This landlord is the worst one I resided. They dont care its residents. Once you have a concerns they say they will take care that is if they answer the call because 100% of time they either dont answer or get back to you. I had problem with my AC and I was told to buy a new one. With that I didnt recommend anyone to reside unless they change their new policies. Electricity another issues they come up with their own decisions now everyone has to pay $45 for 1 bedroom, $55 for 2 bedroom $65 for 3 bedroom, $75 for 4 bedroom. None of this was in anyone contract. Please stay away from this property as much as you can.

They are money hungry. They to say you own money to them when you dont. Have not lived there for 3 months and they say I own money now. I would never rent from them again.

I don’t even know where to begin. They do not return your calls, do not track or notate WHO calls so they can tell you that you never called. Our building was infested with bugs and it tools weeks of suffering with bugs in the home for them to finally spray.ALL of the parking lots are completely cracked and have huge holes making it almost impossible to park and drive in your own parking lot. It’s been almost two years and they keep putting dirt in the holes. I’ve never had such a slumlord in my life. Truly despicable.

These apartments are the most disappointing apartments Ive ever lived in. They can not respond to messages or answer their phones. I always try to go in in person but again the door is always locked. They keep giving me late fees when I was told I have until the 4th to pay my rent. The apartments reeks like weed and Im completely fed up with it. Ive never had a worse experience in my life. save yourself the time and money. Look somewhere else.

Experience so far has been good. Professional staff and they make it easy to submit maintenance requests and they get requested repairs completed.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. After renting for 2 years, I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to rent. Cannot control heat, AC is ineffective loud and expensive, neighbors are loud and apartment smells 90% of the time. Maintenance requests take a long time to hear back on. The office employees were friendly however they are very unorganized and it will end up costing you more money in the long run. If you make the mistake of moving in, make sure to check every little thing in the apartment to see if it works, otherwise they will deduct it from your security deposit when you move out.

The absolute worst apartment company I have ever rented from. I got thrown into them because they bought the apartment building I was already living in. After I was living here a year after they purchased it they made us remove all grills from the property as they are a fire hazard yet I have complained about having an improperly charged fire extinguisher. Which they still havent brought me a new one. They have entered my apartment when I was gone on vacation and left the door unlocked for me to find when I got home. Thankfully I didnt have anything missing. Yet they have given their keys to employees that have stolen from my neighbor. I was in the office the other day and they have all their phones on mute, so good luck calling. You can call for hours and no one answers. When I renewed my lease with them (didnt want too but saving for a house) they put the wrong dates on the lease and I had to explain to them that it was wrong, and had to sign a whole new lease. They dont care about their renters one bit, and are only money hungry. Please save yourself and stay away from them. They own way to many buildings to keep up with and are just looking for profit.

They don’t answer your phone calls and when you give them a number to give you a call back they don’t call you back. Also they are money hungry. When they updated there website, there website was down and the rent money was suppose to be taken out automatically...it wasn’t. Then they were going to charge us a late fee even though there website was down. Another thing is they don’t tell you if there website is down...like they won’t send you a call or email saying there website is down...they just assume that we should know our rent is taken out...in which the rent should have been taken out automatically.

I was able to stay at an apartment through the old owners and this new company. The change to negative was drastic. I ended my lease in July, and I am still waiting for my deposit in September. This company slacks at answering the phone and replying to emails. They have a monopoly on apartments though.

Dont live in any apartments they own. Its not worth it. My roommates and I moved out months ago and yet they still havent paid our deposit back. Theyre also claiming my $300 pet deposit doesnt exist, and theyre making up every excuse in the book to not pay us back. And heres the real kicker: they wanted $100 to pay for the metal pans under the grill. Theyre money hungry and a lawsuit waiting to happen.

