I have been coming now for 10 months for Clear & Brilliant. I am seeing great results. My dark spots caused by an allergic reaction are taking longer than expected, but still seeing great results. I have three difference nurse since the beginning of my treatment and they all are AMAZING. So far my October Treatment has been the best since March! Every since team member is so happy and pleasant and super helpful. LOVING My skin! I cant wait to go make up free.

Came to LaserAway for my second treatment and received the service from Brittany. She was absolutely amazing. Brittany was very thorough and explained the entire time process before she began and while she was working. She also made sure to check in with me to make sure there was no pain, which there was none. I highly recommend this location and receiving services from Brittany. My only regret is that I did not come sooner.

Louise is very sweet, she is very gentle, she always take cares of my aesthetic needs, explains everything well, promotes other services they have, she always does a perfect job everytime…... Makes me want to come back for more services👍👍👍

This was my first time and I had Ailen. She was great. She is professional and kind. She made sure to ask if I was OK in between sections and asked if I was ready to start another section. I highly recommend her for the Woodbury Brooklyn and Astoria locations.

Best botox experience EVER!! I just moved from California and was blown away by Louise! She explained everything and made sure she listened and answered any questions I had...and the treatment was even better! She took the time to make sure I liked the botox placement and was ever so gentle in the application. Ive had not-so-great botox experiences in the past...with rapid consultations, painful misplaced application, and droopy results. 10/10 would recommend LaserAway of Woodbury! Thank you guys!

I was interested in having two different services done by this business and had a free virtual consultation scheduled. I waited for half an hour just to have a fifteen minute discussion before hanging up without having it done. I received a text from a woman by the name of Lauren that she was ready to have my consultation a few minutes afterward. I told her I was very disappointed and had moved on with my day after 30+ minutes of waiting on zoom. There was no apology or response at all. It is evident that LaserAway doesn’t value their costumer’s time and has enough business!

Had a great experience at LaserAway. The nurses are very informative and kind. It was my first time receiving Botox and nurse Brittany answered all of my questions and went over the procedure in detail. Results came out great and will definitely be returning to this location!

Extremely unprofessional! I cancelled my cool sculpting appointment due to personal reasons, and I had to file a CLAIM to get all of my money back, because their employees and customer service are trash - I was playing phone and email tag for almost a month, because they kept trying to push me off. So glad I didn’t waste my money

I could not be happier with my first laser hair removal appointment at Laser Away in Woodbury! Brittany was SO sweet and walked me through every step of the process. The whole staff is so welcoming and nice! I cant wait to go back again :)

The staff and the nurses are great! Always on time and everyone is so nice! I’ve completed about 7 out of 12 treatments of the Clear and Brilliant treatments and I’m really happy with the results. My skin overall just looks better.Update: I’ve now completed 10 out of 12 treatments. I’m really happy with my results. The fine lines on my forehead have improved as well as the texture of my skin.

An absolutely pathetic customer service team who takes absolutely no interest in you as a client once the service has been provided and you’ve paid!! I had 6 sessions for coolsculpting after which I was happy with the results for one area whilst disappointed with the results for the other. I made it extremely clear to them that I was impressed with one area and wanted to better understand why the other area didn’t respond so well. I’ve sent dozens of emails, left numerous voice messages along these lines - with one response (4weeks ago) to which I sent a follow up email and haven’t heard back since. I’ve chased it up again and again to the point where now I’m not totally frustrated and giving up! It’s been 6 weeks already and there’s no change in their communication!! Really pathetic and highly unprofessional to deal with a customer whose paid $5500 for 6 sessions!!!!

On my second treatment of clear and brilliant.Everyone is so nice and patient.Im trying to correct scarring from an allergic reaction. (Hyperpigmentation)I see a difference in just two sessions, Im diagnosed with needing 12 sessions.

