The staff were very pleasant and I’ve had several appointments over the past 6 months and they were always welcoming and professional. The doctor was proficient and I feel I received excellent care. I had an extraction & I was completely at ease during the procedure which took less time than I expected.

I couldnt be more thankful to have found Dr. Jackson and her assistant who I regretfully cant remember her name. I was horribly nervous and had never had anything serious done on my mouth before. She helped me gain courage to follow through with my wisdom tooth extraction and helped talk me through it during the procedure.After I had very little discomfort and it healed nicely. I wish only she could do all my other dental work as well as she is excellent and has gained my trust in which I dont give out easily to just anyone.

My son had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Zadeh and we won’t be visiting this practice ever again. They gave him a prescription for Motrin which wasn’t enough to address the pain and on top of that the male dental assistant acted like this was some kind of high speed cattle factory instead of a surgeons’ office. Their Dr. Jackson is condescending and insulting - she’s the one we had to speak to after hours to get a pain med prescription because my son was in too much pain when the the Motrin failed to work (no surprise there). Dr. Zadeh should have prescribed the appropriate pain meds to begin with instead of doing a 2 minute surgery and shoving us out the door. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL. Avoid this place if you have the audacity to want to be treated like a human being instead of cattle.

My son had his wisdom teeth removed here in June 2021 and I was AMAZED with the quality of care he received.. I sat with him a few moments while they set him up then went to Wawa to get a sandwitch as I remember getting mine out and not being able to chew for a bit. Before I even took a bite of my sandwitch they called to say he was all finished! I drove back to pick him up and found him relaxing in the waiting area with no issues at all, he even decided to go to work the next day as he was feeling fine! I was simply amazing and shout outs to Dr. LaBriola and Sabine!!! 5 star review? No Sir I give them 5 billion Stars :)!!!

Nurse najiya will make you feel very comfortable and keep you calm! I went to get my wisdom teeth out and she make me feel safe even though I was very nervous. Dr. Zadeh was also making jokes to keep me less anxious. Overall i had a good experience.

Ive had a lot issues with my teeth and, as a result, have been worked on by many professionals. I can honestly say that my visit this past week was one of the most pleasant appointments Ive ever had! Nurse Najiya, as well as the other staff, were all very sweet and maintained excellent communication throughout the procedure and entire visit. Dr. Zadeh is very quick and precise with his work as well. Highly recommended for military families, they accept Tricare Dental insurance!

1st time going to this doctor.. I was told to come 30 mins early.. My appointment was for 10a.m I arrived at the office at 9:30 a.m only to fill out all paper work and not get called to the back untill around 10:45a.m Mind you, I had a referral from another dentist and I had xrays sent over .. The assistant told me the doctor wanted more xrays.. For what ? Your pulling 2 teeth.. and I already provided you with x-rays that were only 2 weeks old.. When I questioned the assistant he spoke to the doctor and the response he got was he needs to see the nerves.. Again for what ? Your pulling the tooth.. Anyways lets me move on.. the doctor popped in and numb me up left came back .. at this point its around 11:45a.m Mind you I have been in pain for 2 weeks awaiting this extraction. He got the 2nd tooth out and it had to be cut and drill to get it removed, Now I have been to a dozen different dentist never have I ever had the tray pulled right up to my face so that I could see all the instruments they would use in my mouth .. most of the time all the equipment is off to the side not to disturb the patients psyche.. Now by the time he gets to the 2nd tooth the one causing all the pain.. It wont numb.. So he say I can put you to sleep or send you home with antibiotics.. I say put me to sleep.. I wake up never do I see the doctor again and by the time I leave it almost 3 p.m and I was told to take Ibuprofen for pain ..Ok, I cant eat anything solid IBUPROFEN make my stomach upset, I asked for something stronger the assistance said the doctor said nothing else was needed .. I have stitches in my mouth .. its been 3 days and Im still in pain.. I will never recommend this dentist to anyone.. the doctor over books his patient he was rushing the entire time.. One good thing and the only good thing is the staff is nice ..

