Ive been coming to Reserve Nails & Spa Inc since college! Ive always had the best time with the most amazing results. The staff are wonderful and super personable. The place is so clean and the waxing and massage are always an added plus! During covid I wasnt able to go for over a year and coming back it was like a reunion with old friends. Its the best place in town and Id never go anywhere else!!

Went to this place based off of reviews and wasnt disappointed! Walked in for a gel mani and a regular pedicure, was seated immediately. Staff was friendly and the entire spa was spotlessly clean. Both manicure and pedicure turned out great, and even though they were busy they didnt rush the process. My nails have lasted over a week and a half without any chipping!

The owner is really friendly and sweet. He did a meticulous job on my gel manicure.Also they have a lot of nail art options that Ill definitely have to come back again and try in the future!

Everyone here is lovely, especially the owner! There are so many countries represented between the staff and customers, its veritable breath of fresh air. I always feel welcome when I arrive, as if am going to a family members home. The staff are courteous, friendly and provide exceptional service. Ive never had a complaint about my mani/pedi and the massages are Out Of This World! Went in with a headache and it was gone when I left. MAGIC HANDS! This is a true neighborhood establishment and we are lucky and grateful to have them. I recommend them without reservation!

I have gone here twice, but the price and quality that I’ve gotten so far has been amazing :) no complaints at all. They seem to be always busy. Don’t bother making an appointment, just walk in! It will be a while to wait, but worth it.

Was disappointed after making an appointment for myself and two girls (5and 6 years old) for manicures and pedicures. I booked them online with no issues. Got a confirmation text later on. I also got a reminder text a half an hour after our appointment 🤷‍♀️. Went in and they didnt check for my name or appointment although it was no issue at all. They told me my girls feet wouldnt reach the water so they could just paint their toes and nails instead. They offered me to have my pedicure in the back well my girls were up front having their nails done. I declined since they are young and this was suppose to be an event together. I had chosen their kids service 8 and under online. Surely they wouldnt offer a service they are not set up to provide.They did their toes and nails painted only $20 and very quick. Didnt want them to be disappointed after promising a nail salon experience. Probably wont be back with them for a service I can do myself and all together at home.

Went here on a whim after work. Despite being nearly 1/2 hour late for my appointment and showing up an hour from closing time, they were very kind and able to take us, which they didnt have to do. Even though they were understaffed and almost closing, I got one of the best mani pedis of my life. They were speedy without sacrificing an ounce of quality. I even brought my boyfriend for his first mani/pedi ever, and the nail tech was so accommodating. Im worried that his expectations will be unrealistically high if we ever have to go anywhere else! Would give six stars if I could.

I went here to get a manicure before my wedding. I booked an appointment several weeks in advance for myself and my maid of honor. When we arrived on a Friday afternoon, the waiting area was filled. I let the lady at the front know that we had an appointment and we were told to wait. We waited for over a half an hour before we were seated. They were so busy that they had to seat is separately. At this point, I was a little disappointed, but I tried to go into it with an open mind still. The young man that did my nails assumed that I would be doing acrylics before asking and roughly cut down all of my natural nails. I had to tell him that I was not doing acrylics and that I was just wanting the gel polish. I thought he would clean up the rough ends of what was left of my nails, but instead he just began applying the polish. I left feeling so defeated. My nails we short and stubby and ORANGE, he used the wrong color. I spent 40$ plus a tip and I ended up covering them up with my own polish the morning of my wedding. I do not often get my nails done and it will be a long time before I have them done again.

These guys are never on time. I have scheduled multiple appointments and they have never once sat me down at the time I make it for. I’ve seen multiple people walk out without being helped including myself. If you’re willing to sit and wait for 30min-1 hour with no updates, this is your place!

I had the best experience getting my nails done here. Everyone is so friendly and Kevin is the sweetest! He checks in on everyone he can. The nail technicians are insanely talented too. When you walk in, theres always someone to greet you too. I highly recommend this place. Definitely going back.

My fingers HURT SO BAD. My sister and I came in to get acrylic sets and both of our cuticleswere BLEEDING due to them being so rough with the nail filers. I was almost in tears. Two separate people working on our nails. Not to mention our totals came out to 150.00 for shorter coffin shaped regular colors nothing extra or fancy. My nails are still sore and so are hers. Have gotten my nails done plenty of times and never experienced this kind of soreness. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Nails are far too thick, “Ken” did my nails here. Poor design, not at all what I asked for. Overall a clean-ish environment but the quality of work was not worth my time (2 hours) or money(85) for a full set of acrylic nails.

I come here every time for my nails, and I always love how they turn out! Unfortunately, their scheduling is not fantastic and even if you have an appointment, they often won’t get to you on time. It’s very frustrating they don’t prioritize that more.