Extremely unprofessional and inadequately trained staff, please save your money and go to a board-certified professional. They ruined my skin and after contacting them, they told me a customer service representative will get in touch with me as they cant do anything about it at the location. The customer service was supposed to get back to me within 24-48 hours, it has been a month, and no one has gotten back to me yet.

A month ago I looked into your company because I was interested in doing laser I received a call from Teri at the Woodbury location about possibly doing a package deal at your location . I explained to her my problem areas and how I have PCOS and wanted to treat my biggest problem area which was my neck she gave me an estimate told me I could get my side side burns in the package and that they would throw under arms and happy trail and lips for free . I was so happy with the deal she explained the process I felt very comfortable and decided to go through with the purchase . I am on treatment 3 and found out this whole time my neck was not being treated because Terri lied or as she said “ misunderstood “ what she had said to me and I was only getting treated for my face, under arms & happy trail but not my neck . I have been shaving this whole time while my hair grew worse and I thought it was just part of the process . I am very upset and disappointed the ladies at the place told me they would get in contact with Teri . Teri gave me a call tonight and instead of owning up to her lies she told me how she could do my neck for an additional $400 . And I am not okay with this it was not my fault she lied to me and deceived me I should not be paying extra for the mistake she did . She said the other option was to take away arms and do neck and then started insinuating how I want things to be done for free she kept putting words in my mouth I never said . I paid $2,764.00 for my treatments I never asked her for anything for free . The customer service in her behalf was awful now I do not feel comfortable with this company I feel lied to and downgraded by Terri for even insinuating what she said instead of owning up to her mistake and wrong doing . Much less making me pay extra for her mistake. My hair growth under my neck grew back worse because before I decided to do laser hair I used to wax . I was thinking all this time I was getting my neck done but it all turned out to be a lie . How could she say this was a mistake when we spoke on the phone for over an hour and I explained to her my situation and how bad my PCOS was and repeatedly kept telling her how bad my hair grew on my neck . I’m so upset and hurt because I was really looking forward to possibly see a change with laser I was happy coming to this location until I found out how she deceived me and now I no longer feel comfortable nor happy coming to this place especially ever speaking to Terri again and instead of handling the situation properly she tried to guilt trip me to cover her wrongs !!!

This cool sculpting deformed my entire abdomen. Stay away. 6 grand to have an expanded swollen stomach and inner thighs for 2 months and still waiting.

Very nice people and professional. The Place is pretty and very clean. I go there for my laser hair removal and so far I had two treatments and had two different women doing the laser on me and both are nice, professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything and made sure every hair was covered. I’m looking forward to my next appointment with them. I recommend LaserAway!

I waited for this location to open up in Long Island and I was happily surprised, as it exceeded my expectations. I was warmly greeted at the front desk and the procedure went smoothly. I was a little anxious since I had never had “clear & brilliant” done before but the nurse, Jesse, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Definitely a luxurious spa experience!

Everyone is so sweet and kind. I feel like the clear and brilliant is really working and it’s so awesome. Though it is pricey it was soooo worth it and anyone who wants to get rid of any scaring should visit.

Clear and Brilliant treatment is AMAZING! Helping so much with large pores and acne scarring! It’s only my 3rd treatment and the results started after the first! Staff is super accommodating and kind! Jessie was a kindred spirit! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

In all it was great. Painless, friendly staff quick and informative. Only downside I got lost finding the store and was sprinting to find it to make my appt because it was located in a odd spot but 4.5 stars it was great.

My experience here so far has been phenomenal and I’m extremely impressed with the staff. I’ve worked with Jessie, Sam and Glo, but the other employees are always very friendly and professional. I am in process of doing the Clear +Brilliant treatments. I noticed a difference after my first treatment and got compliments two days later at work.I wanted to invest in myself, but I just needed the superstar team. I love this LaserAway. I’ve gone a couple of times now for both laser hair removal and Botox and everyone’s wonderful! Sammy and Jesse are super great they’ve both done both procedures on me so far and I’ve never felt more comfortable.