One start just because the front desk it’s nice, but Dr Julia Jackson is rude and arrogant, maybe she doesn’t like latino people, and I really don’t understand why my son can’t be seeing by other doctor in the same office.

We have used NVO&MSA for both of our kids wisdom tooth removal. They are professional, nice to work with, and explain things well. With Covid-19 affecting my second childs appointments, I was very impressed with the safety steps they took. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience at NVOMSA Woodbridge from the moment I called to make an appt, to the moment I left the office. The receptionist staff are very warm and welcoming as well as professional and informative. Nurse Najiya was very kind and answered my many questions. She provided me comfort and reassurance as I waited for the Dr to perform my surgical extractions. Dr. Labriola was wonderful. He expressed genuine concern when he asked if I felt any pain during the procedure and paused to make sure I wasnt in any pain (I was not). He listened to my concerns that were already answered and double checked just to give me the reassurance I needed. His bedside manner was very comforting and professional, he let me know just when to expect discomfort and how much of it, if any, that I would. I highly recommend this practice to anyone that needs oral care!

It was the most amazing visit, their staff and the folks names mentioned above were beyond informative and happy.Although i felt a bit skeptical about the extractions Dr. Jackson put me ease (jokingly) numbed up the areas, and pulled both of those dreadful teeth out within 15 minutes amazing.When it was all set and done and i was well on my way out within 45 minutes which was fabulous. Not honest and arrogant, money oriented only.. so sad! I witnessed many complain in the single visit I had which make me believe the fake 5 stars reviews this company is getting.Beware of your charges!!! Especially an extra $35 fee they charge you for the extra PPE expense due to pandemic.Updated 10/20/2020I was able to found a different Surgeon not far from them (Dr. Hasnain Shinwari, DDS) follow my advice and get a second opinion! His manner and level of care were beyond expectation, and his charges were much less for the same procedure .You will be in a much better hand than with Dr Zadeh and his team. Last and finally if you decide to stay with them make sure to check the charges with your insurance as they will try to deny payment and make you pay what your insurance already paid.

Listen, after holding off surgery on my implants for almost a year, it was because of Dr Jackson I finally went through with the procedure. She was confident and reassuring, answered and explained every question. Even coordinated with my dentist and checked up on me personally after the surgery.Her staff is amazing its so much love in the office. If I could give Dr. Zadeh and his team at the Woodbridge location a higher score I would. I was referred to this office after I had a tooth extraction by a dentist last Friday. I came into the office already in a lot of pain, little did I know that the nerve ending of my extracted tooth was not removed by the dentist. Dr. Zadeh and his team extracted the remaining pieces, performed a bone graft, and sewed me back up quickly and the X-Ray they showed me after looked exactly how it was supposed to in the first place. After the surgery I went through a large amount of pain due to double surgery, but mostly because of the dry socket I got from the failed first surgery. Unfortunately it is something I have to go through, but Dr. Zadeh and his team have been there Communicating with me throughout the entire week helping answer any questions and making sure I was taken care of. Thank you again to Dr. Zadeh and his team for getting me through this very painful experience and fixing my mouth. I have already recommend your office to a few friends and will only go here if/when I need any work done including my permanent implants.Last thing I have to insist on: NEVER get a tooth extraction done by a Dentist, get it done correctly the first time by an Oral Surgeon.

AMAZING! Is how I would describe this place in one word. When I was getting a tooth taken out they had to numb me with a needle and I couldn’t even feel a thing! It was the best exotic could have ever had! Dr.Haron is a very good dentist! The assistants were also there, Sussy and Sabine, and they we’re very kind and awesome. One word to describe this office would have to be PHENOMENAL! Calling and setting up an appointment was very easy they were very informative and let me know the office policies and were able to set me up for an appointment the same week I reached out which was amazing because my wisdom teeth were giving me a lot of pain.When I arrived I filled out paperwork and Gloria who I spoke with quite a few times and she was quick to help and let me know the wait time. I was able to wait in my car (because of COVID) when it was my turn to be seen I was quickly roomed and seen by Dr. Hugh Zadeh. Before my appointment I had my mind set on only removing the wisdom teeth that were bothering me.Once Dr. Zadeh evaluated me he determined that removing all four wisdom teeth in one visit would be best and patiently explained why and ultimately giving me the option to choose. It didnt take much convincing me to remove all four but before he started I was met by Wendy who was able to take my payment and assisted with calming my nerves because I was close to passing out myself and she encouraged me to play some music before the doctor came in.The rest of my appointment went by smoothly EVERYONE that I encountered in the office were so sweet and patient with me.Would definitely recommend!