I am a male in mid 50s and this was only my third pedicure. One was in Oregon and the other was local.I can say unequivocally this was by far the best! It was a very busy Friday afternoon there so I was sat at my station 1/2 hr. late. No biggie.The young lady was exceptionally attentive, talented, and made my feet and calves feel outstanding!I will definitely return and highly recommend.If you wondered, I ordered rhe deluxe...and did not get polish. : )

Got me in quickly and the nails turned out pretty. I had a full set of acrylics done.Edit: I went to this place approximately 4 times. Theres no real consistency in way nails are done. Twice they looked really nice. However, my nails were drilled so thin that 4 of them split. Two of them were drilled through and bled. I sent them a message about it and they just kept saying I would be fine in a few days, it was my fault for leaving them on over a month, etc. I had to wait for 2 months for them to heal enough to get acrylics put over the shredded nails at another salon.I had a better experience with the men doing nails than the ladies. Definitely use at your own risk. If you find someone good, request them. Im not a huge fan of tips either, which is what this place offers.

I called ahead of time for a pedicure because I live 2. 5 hours away. Got there and they where slammed. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes, but well worth the wait. The pedicure felt amazing and they where so busy that they stayed open past closing time. Ill definitely be returning soon.

Don’t bother making an appointment, it is first come first serve and they are not timely. They did a great job on my nails when I was able to get in but only go if you can sit and wait for an hour or hour and a half

I came in for my first ever acrylics and I brought in a picture of some cute nails I found on pinterest. I walked out with those exact nails but upgraded twice as good as the picture! Amazing! Im definitely going back!

First time getting a manicure at this salon and the older woman was not nice and kept pulling my hand allOver getting mad and even commented about the color I picked. The quality was very poor and had indents all over the nail, tips were uneven, glue on cuticles and finger tips. For being my first time getting my nails done in awhile this was not a good experienced at all. I also brought my 3 year old along to get hers done the gentleman was very nice and did hers excellent. ALREADY PLANNING TO GET MINE FIXED ELSE WHERE AFTER I GET BACK FROM MY WEEKEND TRIP!!!

Worst customer service I have ever received. She was very aggressive when filing my nails and I will never go back. She had my acrylics way too short and ended up not doing the design I wanted. She whispered offensive things under her breath and I didnt know this poor of customer service existed.

I’ve explored many nail salons and keep coming back here! Kobe is one of the best artists. Once you find a technician you like - be sure to request them. One of the few salons in Missoula that provide dip polish - just pretty expensive ($50+)! But it’s worth it to grow out my natural nails ❤️

I received a manicure with dipped powder on a Saturday. By Tuesday I had hang nails on every nail, along with every nail cracked at the tip. I have never had this happen. I don’t know what their doing wrong... after paying $70 (incl. tip) I will NOT be coming back to this place!

Lovely first time at this salon! I was promptly seated for a walk-in right after work and did not feel rushed picking out colors The nail tech (I didnt catch his name) was meticulous and gentle, and very nice. He made my cuticles like new and did multiple gel coats. My nails feel perfect!

This place is great! The staff is welcoming and friendly. Took my boys with me n got them manis n pedis. There hands n feet havent looked that good since they were babies! My niece and I made an appointment for a basic pedicure and a deluxe pedicure with acrylics. I got my acrylics but no manicure. My niece got her nales painted and a full manicure, a hand massage and everything.but her hands hurt after and two hours after leaving my nieces nail polish started chipping. My acrylics were great though. All in all not bad but wouldnt really suggest to others for a manicure maybe just acrylics.

I always have a great time at Reserve nails. Have never been disappointed after several shellac manicures. This place is very busy most of the time, so go on an afternoon when you have some extra time to spare just in case. That said, they consistently do a beautiful job and beat out the prices of any other nail salon that Ive tried in Missoula❤️

I came in and got my nails done. But didn’t get the color or kind of nails I asked for. I was overcharged and was told by several people that they’ll over charge you if they see the opportunity. I almost spent $100 to get my nails done overall, for something I didn’t want.

My mother and I went in to each get a set of acrylic nails. The stag did not understand what my mother was asking for, even with both of us clearly saying Acrylic nails with a French tip. He ended up cutting my mothers nails too short, one of which was actually ripped and caused her pain. He then painted a white line at the tip to mimic a French manicure. None of her nails are even and it looks like a child did them. We stopped 3 times to say they were wrong, but the staff was rushing us to get to more customers. Severely unprofessional

My favorite nail salon been more than 5 times already. They have friendly service and skilled techs. They have monthly special designs that are reasonable set price but it doesnt include gel removal, thats extra. Variety of colors and stones/gems and glitter and special effect gel polishes which are fun. If you like to have designs, this is the place for you.

