Great place! Being coming here for the past two years with my family and service is excellent, extremely personalized. Dr. Taheri takes every step necessary to ensure you leave with all the information and no “hidden” work. All staff if friendly! Nina makes you feel like you’re walking into your home and is so friendly that makes you feel like we have known her for years! Highly recommend dental practice!

Been coming here for more than 6 years now. I love the customer focused approach of the staff and Dr Taheri. He’s very kind and gentle and treats you so well. I had my first appointment with Dr. Mazda Mansouri last week and he was great. He was really good at answering my questions and explaining what he was doing throughout my cleaning. The staff was great as well and were helpful financially and trying to work with me and my insurance to take care of my needs. They seemed like they genuinely cared. And Nina went out of her way to look out for me.

I had a dental  procedures done with Dr A J at Taheri Dental Group Office. I was scared for the needles and the effects of anesthesia because sometimes it causes my heart to beat faster. However, during the administration of anesthesia, I didn’t feel any pain at ALL. Moreover, I felt so comfortable that I didn’t even notice that he was already done with the treatment. Natasha, his assistant is so professional, and funny that she helped to reduce my anxiety. My daughter had all her wisdom teeth pulled out some time ago and she is more than happy with Dr. AJ. Thank you so much !!!

All I can say is that I would give this zero stars if possible. I don’t know if management changed and is now horrendous. But I will never return here.

Everyone is really nice and attentive. Dr Mazda, Dr Jamali, Nina and the front desk staff were really nice and treat patients as family. They make you feel welcome and help you out with any question that you might have. Thanks for making me feel at home.

This was one of the best dentist offices I’ve ever been been to. Dr. M was thorough and a really nice guy and the staff were so nice and conversational and easy-going. I’m now using Medicaid and this was the only dentist accepting Medicaid in the area so I thought it may be a little “rinky-dink” but they were better than the dentist I used when I had private insurance! I will certainly continuing using them even when I get private insurance even though it’s about 30 minutes from me.Edit: I don’t know what these other reviews are saying about the front office because they were extremely nice. I’d expect those reviewers are probably rude people themselves.

Taheri Dental so far the worst place Ive ever seen. They are so ghetto. They service are terrible. One lady seen how they were acting and just walked out. Good for her. One dr had on a head wrapped like she was home. Dont waste your time they just want your money.

The staff here is very friendly! Very accommodating and respectful. My family and I always have a great experience whenever we come here.

Nina was wonderful! My 7 year old was nervous to get a cleaning and the nurse made her feel very comfortable.

My son developed a toothache over the Christmas holiday. Our dentist determined he had a very bad cavity, but, in order for it to be filled, he had to have a wire removed from his braces. Our regular orthodontist was out of town, so our dentists office called Dr. Taheri. Even though we are not even patients there, Tina, the office manager, instantly agreed to help and got my son in right away to have the wire cut so he could get his cavity filled and be free from pain. We had absolutely no wait time when we arrived at the office, and they did not even charge us for the procedure. It was an incredibly first-rate experience.

In a setting where it can be nerve wrecking, I had a really great experience! Dr Mansouri, Miss Nina and Miss Syliva are so welcoming, I came in for my yearly cleaning and check up, the staff from the front desk to the dentist and other professional at this practice were so comforting and beyond nice! Any dental work you need please visit this practice!

My late husband and I had been going to Dr. Taheri and Dr. Silk for well over a decade. Dr. Brown did my much-needed orthodontia several years ago. Tina at the front is one of the best receptionists ever. I hated to leave this office as we moved clear across the country after my husband died but even now, I miss their smiles when I walk in, getting to chat a bit and the care of the very professional and warm staff. If I could give a higher rating, I would. I am so glad that I found this place! I have been very impressed by all the staff here. The front desk staff are kind, they greet me by name, answer all of my questions, including tough insurance questions! The hygienists are gentle. I have a child that is very sensitive to touch, and Nina recognized this right away and knew how to make this a positive experience for this child. This child is no longer afraid of dentist appointments. With a big family, we have seen all the dentists in this practice and love them all. I have truly felt that everyone here looks out for our best interest.

