I dropped off my 20ft enclosed trailer that has some serious damage. Some floor beams had detached from the frame my outer wall was failing. The guys at big Tex did a wonderful job. I didn’t think much could be done. But they were able to weld all the displaced beams together and fix my lights. Guys also went ahead and fixed my brakes that had become detached as well. More than I could ask for. Thanks again for the great service.

I actually just left Big Tex Trailer World’s lot on Elm in Greensoro, purchased a new Aluminum 6.5x12ft trailer. Inquired over the weekend and they called me this morning. Polite and professional staff who takes the time to explain to their customers whats available within their inventory. Very large lot which makes it easy to pull in and out with out worrying about creating damage to others or inventory. My favorites are the absolute ability to repair my trailer adding a few up grades with out going broke. I would recommend this place before any other local places in Greensboro.

This was my first Big Tex purchase. While Big Tex may seem a little higher than some of your discount brands, the high quality workmanship is very apparent. I’d say my money was well-spent. Super nice staff. Melissa took the time to review everything on the trailer and answer all of my questions. There was also a very knowledgeable gentleman who was very helpful (didn’t catch name).

Absolutely amazing service! The manager Danny is very easy to work with and is willing to help. Will tell you exactly what you need and does not try to sell you extra. The service center did an amazing job on my 18ft car trailer. Came in just to have a few small things done and he did a full look through of my trailer to make sure that everything was in working order. Will definitely be coming back

These folks are great! I recently purchased a 60 EC flat bed car hauler from this location. I drove all the way from Charlotte because the Charlotte/Stalling dealerships sales department didnt seem interested in selling me a trailer at all. Never returned my multiple calls for trailer pricing and delivery dates on what they didnt have. Everyone that works at the Greensboro location was extremely friendly, Melissa was extremely helpful and had the trailer ready to go when I got there and paperwork organized and ready to sign.Great experience overall and I would recommend this location to anyone.Thank you!

Great service and willing to work with you. I had reserved a trailer for rent and showed up last minute due to traffic. Turns out I needed a hitch that they didn’t have in stock at the time, so the saints that those people are, they let me run to a store 10 minutes away to buy one and stayed 30 minutes after their closing time to help me out. Purchased a trailer at this location. After weeks of searching you will not beat this price. Manager and sales staff very upfront and honest. Come to find out they are a full service shop for repairs and parts needed to repair your trailers. Two thumbs up for these people!!

I recently purchased a dump trailer from them and their customer care and customer service are great. Melissa kept calling me to let me know when they would have a shipment of trailers that I may be interested in. When one has available, I told them I was driving 1hr 30min to pick it up. Even though they couldnt hold one for me due to the high demand I understood. Melissa then told me to call back before end of day to see if the dump trailer was still on their lot. Ive called a lot of businesses about purchasing a trailer but they were the only ones who called me back when they had any available. She even texted me a picture of the trailer that I was interested in. I would highly recommend them to any person that are looking for any trailer.

Heres the pic of there tail ramp thickness you decide mine broke after 25 or so times of use nice people good looking trailers but not holding up paint not even faded yet. Look in pictures I got a digital mic on the tubing for tailgate to show how thin its is. been ok if reinforced in the area. Also have pic to show you trailer not very old with yellow stump grinder on it

I ordered a replacement fender for my Big Tex trailer. Big Tex Corp.said they would add it to the next shipment. I waited a week for the shipment to arrive and drove 35 miles to Trailer World. Fender was not on shipment. Drew and company took a fender off a stock unit and installed it for free.. With my previous bad experience with corporate I think Greensboro Big Tex could teach corporate what customer service is all about They would not even take a Ten Dollar tip!

Do not buy from this company!! We bought a new trailer and used it only 3 times in 6 months. All of the lugs broke off on one axle loosing the tire, the trailer was not over capacity. They would not stand behind their product. They refused to fix it. Crappy service.
