My sales guy was good and delivery was faster than estimated. My issue is with the warehouse guy that brought out 19 boxes of 3/4” flooring on a lift and watched me load just about all of it into my truck. He was not very helpful.

My installer sent me in to select my flooring, it was an amazing experience. Nick and Adam helped me select everything I needed. They also introduced me to Vivet who will be helping me with my kitchen design. They all had tons of knowledge and walked me through the entire process. I will definitely be back, thanks Prosource.

Kurt at ProSource was fantastic! He was not pushy at all and provided the right amount of guidance. He was quick to respond to my emails/calls and guided me through the process. It was challenging because I am relocating to Cleveland and needed to coordinate carpet provider, installed, and binder, but Kurt walking me through every step of the way. Also, there was a TON of options; huge selection to choose from.

Perhaps it’s good? Wouldn’t know since the contractor totally ghosted us after measuring, etc. Strung me along for a few days w promise of an estimate that NEVER CAME! Yet to hear from another guy that was supposed to call/come today. So strange

Could have easily went 5 stars, Steve C. was great to work with, quick communication, pleased with the installer reccomendation. The 948sq. of Cortec we orded exceeded our expectations, project is looking great. The young man in the warehouse was polite.Had all intentions of using again for our 2nd floor project early Spring, around another 1000 sq of flooring. Even had a tile sample with me today for comparison. Kitchen backsplash,,only 50sq. Never got there.Now for the bad, the baby treshold really did not match the flooring, nor did the stairnose, which appeared of low quaility. We retained the oak that was in place. Only $200 in material, not that big of a deal to me. What is a big deal to me is the gentleman who came out, and the smugness I was met with. I am to understand could not be sent back, and did read all sales final. Read it before, never before has any supplier I have ever dealt with not tried to make good on a product I was not satisfied with.

This place has good service. I spoke with Brian who knew what he was talking about. The selection of products is great.

Be cautious ordering countertops from ProSource. First I was misquoted, then the countertop was measured incorrectly, then the final product did not look like what I ordered, even though I paid more to get a specific design. Unfortunately they made me pay in full, so they didnt care that the product didnt look right.

Great selections and customer service! Have bought from them many times through my contractor who does the work.

ProSource delivered the glass for my cabinets doors 3 weeks after the cabinets were delivered when they found them in the warehouse. Although some members of the staff were very helpful at trying to fix their error when they were found out about the problem, other staff members clearly were unconcerned by the major inconvenience and additional cost that their error incurred.

One star because Google doesnt allow zero. **BUYER BEWARE** DO NOT USE THIS CARPET WHOLESALER.As I write this, I have had padding and exposed tack strip throughout my entire living area of my home because the salesman at Prosource cant read basic measurements and do simple math to correctly order carpet for a room. He failed to order enough carpet to cover it, so when the installer came out it was a foot and a half short. THEN they wanted to charge me almost $700 MORE to reorder it correctly. Meanwhile all my furniture has been sitting outside under a tarp for 2 days while I tried to resolve this with them. Horrible customer service.ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. There are many places you can but carpet. Go ANYWHERE but here.
