Living here is pleasant. Issues are resolved when I ask about them and things that take a bit longer usually come with updates from the staff. The service coordinator, Joanne is really helpful. She works with the management staff to help with issues that my English doesnt allow me to express.

I like living here. I dont have no problem. Sometimes there are people near my door smoking and i dont like it. Security needs to be better. There need to be better cleaning system here too.

So far, so good, everything is fine. My office experience is excellent and the customer is great.

This complex is now section 8/ subsidized housing. they will throw anyone out, who doesnt want to be on section. Doesnt matter how long you live there, the new managements doesnt care. I think managements shouldve informed the tenants about this new changed 6m to a 1 year minimum . because it requires time and money to find a new place. a lot of people that live there all their lives are not prepared for new change like; getting kicked out and move to a new place. every tenants are given the option to be section 8 or vacate the premises. which is very sad. -0 stars

I’m so disappointed of the place I was qualified to move in, they told me to come get the key on Friday, due to my schedule i asked them can I come on Thursday to sign the paper the say yes I went there they showed me the appartement which I know it wasn’t ready on Friday after my husband picked up the key, I went back in there after work to find out nothing was really done the whole place was dirty that night when I went from first floor to down people was smoking I went back explaining to them due to my older daughter health I can’t move like that, they ask me why I say she have a sensitive skin asthmatic Tyrhoid issue allergies and more, they said I will lose my deposit because I have the key for 2 days the manager didn’t care for my concern, now I have to hire a lawyer so I can have my full amount back ..

Is dirty and have roaches in the most dirty place I ever have they need to clean every single apartment building

Sewage comming out of the ground its absolutely disgusting. Roaches and ants infestations

I live there for 9 in a half years there I was miserable. You have females in your business snitching telling the landlord who is in your place. Ppl dropping trash in front of your door, plus rats and roaches. Terrible I was glad Im out of that hell hole.