Had severe pain and I was able to get an appointment the next day. I hate going to the dentist but when I walked in, the front desk made me feel at ease and very welcomed. Gloria, Wendy, and Yesenia were very professional and friendly. I have had 2 root canals before, and both were extremely painful. This was NOT the case with Dr L. He, and his assistants Sabina and Sussy had me in and out without even feeling pain. While I hope I will not need a procedure like this again, if I do, I would not go anywhere else!

I must say, this has been the most pleasant experience I have ever endured not just in the dental industry, but in overall customer service. The front desk receptionists, Wendy and Gloria (one more additional girl but I forgot her name) are the most energetic and helpful clerks I have had the pleasure to meet. They were very sweet, understanding, and empathetic towards my financial needs and walked me through the entire billing and extraction process. The dental assistants, Sussy and Saloine, were extremely reassuring when I was going through the teeth pulling process. I was very nervous being that this was my first time getting my molar pulled. They too explained the process, why I was getting my tooth extracted, and what to expect. I cant remember the Dentist name but the entire tooth pulling took approximately 4 minutes. Surprisingly, I felt absolutely NO PAIN!! He was very outgoing and open about the process and assured me that I wouldnt feel anything. He was right. I am VERY HAPPY with my experience here. The last thing a patient needs when undergoing a tooth extraction is additional stress. Everyone here provided exceptional customer service. I would say I would love to come back, but lets hope the rest of my teeth stay in tact. If by chance I ever do need future dental repairs, this is now my primary dental office now. Having over 15 years of experience I have seen a slew of things.Dr. Zadeh is a wonderful knowledgeable oral surgeon. My mother is a very apprehensive dental patient. He put he at ease and worked quickly. His assistant Sussy was spectacular and made my mothers experience even better. She even said she loved it! Well first off I have a fear of Dentistry. But the staff at Northern Virginia oral maxillofacial surgery put that completely at ease. This was the first and only time that I had dental work done without any fear or any pain. I was referred to Dr. Haron after my dentist was unable to stop the bleeding after 2 successful and one partial extraction in which the tooth broke. Dr. Haron was masterful in completing the extraction (root piece), stopping the bleeding, and suturing the wound. Totally awesome and prompt! Gloria, Sabina, and Wendy at the front desk were quick to get me taken care of. 5 minutes barely passed from the moment I walked into the office until I was sitting in the Oral Surgeons chair receiving treatment. Very friendly staff and Doctor! I was referred to see Dr. Haron for my wisdom teeth. I spoke to a lady name Yesenia to schedule my appointment which she was able to answer questions that I had before coming in. When I came into the office I met Gloria who helped me understand my paperwork. The assistant Sussy took me back which she took an x-ray where Dr Haron was able to evaluate my wisdom teeth. I went to check out where I spoke with Wendy. She explained how much insurance covers and an estimate of what I am responsible for. This has been such an easy process for me and I couldnt be any more glad to have found this practice. Thanks again NVOMSA staff!!

This is the most amazing place I have ever used for any sort of dental work. I showed up with a badly infected tooth and no appointment and they quickly got me to a room and Doctor Haron, Wendy and Sabina had the infected tooth and two broken teeth removed in less than twenty minutes. Everyone in the office were super helpful and fruendly. I didnt have insurance but they worked with my wife to get the emergency work done and paid for. If I could give ten stars I would, but five and a glowing review will have to do. Bless everyone in that office.