They never fixed anything in the unit, also they never return your deposit, when you ask the reason for, they don’t have answers, they bring a lot of different problems, which is not here,

I recently went through a very difficult time personally, I was afraid I might have to leave my apartment. I called the office staff and spoke to the ladies, and to my amazement they went above and beyond to keep me in my apartment. Not only that they gave me the support I needed. I honestly cant say that about any other place Ive lived at

Evergreen wasnt a terrible place to live my first year as a broke college student that had to walk to Ridgewater, but Suite Livn is awful. No warning when they bought my building. SL is buying up many properties in Willmar so theyre difficult to avoid, but stay away if you can. SL charged me for damages that were there prior to my move in (under previous building owner) because they didnt have the paperwork from the old owner documenting that. If you buy trash apartments, dont charge the renter to fix it. Okay to live here while in school, just set your expectations low. Working with management is a hit or miss depending on who you talk to in the office. I have gotten many emails that feel unprofessional for a management company as well.

Charged us $972 for a move out which was completely clean, normal wear and tear. Charged for cleaning carpet and painting which was not in the lease. We paid for the damages that came to about $200, they kept the rest of the $500 damage deposit and charged us the rest which they now threw into collections. They would not do a move out inspection and would not talk to us about it. I have pictures, they felt they did but would not show us. For the record Suitelivn, DO NOT answer this review with a oh so sorry for your experience, call us we would love to discuss that is a bunch of bull and you know it. Would not ever rent from them, good luck out there as they are a monopoly now. Anyone out there with issues, contact the BBB to get their name out there as a bad company.

Place is a joke. Rented for three months and now we are getting charged 2600 dollars for nothing. In the lease it stated that we could leave and “break” the lease as long as we informed them of our intent to do so within a timely manner. When we brought that up and did the necessary paper work and finally moved out, the cane back with a bill for violating the lease terms and charged us for it. Now that we are trying to work with them they don’t answer calls or answer voicemails being left. Wouldn’t waste your time!

I used to live here. I loved it. Maintenance was right on top of things when I needed them, and the office staff has always been friendly. There are many places with them to choose from so anywhere youre looking in Willmar, you might as well ask them as they probably have something in your part of town.

Cockroaches galore & they dont do walk throughs, so you never get your deposit back. That place was SPOTLESS, cleaner than when we moved in. We complained about roaches many times, 3 of the 4xs they claimed they sprayed, they didnt. Told them after 10 months of this, we could not take it anymore were going to move out, our lease was coming due, manager told us to wait a few days that they were spraying the unit next to ours, they would spray ours at the same time. Wait, they werent spraying all the units or in the one big crawlspace? so, the roaches would grab their little suitcases and apartment hop from one to another! Btw they never sprayed. They lie.Theres a review by a woman, she gave 5 stars, she works there, our emails came from her, she dont live there. How many others are making false reviews. Department of Health was called on them several times. When we first complained, she told us they sprayed one of the other units by us for roaches. Then later told us she didnt know there were roaches. I have pictures, but Google wouldnt publish the review with them.

I have worked with Suite Livn for over a year now. I started renting with them when they first started managing their apartments in New London. There were many challenges to work out with the property, but Suite Livn was able to attend to those issue and treated me very well. Thank you Suite Livn for making my familys experience a good one:)

Yeah they company just bought the building that I am staying in in Marshall Minnesota and its kicking all of the families out with children ranging from the ages of 2 years old to 15 years old families that work paycheck to paycheck to make sure that their bills are paid and they are about to put them all out on the street with no real explanation on why not even trying to make it easier for the tenants that are living there the ones that have paid their bills the company says it cares about people and the tenants well evidently they do not care so much about people as they do the money that it puts in their pocket they are giving us until October 19th to get up said we do not have to pay Octobers rent well technically if we have to be out by October 19th that is not an entire month so it was prorated nothing was said about giving us our deposit back nothing was ever told to any of the tenants of the property being sold it was all done in secret so no as far as I am concerned it is a very poor company

Highly recommend! Suite Livn is a great rental & housing business! They offer a variety of apartments and rent to own houses in the Willmar area. Affordable, safe, clean and easy to deal with.

The new management in Marshall was horrible! I was promised my deposit back and then a couple weeks later they told me that I wasn’t getting it back. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

They are buying an apartment complex in marshall mn and kicking out all of the famlies because they say they cant get the heating system fixed before the cold season. So instead they are making dozens of families homeless!!! And kicking them out!! Yaaaaa real nice company!!