Front desk staff got some serious attitude issue and you dont feel treated as a patient. I hope that someone in managment brings a change about this issue.

Best dentist ever

I have been going to Dr. Silk for many years and he is the only dentist I feel comfortable with. One snow day I had an appointment, and Dr. Silk could not make it in. Dr. Taheri did the 2 fillings that I came in for, and I was very impressed with how comfortable I was with him, too.The practice works with you financially and everyone I have dealt with has been very non-judgmental about my dental habits in the past. They have taken the time to show me the best products to use and how to brush and floss my teeth, effectively.

My family of four has been coming here for more than ten years, every six months for routine cleanings and check-ups and everything from implants to deep cleanings. This is an amazing group of professionals, from the dentists and technicians to the administrative staff. In every visit I have felt that we have been treated as valued clients.

Dr. Silk (dentist) and Dr. Brown (ortho) are both professional and kind. They provide an excellent level of dental care for my entire family! My wife recently had a 6 tooth bridge installed, and it looks amazing. She used to hide her teeth because she was conscious of her old bridge, but now she is very proud to smile. My daughters teeth were amazingly crooked, and within a year we could see a vast improvement. The front office staff go out of their way to be helpful, and the support staff are very professional and caring.

All my experiences with Dr. Taheri and his group has been positive. The staff is professional, courteous and most of all skilled. Dr. Taheri is a wonderful perfectionist and understands and is considerate of my vanities when is comes to my smile. I have been with him for over ten years and I do not see the relationship ending. The Taheri Dental Group gets a 5 STAR rating from me.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Taheri for 17 years. He is CONSISTENTLY so calm, gentle, offers the best and most accommodating patient care. When I moved out the area I went to another dentist who had a more convenient location and now have come back to Dr. Taheri, because him and his whole practice are professional and take great care of my teeth.

I went to DR.Taheri for a deep gum cleaning and was very scared. I have a fear of needles and was very anxious. Dr. Taheri and his staff made me feel so at ease that I was able to get the four needle injections and feel great. He was very patient as I was nervous. He has excellent bedside manners and made me feel at ease. My gums were red and now looks great. I cant believe I put it off for this long. I am looking forward to the next visit.

Dr. Taheri is the best Dentist in this area. After my first visit to the Woodbridge, VA office, I knew he would be my Dentist as long as I live in the area. The determining factor was the way he extracted a tooth. Honestly, I did not know the tooth had been removed. During numerous additional visits, I noticed how kind he was to the elder and those without dental insurance. This a doctor that really cares about his patients. Im not paid to write this review; and, no one asked me to write this review. This is my opinion, and I felt obligated to let others know that the Taheri Dental Group is a great practice, and deserves 5 STARS.

I have been a patient there for over 10 years and am extremely pleased with their service. Just last Sunday I chipped my tooth and so I called them from work first thing Monday morning and they were able to get me in the same day. Not only that but just yesterday, less than the original two to three week time period for a crown to be made, my crown was in and was able to see me on the same day. I wasnt too happy about my last appointment and it had nothing to do with the actual work that was performed. My appointment was at 4:00 and 4:30 with my two sons. The minute we walked in they were taking us back to chairs and the whole procedure felt rushed, as if the staff was worried about getting out the door on time. I wont schedule an appointment that late in the day again. The thing that bothered me most was that I had scheduled my appointment with Dr. Taheri and saw someone else. If they werent going to schedule us with the Doctor I signed us up with they should have told me. I had absolutely no problem with the Doctor we saw, he was just as kind and professional as Dr. Taheri, but, I have had such horrible experiences in the past that I was very nervous about seeing someone I didnt know without notice. I think though the worst part of that appointment is how smug the gentleman at the front desk is...and this isnt the first time. He didnt even acknowledge my presence an when I finally tried to get his attention, he shushed me...I dont like that, He wasnt with another customer and if you are going to shush me at least look me in the face when you do it. The lady that sits behind him took over and was very nice and professional. Petty as this sounds, we always look forward to getting a new toothbrush on the way out and that didnt happen either.

My husband and I have both been patients of Dr. Taheri for many years in the Manassas office. We have always found him to be very kind and most competent. We feel very fortunate to have a dentist we feel comfortable with and one we can trust.

