Ten & Na are my saving grace. I have been going to this location for the past 4 years. I started going there when there was a different owner which was fine but since Ten took over the establishment has a different vibe. I always give Ten these crazy designs for my nails and he always goes above and beyond what Im looking for. Na takes her time with pedicure and waxing and makes me fell welcomed. Wherever these 2 go I will follow. Such a good job I cant even choose a hand full of pictures to post. Highly recommend A+ Nails. Thank you Ten & Na for your amazing service.

I came here for a pedicure my first time and the guy did an excellent job. So I figured why not come back to get a full set. I do not know the name of the lady who did my nails she has bangs. But I had to come back today to ask her to fix them because as you can see from the pics (this is her way of cleaning it up) I have like glue on skin and then my thumb nail was wider than the other. And my ring finger was just completely messed up. My nails are differently shaped and looked like I could’ve done them myself. Worst thing about it is when I’m showing and explaining what I see wrong with my nails it was like I was being cut off. I’ll never come back to do my nails nor my feet now I dont want to have to go to 2 different places to do both. I just said I was happy because it seems like they don’t really care !

Terrible. Basic polish change absolutely rubbish. Messy finish. They couldn’t care less about a customers satisfaction. When you point out bad work they just deny it as if you’re seeing things. Zero stars if an option.

I just moved into the winter park area. I got ombré full set & gel pedicure 😍 my nails lasted a month and I came back for a fill-in. Absolutely loved the service.

Ten does the best nails. I go to this guy for my dip and he’s a complete perfectionist. Pedicures not the best.

2 different techs 2 separate visits and both did a great job. Eyebrow waxing always looks good. And I love that they’re open until 7:30pm opposed to other nail salons.

I went here to get a full set with dip and at first they looked okay, not great but acceptable. The next day 1 nail broke with a little impact. I fixed it with nail glue and went on, but over the next week 4 more nails broke 2 of them ripping off my real nails without any impact. I simply put my shoes on when 2 of them broke. I will never go here again for any services because due to their lack of quality i have been in pain for days.

If I could do zero stars I honestly would. I do not recommend. I went in for a POWDER also known as SNS. I told them multiple times I wanted powder they still decided to paint my nails with gel polish and not even care about what I said. The guy had me waiting there for a long time doing others nails and toes before mine and I was there first. They then tried to be sneaky and charge me for powder nails when they didn’t even do that so the lady corrected. Asked me if I was going to tip. I just looked at her and she had the audacity to add a $10 tip to my Amount. I told her she needed to take that off and she got beyond upset with me. They really are the worse

Theyre more friendly than some in the area, and good work for how cheap it is. Only thing is I wish theyd improve their nail colors. Theres not a lot and theyre outdated. My manicure wasnt good, but the acrylics are okay and cheaper than other places.

The best place to go. They do fabulous work and listen to what you are wanting. I have been going here for 15 years or so. Wouldnt go anywhere else. They are friendly and the salon is very clean.The name of the salon is exactly how I rate them!

DO NOT GO TO TINA!! 3rd seat on the right. I showed her a photo of what I wanted when I told her she made them to pointy she got upset and said someone else do it for you. 11 After waiting for 15 minutes, the manager who sits at the 1st chair on the right had to finish my nails. The manager was nice but for me the damage had already been done with Tina. She is so unprofessional and has no customer service.

I enjoy coming here they are super nice, I especially like to have Henry do my nails he takes his time and listens to how I would like them done. He is also pleasant to talk with.

The Guy did my nails, cut me up and all my nails were different shapes when I then handed him my debt card he goes “ how much you going to tip me. ”Which was very rude but, I still tip 2 days later 4 of my fingers were cracked and broken . I have a broken pinky so I only got 9 nails done 4 out of 9 were messed up . I go back they fix them for free then I go to another nail salon and I then had fungus on 4 of my finger nails . I call A Plus Nails explain to the lady and she tells me oh what do you want me to do about it . I tell her nothing just letting you know what happened and then hung up .

Not a good place to go I went here a few months ago and they did my nails way to small to the point you could see my nails in the sides ( i did acrylics) and most people there were very serious. Don’t recommend sorry :(

Just walked in for manicure,asked for Gnok who did my manicure last week, the 3 women present rudely held a conversation in Vietnamese as if I where invisible. RUDE and unprofessional to say the least.

By far the most stressful place I have ever gone. I went for a pedi square shaped nails and one they started tondrill my nail like why, and second the maid my nails into crescent moons not squares!!! And i was coreecting the as they went and were still not getting it. NEVER GO. I refused to pay.

Been coming here for a while, they do acrylic nails fine, but they not have a variety of colors...and then the color they have on the display nails is completely different from the actual nail polish. Last girl that did my nails got mad because i couldnt decide on a color...well maybe if you restock on more colors i wouldnt have an issue. Not coming back. Terrible customer service ohh and she did my nails beige and my toe nails which were supposed to be beige as well were not they were like a light pink, and of course she got upset when i told her.

Very nice i was recommed to this place i rarely get pedicures but the lady that took care of me. Very very nice. Loved her. I was told that price for mani & pedi would be 23 but wen i went i ended up paying 50 with tip included. I didnt mind bcuz she did a great job. Will be nack soon💗💗💗💗💟💅💅💅💅

Probley one of if not the best salon ive ever been to. They do amazing pedicures and manicures. Ive gotten a pedicure done there and full pink and white set. Amy is who I go to and she is seriously amazing.When you tell them what you want they do it. And the way you want. They dont just talk to each other but they conversate with you and make you feel welcome and comfortable. Deffinatly recommend others to go too.

Messed up my nails, didnt listen to what I wanted. The whole staff came by and looked at them, when I seemed upset and they laughed and still required me to pay.

I look forward to spending my day off here. Great service AND great quality. Ten and Na are amazing! I waited 2 months JUST to go back! And guess what? My nails lasted the ENTIRE 2 months. (And I get long coffin). It’s worth every penny and still reasonably priced.
