HORRIBLE PLEASE DONT GO THEY DO FRAUD THEY CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE FOR THINGS YOU DIDNT GET DONE!! We changed dentist and they told us we had really old cavities and we had only gone 2 months before and everything looked perfect that’s what they said but when we went to the new dentist they immediately sent my son for a root canal because of how bad his cavities were. THIS OFFICE JUST WANTS TO MAKE FAST MONEY! THEY FINISH THEIR CLEAN IN 10 mins! DONT RECOMMEND!!!!

FALSE ADVERTISING!. I moved my family to get their treatment there, I specified the needs for my child when I called, front desk person say was ok they did all the treatment necessary! Yet I showed up to get a consultation just to be referral to someone else who charge me again for X rays and so forth, then my daughter showed up for her filling, just to be referral to someone else. What they do is post as family and pediatric dentist, to get you in! Once you in they used your insurance for cleaning and so forth to referral and make money of someone else work. When I called the lady even cut me off saying have a good day without me finish the conversation.aweful, seek a dentist that can accommodate your needs yes some needs require another specialist but for a root canal? Filling for a kid ? No.

I absolutely love this place. I have really bad dental anxiety and they made me feel so relaxed, and comfortable! I can actually say now that I Love going and look forward to my teeth cleaning appointments.I tried it first to see if I would like them. I ended up switching my children to Woodbridge Family Dental instead of continuing services with their old dentist. They are that good!!The entire staff is amazing!!Keep up the great work!! CORRECTION to Dr’s name - Dr. Hagos:I prayed for a good dental provider and God referred me to Woodbridge Family Dental about 4 years ago. Dr. Samuel Hagos is very nice, understand, and professional. I can recall crying 😢 (as an adult) and Dr. Hagos calmed me down by explaining every detail of the procedure. My family simply love ❤️ our dental family. The staff is very courteous, nice, and professional. They are always smiling when we come even in this Pandemic season. My family is getting the BEST dental 🦷 care with a trusted professional. I am so glad I came to Woodbridge Family Dental. From the moment I walked into the office I was met with a smile and a warm welcome. During my first visit, a dental treatment plan was made for me and they got to work right away. I have never experienced such attention to detail and such excellent customer service at a dental office. Everyone was extremely helpful and constantly making sure I was comfortable. Everyone is so friendly and take their time to get to know you as a patient. Since then, I am encouraging everyone to check out Woodbridge Family Dental, they really are AMAZING. I am looking forward to my next dental check-up!

I only needed a dental cleaning nothing more. The doctor is pleasant but they nickel and dime my insurance for every little thing . For example I received an EOB from the insurance company and it said my fluoride treatment for me visit is not a covered service. I called the office and told them I never had the fluoride done at the visit. They took it off the account. Next cleaning visit they charged me again for fluoride I did not have. Went back again looked at my claim there’s a code I never seen before D1330....... $67.15 not covered. The code is Oral Hygiene instructions . I never received a bill for it. I thought it was a weird charge because how do you charge an exam for the doctor to see me and Hygiene instructions????. Front office kept calling me repeatedly and not leaving a voicemail on my phone . I thought it was a telemarketer until I called the number back. Why would you keep calling a patient and I mean everyday and not leaving a voicemail . Very interesting office. I transferred my records will not be returning.

The staff if polite. I have been able to successfully reschedule appointments at the last minute, upon arrival Im quickly checked in and the taken to visit with Dr Hassan who professional and has communicated efficiently during the past three years I have been visiting Woodbridge Family Dental.

I have been coming here for a couple of years and there’s not a place like it! Top of the line dental care. Innovative technology, kind staff and wonderful doctors. I am extremely afraid of dentists and they make me feel very comfortable and at ease everytime I visit. They take the time to educate me and oral health is on their priority list. The doctor truly gets to know you as a person, and even recognizes members of my family! Truly love this place!

