Omg!!! Don’t go. I got mani pedi done, regular nail polish. Got fungus and one of my nails ended up falling off. Called and talked to management about the issue, she just told me to soak it in vinegar and go buy anti-fungal treatment….. that’s it. No remedy at all. Worst customer service. Never ever going back there and you shouldn’t either 🤷🏼‍♀️

Over priced for bare minimum quality… I was charged 20$ for a refill 26$ for shape and 10$ for gel the shape was not even what I wanted and the paint was sloppy in total I paid 137$ for my toes and gel and it was the laziest pedicure I’ve ever gotten for 45$ I was expecting top notch in Orlando but it looks like you get better quality in the hood I feel robbed… not to mention my partner get charged for a less then 10 min pedi no color for 35$ …. I would not recommend over priced and terrible quality.,,, never again will I come here ..

Everyone here is amazing. The front desk girls are so sweet and professional and the staff is great! I have been coming here with my Bestfriend for awhile since moving to the area a year ago and it is by far my favorite place. They always go above and beyond to give you what you want as far as style, quality and design goes.They even have a point reward system that I always forget to use but I will definitely start! Thanks guys☺️

Best experience in my two decades of trying nail salons across the country. I chose the deluxe tropical pedi.. fresh oranges in my massage.. it was worth every penny!!! This salon is clean, welcoming and provides quality services. My eyebrows, pedi and acrylic fill in were completed by Thu (pronounced like too) 👍🏾Cant wait to return!🥳

There were so many things wrong with this experience.I got dip and a pedicure a few weeks ago. First of all, days later the dip chipped and they charged me to fix it. Secondly, my gel pedicure was painted so that it looked like it had been growing out for two weeks.I decided to try a different salon today (which was much better). The dip from Pristine was soaked off with barely and drilling and I noticed dents in my nail beds from where they were drilled down last time. They’re so thin that they’re literally painful. They’re bending, raw, and breaking off up into the nail bed. This happened because the tech didn’t wanna take the time to properly soak my nails off. I’ve written like two reviews in my life so trust me when I say you shouldn’t come here.

Bella and Johnny are awesome! Been there 2x and both experience have been outstanding. They are Patient, happy and very pleasant to talk to. Being a very picky customer they have outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this Salon very clean, nice ambiance and excellent service and staff 10 star!

It was a very basic and quick mani. The place seems to be clean and they open the utensils sterilized in front of you. I made an appointment for me and my sister and we didn’t have to wait when we got there. I got me a hard gel mani (no extensions) and it lasted me 2 weeks. The nail artist did a great job on what I asked her to do.

I had been looking to change up my nail place and decided to hit Yelp with a “best hard gel manicure” search and see what it thought. Pristine popped up in the top suggestions so I gave them a call.As an avid gel manicure’er, yep, manicure’er, I decided to inquire about the dip powder process. I had heard it was as “damaging” a process as acrylic so I always shied away from it. The woman I spoke with on the phone was kind and patient with me and really took the time to explain the differences. I decided to give it a try and made an appointment.I was taken care of by Sarah (Or was it Sara?!) and she was fantastic. She was super gentle with the drill and even asked if it felt ok along the way which oddly, rarely happens. She’s very friendly and did an amazing job. I love my nails and they’re even sturdier than with hard gel and with waaaayyyy less aggression on the nail. Oh and I love that it didn’t smell like acetone in there. The air quality seemed pretty ventilated.COVID! They do require masks with all staff adorned in them. They prefer appointments so as to stagger the amount of people in at one time. You are required to wash your hands upon arrival. All techs sit behind plexy walls.