Everyone here has been very professional. I had an issue with my nails and they fixed them for me with no questions asked. They were very respectful and nice and even stayed open late to do them. I will be recommending them and going back in the future!

First time coming here and it was amazing. I based my decision off the photos on Google. She did everything perfectly. Color, shape, accent nails, everything. Im also really picky when it comes to the perfect nude or gray dip powder and they have so many swatches to choose from. I highly recommend them!!

I won’t go back I just left there because I wanted a manicure and I just paid 27.00 for her to cut my nails and not even put lotion on?? They are to busy hurrying trying to get the next person! SMH

This salon is fantastic. Not only do I have perfect nails but I also was welcomed and treated with great respect. They are funny and totally knowledgeable in what they do.My manicurist is a nail wizard. My nails are not easy to do as I have a disease which makes my hand highly sensitive. She was gentle and never hurt me.I will be back and I highly recommend a visit and will definitely be returning!

Just got a gel manicure at Reserve Nails and my nails look great. The salon was clean and used sterilized equipment in between customers. They had a big variety of nail colors and offered designs. The manager/owner who greeted each guest and asked for feedback. Check it out if youre in the area!

Wonderful service! They are always quick and friendly. They do a great job with kids. Large color selection.

Horrible! Cheap is cheap as they say. Worked very fast even though I paid for the “deluxe”. As they were drying I started to notice bubbles or flecks in the nail polish but let it go. I let them dry 15 minutes, checked and they seemed fine. Put on my coat and touched again, they were sticky. So they put a new/different coat on top and I left it dry. But there was texture on every nail. Then hours later they smudged and when I was taking it off because it looked horrible, the paint wouldn’t come off. It was like taffy and I had to use a cuticle pusher to push the paint off. Do not go there...not worth spending the money even if it’s not that much.

First time going to this nail salon and it was a good experience. I went pretty late, but they were still able to fit me in and give me quality looking nails! I was very happy with their service and will go there again for sure!

I did a random walk in today and it was amazing! I went to sit down to wait my turn and my turn was already time!!!! I didn’t catch the guys name he was pretty quiet but he did an amazing job!!!! I enjoyed the guy working next to him talking to another customer asking about her and catching up with her it was awesome see their customer service like that. Love this salon and try to go at least once a month. I usually get a pedi and gel mani. My nails always look great and last for weeks. Even when they are really busy, the wait is never too long.

Ive been here a couple of times and it was fine on most occasions but today I loved the manicurist who did my service. She was so sweet and polite. They are generally busy, but they do try their best and get you seated. I will add that my nail shape was performed by someone else so I cant credit her with that, but she wasnt rough at all. She asked me if I wanted them cut down before and what shaped I wanted them. If you want a specific color you may have to ask do they have it (OPI for e.g.).

They got us in right away without an appointment and the ladies there were so good and patient with my girls! My girls are 3 and 5 and have a hard time sitting still but really wanted pedicures and the ladies there took them back helped them with their shoes and even got them chocolate and water while their feet were soaking!

This is actually my third time here, and every single time Ive left with fabulous nail designs (which I get complimented on every time) and feel so relaxed because of their awesome massage chairs. Everything in there is new and they always keep it clean. They line their foot soak basin with plastic liners which they change and replace for every customer. Ive never been disappointed here.

This is easily the best nail salon Ive ever been to in Missoula and I am born and raised here. I came here on the recommendation of a friend as a walk-in customer on a Monday night during the holidays. Although I did wait about 30 minutes, the staff made sure every customer was seated comfortably and offered us beverages and candy.Once I was seated at a nail station, I waited about 10 more minutes. During that time I was able to watch everyone working. The techs take extreme care with each customer and the atmosphere was light hearted and upbeat.De did my full set and polish change on my toes and I dont think Ill ever let anyone else touch my hands and feet ever again lol. All the techs do precision work and I would give this salon 10/10.I recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

I made an appointment for 1:30, and waited for over and HOUR before anyone even got me sat. I am a single mother and scheduling and being time efficient is key in a business. I will NEVER BE BACK.

Decided to try this place out before I went on my cruise. Their yelp reviews and pictures drew me in. I called and made an appointment to avoid the crowd. However when I went for my appointment they were not busy. It was a Thursday evening appointment time was 5:30. I was greeted and seated immediately at a pedicure station.The atmosphere is very clean, open, and chic! I loved the nail bar area. So cute! They have 18 pedicure stations if I am correct. Very comfortable and clean. They have complimentary beverages as well.They have a massive assortment of colors!!! Any and every color you can imagine they have it!The massage chair was amazing and just what I needed. They have many different choices for pedicures. I went with they green tea pedicure and it was PERFECT!I hate that this place isnt a little closer to my home however I dont mind driving for great service. I will be back!!!!!!!