I went at the same time as a little boy who had an abscessed tooth. I was in the room next to Dr Hassan and could hear him soothing the little guy as he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.His bedside manner was nothing short of amazing, he is fantastic with both kids and adults. Then he came and saw me and got me out in a timely manner. Best dentist I have ever been to!!!!

I absolutely love his place. The staff and the doctor are so sweet and professional. I originally went in for jaw pain and they referred me to the right people. I had my first appointment at Woodbridge family dental today with my husband and I am so glad that we decided to choose them for our dental care. The staff there is extremely friendly and professional. We were greeted by Rehan who greeted us with a big smile and was extremely helpful with all of our questions. He took us in as soon as we were done with a short history questionnaire. They were prompt with our appointment time. Dentists there were very friendly and were not in a hurry and answered all our questions. Very clean office. I would highly recommend this dental office and look forward continue my care with them!

Our family goes to Woodbridge Family Dental, they are great with both adults and kids. The doctors are professional, knowledgeable, patient and reasonable price. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I’ve only had good experiences at this practice, that’s why I switched my children from their previous pediatric dentist.

I thought the folks at Woodbridge Family Dental were very friendly. The clinic was clean and the staff was courteous. Making an appointment was a breeze. I got an appointment right away. Would definitely recommend.

I needed to be seen immediately due to a wisdom tooth problem. Their office took me right in. From the registration till the time I walked out the door it was a great experience. Everyone there is so nice and caring. The dentist is AWESOME!!!

The dentist, technician, and front desk staff were all welcoming and very engaging. I felt very comfortable and the dentist even cracked some jokes which was nice. I was given a new toothbrush, floss, tooth paste, and mouthwash! Doesnt get much better than that!

Initially I went to multiple dental place throughout but this by far the best one. Initially, the old dentist I had said that I had cavities and that I needed to fill them up. However, I had zero signs of it. So then I went to this place and truthfully speaking it was great. Dr.Hassan told me that I didn’t have any issues and that I’m all good. For that, I have an enormous amount of respect for him because he truly cares about his patients, not just their money. I get my annual dental check up here and it’s amazing The staff is very friendly; great atmosphere. In addition, I can’t help but point out one particular employee named Rehan there. He was amazing, and surprisingly despite being an office manger, he was so knowledgeable about dental care. He is truly a rising dentist at work. That being said, if anyone needs a dentist or are looking to switch, I definitely recommend this place.

Going to the dentist every 6 month for a simple cleaning was always something I didnt look forward to. Ever since I switched to Dr. Hassans office, i look forward to my cleanings! it is such a highly professional place. Dr. Hassanoor made my experience so much better than I anticipated. Im nervous when I go to the dentist, but he was reassuring, friendly and considerate. His staff was very kind also. His assistant was pleasant and upbeat...They were patient and didnt rush, they explained things to me and made me feel like I was important to them. The pain of my procedure was minimal, and I dont mind going back. It was a good visit.

As a customer here, I can highly recommend this establishment to anybody in NOVA as the dental work done here is highly professional. On my recent appointment one of the staff members, Rehan, was very attentive to me and provided excellent customer service and helped guide me through any questions I had. Also, even though I was often asking for clarification on some terminology (Im not a dentist after all), he was very kind and clear in responding to any questions I may have had. All in all, I highly recommend coming here for any dental work for anyone in NOVA and I thoroughly enjoyed the customer service I recieved here.

Love Doctor Hassan. No matter what the issue is in your mouth, he can fix and never makes you feel bad. Love his personality. I bring the whole family..i including the 2 year old (5 family members in total). He can get us in and out and on our way in record time..and that includes Saturdays.Thanks Dr. Hassan!

I received a statement back from my insurance provider letting me know the office was charging me more than normal for the work they were providing. It was very disappointing. Plus the dentist are a little rude splashing water all over my face during cleaning never to offer glasses or even say excuse me as if they don’t see what is happening in their face.

The doctors including the assistants are very nice as well humorous. They done a great job on my teeth.
