Tracy is an amazing nail tech. I would recommend her to anyone. I get dip and nail art and I am never disappointed. She is always able to give me great recommendations whenever I cannot make a decision as to what I want to do with my nails. Her massages for the pedicures are so relaxing as well.

I recently visited Beautique for the first time today and I loved it. Felicia did my nails and she was so gentle and sweet. She really fixed up my nails beautifully. She even gave me a phone charger because my phone was going to die. 10/10 recommend. I will most definitely be back.

I got my nails done here an absolutely loved it! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and made me feel comfortable! I got dip done, and they lasted almost a full month before they came off. The prices are reasonable for the quality.My nail tech was Felicia and she was wonderful. She did exactly what I wanted and paid great attention to detail.One of the best nail salons Ive been to!

I have been looking for a good nail salon around the area and my cousin recommended that I go here. I went for a powder dip manicure/ regular pedicure and I loved it! The atmosphere was very clean and relaxing. Felicia did my nails and she did a great job! I loved that she kept my nails my natural shape and she did my nails exactly how I wanted them. She is great at paying attention to detail and friendly. Ill definitely be going back!

Absolutely PHENOMENAL! They were able to squeeze me in a for a last minute mani/pedi. I was super lucky and got a new employee by the name of Mary. She was absolutely THE BEST. I have never, and I mean NEVER, had someone care so much about my nails. She took her time, made sure to do the best job ever and I couldnt be happier. I live in ATL and only come down on the weekends-- I dont know how but I dont want anyone else in the world to touch my nails but Mary. I felt like a princess LOL I got a last minute audition that require I show my hands and my nails looked on POINT! Absolutely loved this place. Each and every nail was painted poorly. Each time she messed up I asked if she could repaint the nail and she just covered up her mistake with some clear nail polish. Every nail is uneven and sloppy. I could of done better myself. DO NOT COME HERE. This is not the same Beautique Nail Salon & Spa, the last great owners just sold this place and there are now new owners. The last owners ran a great high quality business with professional and talented personnel. This new place does not provide high professional quality service. Both my friend and I came here for a mani/pedi and both left very unsatisfied. They also do not take good care of the health of your nails. I had to ask many times if she could clean the nail and when she finally did she was thorough. The massages was also very brief and not great. Tomorrow I will be going to Lush Spa and Nails where the old owners now are and get my nails done properly.

My favorite nail salon!Its is walking distance from my boutique, making it extra convenient when my feet are asking to be refreshed or my mani needs rescue.They are always welcoming and sweet, and the nails are always on point! One of my favorite things of this salon is the cleanliness of it, they even use tub liners for the foot tub, which is a HUGE plus! What an amazing experience! So clean, so kind, so fun! We celebrated my best friends birthday with pedi’s and they treated us like celebrities. They have a candy bar that my daughter loved and served us Guava Champagne. I will definitely be back.

This place is lovely for a manicure and pedicure. The chairs are the most comfortable I have used. The choices for pedicure organic products are amazing. They have all the Essie colors, my favorite line, and they got me and my friend in on short notice. They actually have good red wine, surprising to me because I’m picky. They didn’t know it but it was an escape for my friend who just lost her son and it was a wonderful one; they treated her so well.

PLEASE ask for THUY and FELICIA!!! You will not be disappointed. They did amazing, and were nice and professional. Were efficient and did a great job as well. Ignore the bad reviews, and don’t miss out. The shape is gorgeous, no abused cuticles, and left the salon with a perfect job. Patient and gentle as well. I got the dip powder because I was told it last longer, and paid $50 for it. Just a week or so afterwards all of my nails have come off. I will never go there again. What a rip off.

Love this salon! The girls and owner are so friendly and professional! The salon is so clean and modern, so Im able to relax and enjoy my time there. They also offer wine which is always a plus! But most importantly, they do an amazing job! My pedicures here last longer than they should for which Im so grateful (Im a mom of a 2 year old) and the owner does an amazing job with gel nails. The prices are really only about $5 more than the average in-and-out salon, but its worth it!

Was greeted by a gentleman who seemed friendly and welcoming; however, Im not pleased with my gel manicure. My nails look like I did them myself. Three nails have bubbles on them and the polish on a few fingers is bleeding onto my cuticles. The salon itself was clean and quiet and beautifully decorated. My nails were done by an older woman (didnt get her name) but if I do decide to go back, I will be sure to ask for someone else.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a nail salon anywhere. A friend referred me to Beautique Nail salon that is under new ownership.The salon was exceptionally clean and upscale and has a relaxing environment. The entire staff was friendly. Best manicure and pedicure ever. Hai takes great pride in his work and is an artist at his trade. The basic pedicure isn’t basic at all, hot towels and massage included. Hai Knows reflexology and gave an amazing foot massage. I strongly encourage you to go.

I had a good time here. They did offer me mimosa and snacks. Every one here was very friendly.

They do a great pedicure and it is very nice on the inside. However, expect to be charged for every single little thing. I asked the lady doing my pedicure to please scrub my feet with the metal scrubber and she told me it would be $5 more. What?! You can get just as good pedicure other places and not be charged extra for literally any request.

Twice I’ve gone, and they’re not welcoming. The sassy receptionist asks what I want. Then she and the 7 or 8 employees sit around speaking an asian language for several minutes while I stand there as the only one clearly clueless about what they’re discussing. Also there was a male employee who kept speaking another language and laughing in my direction...then my nail lady stopped working on my nails and got up and slapped him. SO awkward. Unprofessional. My nails looked good, but I can get the same thing somewhere else. Done here.

I’ve tried this place twice now. The older woman who did my nails rushed the entire time. She pushed my cuticles up so much that the skin around my nails are now red and sore and burned every time she harshly scrubbed them with alcohol (why she was scrubbing my nails and skin with alcohol I don’t know, it was just a basic mani.) A manicure shouldn’t be painful. Unfortunately it was, and so was my experience. The woman who was doing my manicure also got up midway without saying anything and just disappeared for 10 minutes. Staff is always just talking to each other in another language and doesn’t attempt to make you feel comfortable. Not coming back.

Katy does an amazing mani! I came in asking for acrylic nails to gain some length on my short and breakage prone natural nails. She was very patient with me and explained my options but ultimately suggested a UV gel mani with gel polish over it. When I left my nails looked fierce! Katy told me to come back in 2-3 weeks to get them filled. My nails looked great well into the second week, it is only now in the 3rd week that I can see too much natural nail. The polish hasnt chipped or peeled at all, even with lots of dish washing and working out. Will be making this my regular spot!

I called to schedule an appointment an hour before I went. Butqhen I arrived, nobody was available to do my nails. After a 20 minute wait, I left and got them done at another nail salon.

I have been to 2 nail salons and this so far has been the best one.... I will be going back to the other place i have been i will not ever go back...

They charge an extra fee for having hands and feet done simultaneously. This hidden fee is not listed on their price list, nor is it mentioned when offered. Never seen a charge for simultaneous service in Orlando before.

Describe my experience... Well lets see, first there was an Entourage of 12 little girls who were running around the salon like psychos and carrying on. Which was not the salons fault more of the parents...who brings little kids to a salon anyway??? Im more upset of the fact that they charged me $30 to paint my fingernails and then another $32 to paint my toenails with a pedicure massage. I understand the pedicure charge, but $30 for the nails on top of a horrible experience? Im never coming back!

I received a gift card from this place. When I went for the pedicure they did not clean my feet, they did not cut my nails and when my friend saw my feet she called to complain about it to the manager. He told us with arrogance without excuses that I should of asked them to clean my feet and cut my nails and that I need to come back... very unprofessional
