Every employee was friendly and kind. Great prices. My one complaint was not even a week after my Mani/Pedi the gel decided to thin? Or change color, I guess? Ive never seen this happen before but I dont blame the employees.

I went to this location wanting to try something new but I didn’t like it at all. I’ll just stick to Jay Anthony’s nail salon on Aloma who have great service. I decided to go in this past Thursday on my break from work, which is 3 minutes away from my job and regret it. The guy who took care of me looked lazy and kept looking at his phone. I think he was watching a movie or something because he would pause to look at his phone for a good 2 minutes and go back to doing my nails. Mind you he was trying to buff my nails and would randomly stop to look at whatever it was, every other nail. He would walk up for no reason and leave me waiting. No hurry in the world especially when my time was important to me. Also my nails chipped 2 days later(horrible quality). I didn’t feel pampered, I just felt like it was just another cheap nail salon trying to make money.

I am very impressed with this nail salon! The nail technicians take great pride in providing excellent customer service- they are friendly, are not on their phones and don’t make comments about the length of my nails being short which I really appreciate! The salon is very clean and they have an extensive color assortment of polish, gel and dip options! I would highly recommend!

Customer service is pretty good always offer you something to drink but I think they are overpriced. I paid for a refill and got something simple on my nails and paid $57! They’re work is decent but not that good to be charging as much as they do. And if you have a missing nail they’ll charge you for that too which is crazy! I’ve never went to a nail salon that charge you for things like that. Im used to paying $30-$40 in Jersey.. even went to a different nail salon in Orlando and only paid $40 at that nail salon for something just as simple and they’re work was just as good. I went to this place twice because I really wanted to like it but both times I was charged something crazy for something simple.

So calm and relaxing. Not too sure if theres a no CP policy but it was very refreshing to be with other customers who enjoyed the experience rather than talking on their phones. This is my new go to nail spa.

The lady who did my pedicure did an EXCELLENT job. She was amazing. Unfortunately I would not recommend this salon. The owner was not wearing a mask and they allowed customers in the store without masks. There was also no social distancing. The salon was empty and it would have been easy to sit me away from the other customer. Instead they sat us right next to each other and the other customer was not wearing a mask. Because of this I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The pedicure was good except she only polished half part of my nails. From my view standing up you cant tell but when I took a pic I realized it. And the nails were awful from the customer service to the finished product. My sister and I made appointments and one nail stylist started her nails and then another client came in so she got up and my sister had to wait 10 mins for another stylist to do her nails. She wanted a french mani with a design and he said he could do it but gave her a basic French mani and her dipped nails cracked after a week. My nail tech was annoyed because even tho I gave him 3 options he just wanted to do something simple I even said super sparkly so he gave me a glitter design and it turned yellow after two weeks. Entire time he had an attitude Never again

This mail shop is not a busy place, and that makes me feel somewhat safer then other mail shops that are super crowded. They are very clean and super welcoming. Highly recommend

There is an urgent need to fix 4 nails I broke and loved the art of manicure !!! Time to try something fun and unique. Check out her Google review and Im so happy I did! She is very good at what she does. Next time I cant wait to try something with big gems and more designs. I hooked! My design and all my repairs since I replaced 3 left nails and 2 left, but each has different designs and I also have a fancy pedicure. She is worth every penny this woman is a talented artist. and good at nails.

I would like to come here a few times before giving them this review. They do a great job. I just got toenails, and being a very active person in the gym and always wearing military shoes, my feet were very rough when I came back. But I always leave with soft feet and brand new toes every time. Another plus - for how great they work, its not super spicy! I definitely appreciate what they do for me and I will come here as long as I can and everyone please join me to experience this place.

My friend introduced me to having my nails done at Winter Park Nails by Tom and Mindy. They typically do a pretty good job with the dip powder and I usually leave happy. Tom and Mindy are fun to talk to and they do a good job.However there’s no point in making an appointment and respecting their time. They’ll take any walk-ins, put them ahead of you, and make you wait anyway. Last week I waited an hour to have my nails worked on while two walk-ins got their nails done (same dip powder service as me) and were out the door long before me. Maybe I’d get better service if I just walked in too??Also their color selection for the dip powders is kind of sad compared to other salons. Mostly just reds, whites, and pinks.

They are wonderful !!!! She really cares about her customers. Other customers are not always polite. However, the staff still treated them great. I live around the corner so I really want them in the neighborhood. Arrive there..

Super nice people, gel looks amazing. The technician really took her time with my nails especially since it was glitter nails she really had to be careful and do multiple coats.

Tom is an artist with nails. He and Mindy run a clean friendly salon. I always walk out feeling taken care of and pretty.

While they were very friendly and had great customer service I am leaving with a cold compress on my eye brow definitely not good. I went there because my regular place was packed and I have a maternity photo shoot tomorrow now with a swollen eye because the lady waxed the same eyebrow 3 times all because she let the wax dry the first time around. I will never go back.

Such sweet people & do a phenomenal job on acrylics!

I was a bit disappointed with my gel manicure. Looked beautiful leaving the salon however within a few days the edges of my nails were already lifting up. I was able to peel them off quite easily. Maybe they were not set correctly? I noticed at other salons they usually set me under the UV light for longer than this salon. Another downer— they didn’t soak my hands or trim my cuticles. I don’t plan on going back there. Another salon nearby called Christine’s Nails does a much better job.

Everyone was very sweet but it was not the best pedicure. It was more like a foot bath and a Polish. I like a more aggressive pedicure. Ive definitely had better. Especially for that price. But they were all very nice people.

This was my first time visiting this location and I promise it won’t be my last, Henry was amazing took his time and gave me exactly what I wanted !!

My nails looked good at the start but after ONE week the gel just came off. I’m not going there again.

Went to this nail salon many times. Service is average to the rest of nail places Ive gone. The personnel seems over worked and tired. On my last visit, I got dip powder done. While in other places, it last me over 3 weeks (even 4 if my nails growth were not too noticeable) this time after ONE week my the product started lifting and on the tips of my nails ( my nails arent long) started cracking and chipping. This is the first time I experienced this result on sns. I had to cut them and go to another salon. Not sure if it was the product or technique, but I am highly disappointed and I am not planning to comeback since I dont want this to happen again.
