Dr. S. has been my dentist for over 5 years now. He has done my cleaning & fillings. Recently, I had a implant fail (done by another practice prior to meeting Dr. S.) The implant became infected and required surgery. I was reluctant as Ive had about 8 dental surgeries in the past and they have always been terrible. Im happy to report that Dr. S. went above & beyond to extract the implant and remove the infection. It was the best surgery Ive ever experienced and everything healed better than expected.The front office is friendly and punctual as well. I appreciate the fact Dr. S. and his staff are focused on my health and not trying to sell me some unneeded dental beauty procedure as well. I highly recommend Dr. S. practice!

Dr. Estafanous is amazing. I had a problem wisdom tooth and was afraid he was gonna have to refer me to an oral surgeon, but he ended up extracting the tooth himself efficiently and with ease. I think it might have taken him maybe 30 seconds to quickly extract the tooth. I was impressed! And I saved some money by not going to an oral surgeon. Both him and his staff are always friendly, professional, and always make me feel at ease!

I dont know from where to start! Firstly, I want to thank my lord Jesus Christ who helped and guided Dr. STEFANO through out my whole process! I visited 2 dentist offices in a row before going to Dr.Stefanos office. The first Dentist sent me to a Dentist who referred me to Dr.Stefano because they said my teeth were complicated for them to do either bone graft or bridge, but once I visited Dr. Stefano, he immediately told me to make an appointment for Surgery. He did bone graft and implant on the same day for me(this process is a 6 month process for other dentists). What a special Dentist he is! I didnt have any problem. The whole process went smoothly. Discount? Ohhh my gosh,I think his office is the cheapest to visit. I paid half price of the estimate another Denstist told me for my whole process. I dont know what to say more, but Im 100 % satisfied with Dr.Stefano amazing performance and ability! Thank you for the smile,Doctor!!

Dr. Estafanous is by far the best dentist I have encountered. I called the office before opening hours in severe pain on Saturday, he returned my call immediately and scheduled me to come in at 11 am. When i got in the office, which was very clean and well updated, i was greeted by his assistant and he came out briefly to introduce himself and he said he would get with me asap, apologizing that he had to squeeze me in. Of course i was happy to wait, grateful to have even gotten an appointment. Dr. E was able to get me back quickly, diagnosed me, took sufficient time to explain what was wrong and all of our options for treatment. He has excellent bedside manner and ensures comfort throughout the entire experience. You can tell he loves what he does and genuinely cares for his patients. I really appreciated his kindness and willingness to help me, especially on a holiday weekend. Thank God for him and his sweet assistant!

Stefano Dental Center was simply my best dental experience ever. First, everything about the clinic was just fascinating. The atmosphere there made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Estafanous is such a polite gentle funny man. Hes so professional at what he is doing, in fact, I didnt feel any pain at all while hes doing my fillings, plus the bite was accurate from the first trial. This dentist is a con artist - He’s very pleasant, but watch very carefully what he is billing your insurance company. If you are going in for dentures, save yourself several thousand $ and go to Affordable dentures. This doctor will insist he can’t make decent dentures without implants. He also has patients sign an agreement, usually while you are in the chair, which releases him from any responsibility to provide dentures that actually fit.... He treats his dental assistants terrible admonishing them in front of patients.... At one point it appeared he had a good front desk staff, but that deteriorated to a point where he had a family member manning the desk who obviously had serious scheduling issues. He charged our insurance company and got paid for work he did not perform .... after over $4,000 out of pocket for dentures that did not fit, we finally gave up. I find it interesting that this dentist has another account under YELP showing his bad reviews. Do a little more research on this dentist before you go to him.

2 Visits Implant and a Real Tooth thumbs up Dr. Estafanous. He is the dental implant specialist and I strongly recommend him for any sophisticated treatment. One of my front teeth was failing, in my first visit he removed it and placed an implant same day and immediately loaded the implant with a beautiful temporary tooth, on my second visit he delivered the final ceramic crown. Unbelievable only 2 visits. He is worth my travel from Philadelphia. I strongly recommend him for dental implants and any other dental work, great beautiful office and great Staff. The best dental experience I ever had in my life.