Had my dentures religned, Dr. Taheri did an outstanding job and his nurse went out of the way to ensure dentures were properly cleaned to fit well. My wife is having work done over several months to have inserts done. This is a very professional practice and the office staff is very helpful.

Ive had a horrible experience going to Dr. Taheris dental office at the Woodbridge location. I was taken care of by Dr. Gomez and her hygienist and they were very rough. While they were giving me fillings they decided not to give me anesthesia on one of the teeth. I made the gesture of no and they continued to drill and they said it wouldnt hurt, yet when they continued it hurt really bad. I began to cry and they dismissed everything telling me that Ill be ok and theyre almost done. While they were fixing my teeth Dr. Gomez was very sloppy, I remembered multiple times where the tools would grazed across my teeth and gums. I was pretty terrified. During the touch ups of my fillings, the dental suction tool actually started to slide into my throat and I almost started choking and I had to pull it out myself since Dr. Gomez hadnt noticed. Shows to say how much they really care here. As I was on my way to get my final x-rays before I left the hygienist actually told me to schedule next time when I have had food and when Im not on my period. I felt very offended and I said I was not on my period. she continued to have said that I was doing what was called pms-ing and that was the reason I started to cry. I have had the worst experience going to this practice. I highly discourage anyone from coming here, I felt as though they genuinely did not care about my well being. Multiple times I showed discomfort and they had continued on with what they were doing. They only care about the money, I felt rushed, violated, and insulted.

Im still in shock after years of trying to find a dentist who would fix my teeth. Year after year Ive been told were gonna help you get those teeth fixed followed by heres our outrageous prices that no normal young adult could afford. I started to lose hope and my smile began to dwindle the other day I walked into the taheri dental office with tears in my eyes thinking this would be another disappointing dentist office. Yesterday was the first day I wasnt disappointed not only did they begin work on my teeth that day they helped make it affordable there was no pain Beatrice kept me so calm and cool with all the things she talked about DR GOMEZ has the most gentle hands the from office girls are as sweet in person as they are on the phone they dont bs you or add on unnecessary treatment I left that office with a huge smile on my face and have not stopped since THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Youve given me my confidence back and the ability to drink cold water! Thank you all thank you dr Gomez we will never go to another dentist again you are the best! Im still smiling!!!

This does not reflect all dentists at the Taheri group only dr Jamali. I had come into dr Jamali for a cleaning and found out that one of my molars had a cavity. Its been my only cavity in over 15 years so I was a little surprised. I want to be clear and state that I had no pain nor sensitivity to the molar before getting it filled from dr Jamali.So I had the cavity filled a couple of weeks later only to have extreme sensitivity to it when I drank anything cold or hot and could not eat anything on it not even bread. I called Dr Jamalis office the next day and Dr. Jamali recommended I wait a week since it was just recently filled. Wow. So I waited a weeks time and came in for an appointment that lasted less than 5 minutes just for her to tell me to wait another week. By the way, she left the office before I did thats how much in a hurry she was.I gave it another 10 days, which was 17 days total and this time Dr. Jamali did a little drilling to relieve some pressure on the nerve of the molar. She told me that was going to help the pain. It didnt! It may have improved somewhat, but a majority of the pain was still there. I waited two weeks to see if it would improve (since I have been accustomed to believe this) and it did not. The next appointment was my fourth and very last. I thought for sure now she would actually do something to address the problem-like refill it...because it was not done correctly the first time. But Im assuming that would cost her money out of her pocket to redo it. So, her recommendation was to see an orthodontist to get it fixed. I was in such a daze at this point that I could not mouth the words nor the frustration that I was feeling.At this same appointment, she asked how the take home tooth whitener that I paid $250 for was working? Before I had a chance to answer, she started to say that the tooth whitener could be causing the sensitivity to the tooth. As soon as I heard that I was just completely floored. She was looking for a way out rather than to help me. Unbelievable! I told her that could not be the case because I hadnt started using it yet.To add insult to injury, she recommended that I use a toothpaste for sensitivity. Little did I know that small tube of toothpaste was going to cost me $25. I am never ever going back. NEVER