Thank you Dr. Zadeh for your lack of empathy! Seems like he was in a hurry. Trying to look for a vein he tried three spots digging deep and eventually found a vein on the other arm! I had my entire forearm form one big bruise too bad I only took the photo after the surgery and not the following day. Cmon put yourself in our shoes. Trust me I dont want to be there just as much as you. 4 weeks have gone by my bruises are gone but why is my arm is still in pain? There is no need to treat people like animals even they get treated better.

Office staff have horrible communication and customer service. Ginadese (sp?) attempts to help with insurance information, but unfortunately needs to put you on hold to ask someone else, then back to you with response. Appreciate her trying to help, but seems like better use of her and my time to just transfer to the individual that can answer the question. Wendy needs lots of education/training on customer service. Very nasty on the phone and not helpful in responding to insurance company with correct information for payment.

I wish i cud zero star them, I got an appointment early in year for tooth removal and confirmed over the phone if they take Humana Dental care, they told me they did, I took an apointment for Mr.s When we got there for apointment they took our insurance cards and IDs. Gave us a bill for 4 teeth removals which was around 263 out of pocket for us and said insurance will take care of rest.... After few months I got bills for 1000 bucks from dentist office saying insurance is not paying so its my responsibility and insurance is saying they r not in network.... why would you take my insurance cards give me a quote and then later back track saying they arnt in network...They keep insisting I owe them money now because insurance is declining the claim while my point is that why did they repeatdly claim they took humana when they were not in network._________________________________________________________I recived a call after writing the review, so i think its my moral responsibility to make things more clear, at this point Insurance has agreed to pay the bill because I did get the no. from their website even though the exact dentist was not in network, I assume a different dentist from same office was actually part of insurance network. so as a courtisy they have agreed to pay the bill.The office keeps insisting that insurance provided them wrong information; which shouldnt count against me and they should fight the insurance for that,,, However After the second call today I do realize that they didnt bill me the whole amount (even though partial is way too much than what was quoted to me) and also the work done by the desntist was great A+.... So considering the work done by the dentist and office not billing me the whole amount i will change review to three stars... I still think office should have taken more resposbility and honored the quote they provided. Also thanks Humana for being understanding and agreeing to pay the bill even though it was out of network for them.

Got my wisdom teeth taken out last Friday the 13th but no bad luck here. Dr. Zedah and assistants were very professional and did a great job on making the removal of my teeth painless and quick. I was out with in a hour of being there and the actually pulling lasted about 10 mins. Just did the local novacaine with no issues. Highly recommended.

The only reason this place gets any stars is because of the staff. They are kind, compassionate, and friendly. If I was only rating the staff, techs, and nurses, this practice would get 5 stars.Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Julia Jackson was worth negative stars if you had them. I have had a dental phobia my whole life. My referring dentist even made clear in the referral form that I was scared. Dr. Jackson didnt seem to care at all. When I called twice asking for a valium for right before the procedure to steady my nerves, I was told since I was being sedated that was overkill. Also because I was being sedated I was not allowed to eat or drink for 6 hours before my surgery, which was to be at 2pm. At 3pm I was finally called back and met Dr. Jackson for the first time. She informed me then that she was only going to numb me. I have a real phobia and begged for sedation and barring that at least a valium to help me cope. She said no. I was so blown away it never dawned on me to get up and leave, which I so wish Id done. In any event, aside from the pain of all the novocaine shots, and the sheer horror of hearing my teeth being ripped from the bone, her bedside manner, or more succinctly, her LACK of bedside manner made the experience even more horrific.I have heard there are kinder doctors in that practice, but if you are a phobic like me and they tell you youre scheduled for Dr. Jackson, RUN AWAY!!!!

Dr. Haron was fantastic!!! I was very nervous about getting my wisdom teeth extracted but he made me feel safe and PAIN-FREE. He was very honest and patient, I highly recommend Dr. Haron :)

OMG!!! These guys were a God send...my 15 year old son had 4 impacted wisdom teeth and was in serious pain...they got him in quickly and got him out of pain in 30 minutes
