The office staff is extremely friendly, professional office setting. The hygienist used the latest technology to clean my teeth and they felt great. The Dr reviewed my dental status with me and let me know other dental services that were available. I didnt feel any pressure to buy or commit to any procedure. I had been told by another dentist that I needed to extensive work, which I questioned. This office confirmed that proposed work was not necessary. I have confidence and am 100% comfortable with this dental practice and have since referred my family and friends there!

My son has been a patient since hes gone to the dentist. While hes 17 now, the dentist hasnt always been an easy place for him. Hes autistic and has some sensory issues. Theyve always been patient and have explained everything theyre doing and why. He now no longer minds going. He doesnt LOVE going, but hes OK going. :-) It IS, the dentist after all. I highly recommend them.

Everyone in the office were very nice! From the receptionist, office staff, dental hygienist and dentist!! Winnie, the dental hygienist was excellent! Friendly and professional. She did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and giving me educational tips and information. Dr. Macri was wonderful! Very down to earth!! I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Kayla is Amazing!! Always professional, humorous, and a delight to be around. She literally is just what the doctor ordered. Going to the dentist is never fun, but with Dr. Kayla, you forget youre in the patient chair. Your teeth come out beautiful and I contribute that to her accomplished dental and cosmetic dental experience. Her whole aurora is reflected in the brightness of your teeth when you leave. I recently had deep cleaning of my teeth and it was not nearly as unpleasant as I had prepared for. Winnie was personable and understanding of my anxiety and made the experience not bad. She followed up the next day to see how I was doing. Every staff member I spoke with or encountered was friendly and seemed to enjoy their job.

Shannon examined and cleaned my teeth. She has been my dental hygienist for several years. As always, she did an outstanding job of taking X-rays and carefully cleaning and polishing my teeth.

The doctors and the whole staff are AMAZING. Everyone in the office is very friendly. Winnie the hygienist is very thorough in explaining the procedures that she had done. She is also very thorough on cleaning my teeth and the most gentle flosser I’ve had. I definitely recommend this office.

BEWARE: OFFICE VISITS CANCELLATION FEESI had a cleaning appointment scheduled. The appointment was canceled because the hygienist was sick. I lost 1 hour of time off but understood life happens.As a result of my canceled appointment I asked to reschedule. The day prior to my appointment I canceled my visit due to possible COVID symptoms. It wouldve been irresponsible from my part to have attended under such conditions.I understand a doctors office is a place of business but it is also a place of care. During this difficult time cancellation fees due to illness should not be categorized as waved fees. Anything medically related should be justifiably excused.I rescheduled my appointment and was pretty EAGERED to finally get my teeth cleaned as I have an upcoming procedure and this was part of my health journey. I drove to the office last week only to find out that my appointment was for this week. As I mentioned my upcoming procedure has generated a large number of doctors visits and human errors occur. I thought my appointment was tomorrow.Today I received a call advising me that my appointment was today. I did get a reminder but thought all along that my appointment was on the 5th. The person who called me was happy to announce the $50 I owe.I explained the situation and there was no sympathy. I spoke with Michelle and explained the situation. She is nice and sympathetic but at the end same result. Just a knife buttered with honey.It is very disappointing that a customer is only worth $50 to this office. I tried to attend my appointment but I was told no. It was never my intention not to attend my appointment. I made a mistake and I had to pay for it literally. I was going to reschedule my appointment but now ill be looking for another doctor.Life happens people get sick, people go through stress, people try.I really wanted a cleaning done and im sad to say that my mixup was unforgivable.Please be aware of the stern policies of this office or you will pay the price.

This is the absolute best dentistry in the area. I have been coming to this practice ever since I was a child (now I’m 23) and everyone here is SO nice!! I had Dr. Kiki Dvorak before she retired and now I have Dr. Kayla Macri who is absolutely wonderful and attentive to my needs. The dental hygienists here are wonderful too. Shoutout to Shannon and Lisa who are like family to me. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but they all make it worth it. This is a wonderful practice and I recommend anyone to go here.

The staff provided such good service with full protection of me, as the client, and of them, the staff.. All of the necessary procedures were completed, with explanations given and questions answered. An elderly client, I felt the best of care had been provided....I am so pleased.

I was a walk in and waited less than 20 minutes in the waiting area so I can only imagine if I would of had an appointment.

My son and I went for our first visit today. We both have anxiety issues when it comes to new doctors/dentists. Im one of those people who go by word of mouth for recommendations and based off of their reviews and our experience, I made a good choice! The receptionist, Karen, was so polite and helpful. Lisa, the hygienist for my son, was very nice and kept me informed with what was going on with him. My hygienist, was also amazing (sadly, I couldnt remember her name 😔). Dr. Suah...loved her! The other staff members were also nice and easy to talk to, even jokingly. Great experience all together and definitely would recommend them to everyone! Thank you so much!

Dr. Polifko is a very caring and easy going with his patients. He explained each step of fitting me with a crown. His assistant, Karen is very knowledgeable and they both work together. The check in and check out process was quick and both ladies are professional. Definitely worth your time to visit their office as they know how to treat their patients as valuable customers.

I recently moved from NYC to the Woodbridge area and was in need of a dentist. I performed a google search and found this practice. No regrets at all. Pat the receptionist is very welcoming and Dr Suah did a fantastic job on my wisdom tooth extraction. I found my new dentist office!!!!!

We have been coming to this office over ten years and drive out of our way to keep coming because of the outstanding customer service! Shannon is the best as is the entire team. They stay on schedule, made my children unafraid when they were young and welcome you with a smile every time.

I was greeted with a warm smile when I walked in the first time. The reception made things quick and easy for me. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Hygienist was thorough but understood my issues that I was talking about. Dr. that saw me made sure I understood any treatment plans and plans to move forward to help fix my smile and many aspects of my life. Tried them out, then made them my family hotspot for cleanings and anything else that comes up.

I recently had a filling replaced. Dr. Jameel was great. She took her time and repeatedly checked to make sure I was ok throughout the procedure. It was one of the easiest fillings I had. I only felt minor pressure and was in an out in under 50 minutes. I highly recommend.

My family and I have been coming to this practice for a few years and we are happy with their service every time! The ENTIRE staff is great and always pleasant. The doctors, as well as their medical staff have wonderful bedside manners and ALWAYS friendly. I use to hate going to the dentist but they do an awesome job at easing my anxiety. I have had work done by Dr. Polifko, Dr. Dvorak (who has moved out of state unfortunately), and their newest edition, Dr. Kayla Suah....she is phenomenal! I highly recommend them!

I hate dentists....like people hate pennywise the clown. For many years i refused to go because i felt dentists were a bunch of quacks who just wanted to saw your mouth in half for a quick buck....then i met dr. Kiki and her staff and never wanted to go to another place. Due to the military changing providers right as Dr. Kiki retired i had a crown put on that had not set right...she never had the opportunity to look at it since they were no longer going to accept my insurance and she pulled tooth and nail just to get my crown back in time so it was covered...when i called the office to let them know it wasnt set right they did not hesitate to bring me in at my earliest convenience and redo the entire crown at no charge to me! They examined the crown and executed all necessary treatment. I felt very secure and comfortable and was treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. The staff here are next to none and i implore you to choose them for your dental care...they will put your needs before anything else! Dr Suah is wonderful and everyone else in the office for that matter! A wonderful and pleasant place!
