My experience at Lake Ridge Dental was WONDERFUL!! I went in for a New Patient cleaning and was pleased with the level of professionalism and friendliness. My hygienist, Randy, was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything we were doing. She gave me great tips and helped me feel very comfortable from beginning to end. Dr. Kara was also great! She took her time to address my concerns and was very welcoming! I will definitely be recommending Lake Ridge Dental to family and friends!

Today I went in to have my top two wisdom teeth pulled. I put off getting these two teeth off for a year. I just finally said Im doing it!. I was completely taken care of by both the assistant and the doctor. Im 47 but loved to hear that I was brave and this was going to be simple. During the procedure, I really loved to hear their chatter. It made me relax. I was never in any pain, and asked if I was okay several times. I was told I was doing a great job several times. I needed that, I was able to relax. Getting teeth extractions arent high up on any lists if things I would want to do, but with these fine professionals I made it out and the two teeth are gone. Its hours later and the pain is minimal, Thanks. I also bring my 15 year old daughter and my adult son has come there. I even got a Amazon gift card for referring him.

I had a pleasant and wonderful experience at Lake Ridge Dental. From booking the appointment to the procedure, the staff made sure it was seamless. Tsige was awesome, she made sure I didn’t feel a thing when she applied the anesthesia. She was very knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly. I recommend this place to all.

I have been visiting the office of Dr. Dost for 10+ years. I’ve always had such a great experience and the entire staff is amazing! I’ve been going every 6 months for regular cleanings and have always had a wonderful experience. Recently, I broke my front tooth. MY FRONT TOOTH! This was very stressful for me me but I knew that Dr. Dost could fix it. I went in for the consultation and he recommended a veneer. I’ve never had dental issues so this was creating a bit of uncertainty/anxiety for me and I was a little hesitant. However, I got my permanent veneer applied by Dr. Dost today and it’s perfect! His attention to detail, meticulous nature, caring and very patient demeanor made the whole experience very relaxed and enjoyable. Oh, by the way, my tooth looks very natural and perfect!! If you’re looking for a great dentist, look no further! Dr. Dost and the staff at Lake Ridge Dental are awesome and you will not be disappointed!

I am usually anxious about dental appointments but this was not the case during my appointment. Everyone was very kind, personable and immediately set me at ease. The hygienist and doctor communicated very well with me, informing me every step of the way. The office is comfortable, clean and conveniently located. I am very impressed with the professionalism and caring qualities of Dr. Sanami. Yesterday, I suddenly had an emergency with a bad gum infection, and unluckily, it was the Friday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend. Usually, dentists and doctors close their practices early on a long weekend, and I noticed that when I arrived at this dental office, everyone was getting ready to leave. It was late, after all. It was already 3:20pm. However, when Dr. Sanami reviewed my X-rays which they took when I arrived, she and her assistant stayed at the office to conduct a two hour operation on my gums, which they acknowledged was a very dangerous infection. In addition, the dentist had to extract two teeth. I am so grateful for her heart. I told her that she was my guardian angel! If she hadn’t stayed overtime to perform this operation, I would have been in dire straits. I am impressed not only with her empathy, but her skill is outstanding. She even gave me her personal cell phone number, saying that I could call her anytime during the weekend, if I experienced any further complications. I highly recommend Dr. Sanami for any kind of dental procedure! I will continue to have her as my regular dentist from now on.

The dental care and friendliness of the staff is exceptional. My issue is the seemingly shady billing practices that take place. Despite having insurance and paying what I’m told at the time of estimate and service, I always have to pay a balance before leaving. When I talked to my insurance company they let me know that there shouldn’t be a balance owed. I have yet to receive any money back from the dentist office.

I absolutely love Brooke!! She is knowledgeable, gentle, kind and caring. The entire practice is wonderful and I really appreciate the extra mile they always go to make sure I’m well taken care of. I’d recommend this practice to anyone.

We have been patients here for at least 10 years and the staff has always been wonderful. My children are now adults & have remained as patients. My daughters are learning to handle “adulting”. They have missed appointments & have been late & I have made them pay their own fees to try to teach them to be on time. My daughter was late to her most recent appointment & she told me that the person at the front desk was rude to her. She felt mistreated & that her not being on time was not a reason to be treated rudely.