I hadn’t been to see this Dentist in over a year, and then had an old crown come off that a different Dentist had done years ago.I explained to the Dr., that I was out of work, no insurance, and on top of it all my mother was sick and living with me. That I would be paying him out of my pocket and would appreciate anything he could do to help me. To say the least, I was down on my luck.The Dr. got me into his office the same day, even though he was booked. He did X-ray’s and fixed my tooth- taking his time to make sure it was right.When He was done and I asked what I owed him; he smiled and said, “Nothing”. I was shocked and overcome with greatness. I thanked and hugged him several times, and cried when I left his office.I can honestly say he restored my faith in people and Dr.’s that there are still “Good People” in these crazy days and times we live in.I would tell you, I will never go to any other Dentist and will recommend him to everyone I know and meet. Not only is he a professional and great at what he does, he has a heart and compassion for others.Those traits alone are why you should go see him... Thank You Emad! I can’t thank you enough for helping me; in a time bad time in my life.

Dr. Estafanous is calm, caring, compassionate and highly professional.He took the time to explain everything, and encouraged me to ask questions before any work was performed. He did not make me feel rushed at all. As a matter of fact he actually took his time and did a very thorough job. I felt more relaxed under his care than I did with any other dentists Ive had previously. All of the equipment in the office is state of the art.Dr. Estafanous is very trustworthy and highly recommended.

Dr. Estefanos is extremely efficient and I didnt feel any discomfort. I was getting a tooth canal which was done fairly quickly. I was happy because he came on a Saturday when his office was closed. He put in a temporary crown which came out a few days later. He outsources his crowns and that is when his good work ended. He insisted on a deep cleaning which I didnt need. He never gave me an appointment to get a permanent crown. I constantly called his office to get an appointment and felt since he was not making money from the permanent crown I was no longer of use to him. Eventually I went somewhere else. Due to taking long without a crown, I am going to lose my tooth and have to come up with money for an implant. I will never go back there and will remain with my dentist at Niles Dental. They never go wrong and dont suggest unnecessary dental work.

Words can barely describe the amazing work Dr. Estafanous did for me. I needed a pretty substantial fix for my front teeth including crowns, He walked me through the whole procedure step by step and made me feel very assured about each one before we started. The process went very smooth, and because of his jaw dropping work it was completed in no time! I have never felt as confident in a doctor as I am with Dr. Estafanous. I have found my forever dentist, read no further go make an appointment I promise you will too!!!

Dr. Estafanous is absolutely wonderful!! My husband has had a terrible fear of dentists for most of his life and Dr. Estafanous was able to see us right away, put my husband at ease immediately and he is no longer afraid of having dental work and is actually looking forward to future treatment - I cant thank Dr. E enough!! The fees were ever-so-reasonable - no sticker shock at all :D His office is so close to home here in Woodbridge - we are just thrilled and I plan to refer everyone I know, friends and family, to his practice. Emad and his staff are excellent. I have never really connected with a dentist before, nor could I say that Ive ever enjoyed going to the dentist, but from the time I stepped into the office it was a great experience. The office was very clean, aesthetically pleasing, and the staff made every effort to make me feel at home.The business is also very military friendly and flexible in regards to tight training schedules and I would imagine very convenient for anyone stationed in the Quantico/DC area. I would definitely recommend Dr. Estafanous to anyone!

Dr Estafanous has been fantastic to work with. As someone with a low pain tolerance and a lot of nerves about dental work he has gone well out of his way to make me comfortable. He has spent a good deal of time helping me deal with insurance issues, gone out of his way to accommodate my schedule and ever the more invasive procedures that have needed to get done he has been very up front with what to expect and they have been almost or completely painless. Also his staff is great, the office is comfortable. I can not recommend him enough.

