They made me feel comfortable from the beginning, and answered all my questions. The technicians are skillful, and are kind enough to offer an ice pack during the procedure. It was way less painful than I expected. It feels like an uncomfortable heat/stinging sensation, but its 10 times easier than a Brazilian wax! The results are amazing. After the 1st treatment, my hair came back finer and lighter. Im on my 4th treatment and I already see about 60-70% hair reduction. I highly recommend!!

Worth the Money! I transferred services from Ohio to Minneapolis and the staff has been extremely warm, friendly and helpful. The treatments are a little painful, but you will results after the first visit. After each treatment the hair comes back less and less. I would definitely recommend this procedure and the staff of Premier Laser Spa of Minneapolis!

I too would like to know what Premier is doing with the clients that have unfulfilled contracts. They did not hold up their end, we should get refunds for all services - both completed and not completed. I have sent 2 emails and spoke with Angela at the contact number and have heard no response back. Not a very good way to handle business.