As always it was a great visit for my annual dental check up. Barbara does a fantastic job and Dr Dost makes you feel comfortable and tells you what is going on. We have been going there for years and have had great service all the time.

I am disappointed in this dental office. I had a root canal done by Dr. O. Kara about a month ago. She filed down multiple times a good tooth located above the tooth she was doing the root canal. Ive been in pain since. Today, I explained Dr. Dost what happened and that this tooth hurts. He said theres nothing wrong with my tooth. Dear Dr. Dost, Im in pain, also, you still didnt explain why Dr. Kara filed down a good tooth while she was supposed to work on another tooth! Furthermore, Dr. Kara told me last time she filed down the tooth, that she was trying to make the crown fit. It would have been better to sent the crown back to the lab for adjustment or filed down the crown, rather than filed down a good tooth! I trusted this office, now I will be looking for a new dentist I can trust to fix Dr. Karas unnecessary and detrimental action. Im sad and in pain.

This place it’s the worst place to put your life and the life of your love ones, they have no respect for you and they are extremely rude and unsafe, they call you many times for no reason, and if you can’t go to your appointment they charge you, anyway, doesn’t matter if you call them in advance.Very bad service, I’m not recommend this place to anyone.

As always, Barb started the appointment with her usual expertise. Then Dr. Dost finished up by checking everything, but I especially appreciate that he takes the time to check for cancer. I never feel rushed and I appreciate the professionalism from the person who greets me as I walk in to everyone else in the office.

My daughter and I just started going to see Dr. Dost and Brooke the dental hygienist. This was the most pleasant experience in a dentist office Ive had in 42 years. The staff made us feel right at home and welcome. I felt like we had been going there for years. They are well organized, clean, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Root canal and a tooth extraction, easy breezy!!(Update)I went back twice since this first post and both times have been extremely easy visits. One to be fitted for a bridge and the next for the bridge to be permanently placed. Very very good experience and both done in a timely manner.

First visit was wonderful. Very friendly and inviting! I would recommend this dentist office. The Dental Hygienist and Dentist that worked on me were great! My wife and daughter have gone as well and are in love!

They are the absolute best. Dr. Kara is my dentist and she is without a doubt a god send. I had horrid teeth that were breaking apart left and right. All other dentist I went to made me feel disgusting and awful about my teeth and left me feeling helpless. I started going to her about a year ago now and never once did she make feel anything but beautiful and happy. Now my teeth look brilliant and Im not ashamed to smile and show them off. Dr. Dost and his amazing staff have managed to make it possible to relax in a dental chair! Treatment is professional, well explained and competently delivered. If youre uninsured as I am, I highly recommend this practice and their patient benefit program. Its a big help and makes my dental care easy on the wallet.

My husband, daughter, & I have been patients of Dr. Dost & Dr. Kara for around 7-8 years now (since our daughter was 8 yrs old...she now loves going to the dentist, btw!), & Im still SO happy we found them! Everyone - the office staff, hygienists, doctors - are pleasant, kind, professional, & accommodating (schedule AND treatment-wise). Also, I believe the longest time Ive had to wait was maybe 20 minutes, but thats pretty rare. Typically, the average wait is less than 10 minutes. They make it really hard to come up with a reason not to go!

Dr. Dost is first class. I’ve been going to him for years and he truly sees you as a person and not just the next task of the day. Makes me actually want to schedule cleanings and not hate my dentist visits, so that alone is worth the 5 stars.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dost and Dr. Cary. My wife introduced me to Dr. Dost. I have had a lot of dental work done in the past (3.5 years for braces), but I have never seen a team so professional. I spent a long time in the dental chair today with Dr. Cary and I was amazed at her competence (she saved what I figured was a lost tooth and built a bridge with it). Dr. Dost also worked diligently extracting a seriously difficult tooth to remove . Today I met a Dental Assitant with 30 plus years experience with Dr. Dost who had skills that I had never seen before from someone in her position. You also don’t need dental insurance to see Dr. Dost. I would recommend their team!