I never thought I would leave a dentists appointment feeling so satisfied. Dr. Estafanous is a fantastic dentist who is very professional and seemed to have a genuine interest in making sure my teeth were well taken care of. He has a great sense of humor, and I felt very at ease while he was sticking needles into my cheeks and drilling into my teeth. He was also very efficient with my teeth and did not pressure me to fill every single possible cavity that day. At one point, in between a procedure, I heard a child crying around the corner who was afraid to have some dental procedure done. Dr. Estafanous went over to the child and reassured him that it wouldnt hurt and that it would be okay. If I had children I would feel very comfortable taking them there. I will definitely be going back there in 6 months!

I feel fortunate that Dr. Estafanous has already done terrific work on myself and family since my first visit with him this past June. While I agree with all the positive reviews already posted I also wanted to share another happy and unexpected benefit. Ive dealt with a recurring eye pressure problem in my right eye for the past year. Most recently, Dr. E found and treated an infection in the top right side of my mouth. I have uveitis (chronic arthritis) in this eye and think his dental work has greatly relieved my recurring bouts of temporary vision loss. Im following up with my eye issue at John Hopkins next week because Dr. E is quick to point out, he was only fixing my teeth!Im convinced Dr. E is very talented and his work contributed greatly to my recent improvement in vision. A good story to share... health is so important and infections can travel so easily. You can bet Ill be sure and take better care of my smile from now on!

I never thought in a thousand years I would say, that I have found the perfect dentist!! Ive had so many bad experiences in the past and Dr. E has helped me overcome those fears. Hes very gentle, and talked me through everything he was doing every step of the way; all while always checking to make sure I was doing ok. All my life I have had a fear of dentists. So many procedures have gone wrong, so many lies and malpractices. I was done with dentists. I had molar pain and forced myself to go. There are many dentist in this area but only one true professional. Back in August this year I was having a dental problem and went to Stefano Dental as no other dentist could solve my issue. Dr E examined my mouth and neck and felt what he thought was a tissue mass. He wouldnt do any dental work and sent me to see a ENT specialist. Cut a long story short after a CAT scan I had three aneurysms on the brain. I had interventional neurology surgery and after two months returned to Dr E he was truly happy to see me as we had emailed off and on concerning my condition. He corrected the dental issue I was having and I probably owe my life to him as I would never have known about the aneurysms if I hadnt gone to him as I had no symptoms. Hes an excellent dentist and his staff are polite and helpful. Id recommend anybody that is suffering with any kind of dental problem to call and make an appointment Dr Es terrific.

This is unheard of these days ! Dr. Estafanous is now my Dentist, he understands my work schedule as well . The office is so professional and state of the art! Dr.Estafanous is highly educated and oustanding accomplishments! Most important he treated me like a person!I would recommend Dr.Estafanous as a dentist you can trust and one who cares!

As I said on Yelp! Dr. E was referred to me by his wonderful assistant Princela. She knew I had a traumatic experience (ending in the hospital) before with another dentist. Not only did Dr. E contact me to make sure I was okay after my traumatic experience (before I was his patient, which by the way, the other dentist did not return my call until about two hours later - AFTER I had left the hospital), but he reassures me every time and makes sure that Im comfortable and explains to me the whole anesthetic procedure. I have anxiety attacks before going to the dentist but Dr. E always puts me at ease. Its nice knowing that he takes the time to make sure Im okay, comfortable at his office whether it means turning on the TV or getting me a blanket because I am cold. His assistant Princela is also very friendly and always working around my hectic work and school schedule. Definitely recommending Dr. Estefanous to anyone looking for a great dentist.

I am from NC and had a major dentist emergency with my front tooth crown while visiting in Baltimore, MD on the weekend of Oct 19th. I found Dr. E via zoc doc and requested an emergency appt via online. Within 30 minutes of submitting the request, the office was calling and providing me with an immediate appt. I drove 1.5 hours to see Dr E and I must say that Dr E was absolutely wonderful. I have had a fear of dentists for the past several years. Dr. E put me at ease immediately with his humor and calming demeanor. I feel like I have known him all of my life. Needless to say, I have made him my permanent dentist.
