Dr Ziaie is one of the best doctors that I have seen in Virginia.. He is super friendly,patient, knowledgeable. He does care for his patients and will explain everything before he does anything. His staffs are so friendly and office always clean. I do hardly recommend him.

The people are nice but overall, it is a terrible place. They misplaced my husbands dental record and misdiagnosed both of us. We were both told that we had periodontal disease and must now receive treatment every three months. We have gone back to our regular dentist (out of town) for his advice and a new doctor locally, both claim that it was not correct. A mistake or a scam, I am left to wonder.

Today was my first visit to this office. It was clean, bright, spacious and well staffed. Sam was a kind and gentle technician, which is appreciated for my sensitive mouth. I will be going back in 6 months!

This is hands down the best dental care in my area. I was treated here when I was still on active duty in the US Army and never left. Friendly staff, excellent dental care and all of my questions/concerns are always answered.

There is a lot of stigma about going to the dentist. The ladys when you first walk in are so nice and easy to talk to at the desk. Then the Dentist assistant is so nice i have never had one i could talk to and just so nice. Everything was professional and fine until I got to the front desk. She charged me the copay twice. After some time, my insurance changed and I was no longer able to go there, so I asked for my refund (it was now a credit placed on my account to be used whenever). Now they took a fraction of the credit for whatever reason because of a “problem” of payout with my insurance, so I asked for the remainder back. It’s been almost 2 years of me literally BEGGING for my money back that they took from me. Of all times to mess with somebody’s finances. You don’t know where or when that money could be used especially in the pandemic. Nobody has followed up with me, nobody calls me back, I leave messages, I leave voice mails, I been BEGGING for over a year to please return my money. The doctors are professional. But please make sure the front desk doesn’t give you the run around, check all of your receipts.

I love how everyone in the office is so nice & friendly. I love when I go into the office, I haven’t ever had a bad experience.

The appointment was on time and the hygenist was friendly, professional and communicated clearly.

Dr. Z is wonderful. He will give you all your options so you can make the best choice for you. I was in so much pain I went in crying. He called me the next day to see how I was feeling and to make sure I was doing okay. Thats a great caring dentist.

I recently changed my care to Dental One Associates due to my previous provider not accepting my new insurance. I made my appointment online and was able to complete my patient profile and health history online also.My appointment was intended to be an introduction and discussion of treatment needed. All staff were caring of my needs and time. The dentist (Dr. Z) discussed my needs and plan and offered to refer for a second opinion with a specialist. Three hours later, I left with dental treatment plan in place, oral surgery scheduled, and orthodontic treatment through Glow Orthodontics started with the first appliance ordered! Amazing!Two months in, I continue to highly recommend Dental One Associates!

Needed to go for a cleaning, it had been awhile! Also had a cracked tooth from eating something. It was super easy to book an appointment online and I got in fast!Everyone was very nice and helpful! They took their time and were gentle!I highly recommend them! Every interaction I had was very pleasant! They were accommodating with my tough schedule and worked with me to get me in for my appointment! My teeth feel better than ever!

Great experience! Dr. Z is great at what he does and explaining what hes doing. He also has a great sense of humor which helps alleviate some of the unease out of going to a dentist! His support staff is just as good!

My fiance went to Woodbridge to have some urgant dental work done that was partially covered under insurance, and for which she paid the copay and portion not covered by insurance. We have been receiving bills for this and responding each time by calling and talking to someone who explained that it would be taken care of. On the last call, the person explained that it had occurred so long ago that actual paperwork would have to be submitted. It has not been taken care of, and we have received a letter threatening handing the account over to collections. During several calls, the person promised to call back but never did. The doctors are fine, but the billing department and customer service is terrible.

I’ve had an amazing experience so far with Glow Orthodontics. I enjoy every appointment and they’ve made having braces a breeze. I couldn’t ask for better drs or nurses. I would recommend everyone to come here for braces.

Dr. Ali is an excellent dentist. He took the time to explain every procedure he was doing. He is professional and has a pleasant personality.. I am glad to know him. The staff is also extremely helpful. Dr. Ali has a great rapport with his assistant and they work very well together.

After visiting several dental offices in the Woodbridge area we finally found dental one and we are very happy we did. I was impressed on my recent cleaning that the dentist remembered our conversation from 6 months ago and asked me about it. I was sure he would blow in, check my teeth, and leave like dentists sometimes do. Instead he followed up with me about our concerns. Very nice office staff and hygienists too.

My wife and I were patients here for several years. However after moving out of state, Dental One continued billing us for many months for a routine check-up that had always been covered by insurance. After repeated voicemails went unanswered, they finally called and explained that there had been a computer problem with their billing and they would resolve it. That didnt happen and we have continued receiving bills and now a collections notice. I cant recommend Dental One. The decent dental care was not worth the aggravation and unresponsiveness of the past several months.

Its always hard finding a new dentist, but I had to switch due to insurance change. Im so glad I found dental one. Dr. Zeiaei was amazing! He listened to my concern and was very helpful with my issue. So was his dental assistant. The facility is nice and clean, and I was seen very quickly both times Ive been there so far.

I hate going to the dentist as it is never a fun experience for me. Everyone is here is so nice and welcoming. The dentist is very kind and thorough with his explanations. The staff was members were all super friendly and reassuring. I am actually feeling much less stressed about my next few appointments there after my visit a few days ago.

The place is great. The staff is wonderful! However, I didnt like the fact that we were not notified of payment for the return procedure in advance. Since I assumed that my insurance would cover the cost.

So about two weeks ago I woke up with excruciating pain in my lower jaw. My wife located Dental One who said they could see me immediately. When I arrived, they were fast and very friendly. They determined what my problem was and arranged treatment. Everyone was funny, friendly and very empathetic. We immediately decided to make them our permanent dentists. When I returned for a full exam, everyone was just as friendly and welcoming as before. We love this place and the people that work there.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! The staff is so friendly and personal, yet VERY professional. One evening, my husband bit down on something and shattered his tooth. We panicked because of course he was in pain, but also we were packing to leave the country on vacation. I called Dental One Associates and left an emergency phone call. It was after 9:00 at night. Within 15 minutes, we received a personal call from Dr. Valleru telling us to simply come in to the office in the morning!!! When was the last time a doctor called you?? We were so impressed. My daughter and I both had appointments to have our teeth cleaned. As always, when I left my teeth felt so refreshingly clean! My daughter had her braces taken off after 3.5 years and this was the first cleaning without them! Our Orthodontist and Dentist work hand in hand, together, to bring the best results to their patient’s. Dr. Valleru and the Ortho department have become part of our family! Had my replacement bridge set today. The replacement came in a week earlier and they immediately scheduled an appointment for me today. So everything was completed within a matter of minutes. Totally awesome experience. Ive been going to this same Dental Office for over 20 years - great customer service.

This place is a joke. They rob you for every penny. They wouldnt offer me a regular cleaning and insisted I pay $800 for a deep cleaning or else they couldnt offer any other service. Ridiculous! If I want a regular cleaning I should be able to pay for a regular cleaning. After I declined they told me there would be a fee to electronically send over my X-rays that I just payed $50 for. This is nuts! I will definitely not be returning!

The worst services you can get... they made me pay first before even they process my insurance. I ended up overpaying but they never told me until I called my insurance and they told how much co-insurance money I needed to pay. still waiting for my check back from them. the stuff there is rude as hell. one thing positive is the dentist Dr.Z.
