapped out the areas we would be lasering (I was doing a Brazilian). When the laser treatment started, I was SHOCKED, it didn’t hurt (I was thinking of being snapped with a rubber band, but it was like a pen tip on the skin and DONE), it was so painless!I highly recommend this location and this treatment and don’t be scared of the price (if that is a concern, they have payment plans if that is easier for you AND no interest).You can feel beautiful, without the “beauty is pain” slogan, and within budget.5 stars.

I cant believe it, I had 1 treatment (legs and bazillion) about a month ago and I feel like I am 50% hair-free. I know the growth cycles might be tricking me, but I couldnt be happier. I have struggled with shaving for years and I am so glad I finally did this. I love the hair-free guarantee (you keep going until you are 95+% hair free and lifetime touch ups). This is NOT the cheapest laser treatment, but the payment plans are great and I am happy to pay more to have an expert treat me (she is an RN who is in school for her Masters) at a nice, clean facility that specializes in ONLY hair removal.