Came in for the 1st time, was greeted with u need a appt but it’s says walk-in welcomed, and then older guy assisted with getting me and my sister,Mom seated and we felt like we were welcomed but everything went down hill.gel nails was good but the service was Extremely poor no foot massage, hot towel Etc... Basically it was like we came in for a quick polish change only... the cost $66 a person and it was 3 of us. Will NEVER RETURN EVER.. we should have took the greeting when we walked in as a sign and Left Fast

I came inside and somebody immediately helped me. There’s a lot of workers which makes it easier to get in and out quickly. One of the guys took off my old acrylics and put new ones on. Hannah did my nail art and it looked amazinggg. I was one of the last people there and I felt so bad I couldn’t tip her because I had no cash. I 100% recommend her because she really puts effort into details and wants it to look as nice as possible. I got the orange/ yellow and blue/ green nails w the squiggles. I really appreciate her and pls don’t forget to tip your nail techs like I did😭

Use to love this place. Always think the service is worth it. Made an appointment today for 11... they open at 11. It was as if the appointment was more of an ordeal rather than just walking in. I’ll be sure to just walk in from now on or make sure I have time for the appointment debate at the beginning lol. Still love my services just a little thrown off by the way things were handled today. And the lack of communication, I basically had to beg for the style French I wanted.

Was recommended to come here, but didnt know i was suppose to ask for someone specifically. Paid a good amount of money for our pedi and mani. Did the one with aloe gel and just wasnt impressed. When everything was said and done my toes had nail polish around the toe like she couldnt stay in the line nor bothered cleaning it up. My girlfriend was waiting 15 to 20 mins before someone got to her, but the lady zoomed by everything so quickly they actually caught up. Super disappointed with the outcome. Also her mani looked like a 5 year old did them. 😳 I forgot her name but theres only one nail tech out of all those woman thats actually good. So beware. Oh and polish chipped with 2 days.

This was my first time ever getting a pedicure done and I must say they did a fabulous job! I had Sarah doing my nails for me today and she was friendly and was very gentle! She also sanitized the tools right in front of me which was awesome and was very professional. I got the exact color I wanted and it turned out great! Clean place, friendly staff, overall fanstastic experience and I will go back!

I went to this salon at 3:00 pm and asked for the stone Pedicure. Honestly, a feels like an 8-year-old did my pedicure. Paid 46 + tip to have this kind of job. What kind of service is this???

I had gone here last week to get my old set of acrylics removed and a new set done, they set an appointment for me at six and I didn’t leave until 8:30. When they were removing the old set she ripped some of my nails by forcing some of the old acrylic off instead of simply soaking longer or buffing it out. While applying the new set they nicked the sides of my nail bed multiple times. The entire time comments were made about how I wanted my nails even though they’re a simple stiletto. The new set that was done wound up with my nails being uneven in length and overall shape and even then they continued asking if I wanted any designs done which I repeatedly declined. I was charged for the shape and length which is fair, then charged for that again with the polish presumably because they kept switching technicians throughout the service. After all of that I still had to pick acrylic off my hands that had come off while soaking the old set. All in all I wound up incredibly unhappy as they said they could provide that service and failed horribly in doing so. I had gone here previously and had a very nice experience yet this one was easily the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon, overcharged for a remarkably negative experience.

Lovely nail salon conveniently located near winter park’s restaurants & shops. The staff was friendly and the facility was very clean. My friends and I enjoyed our pedi appointment.

I’ve never left a negative review in my life. I’m truly disappointed with the customer service. I wasted $75 on a hideous design. I came back to get it fixed and was not much better and the tech really hurt me with the electronic nail file, I told her several times it was hurting me and she said “it doesn’t hurt right?” Like WHAT? my nail chipped a couple days after. I told them I would like to be partially refunded or have them at least fix my nails and they said they would. I came back for the 3rd time and they said they could only fix 1 finger and now I have ghetto dip nails that will probably keep chipping. Like I get it I’m not asking even for you to do my nails completely over but like anyone in the customer service industry would know to provide some incentive for my horrific experience. I walked out of the salon as they could not help me. I truly hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else and I hope they learn better customer service especially for the location right on park ave and with their clients.

Tiffany was great! She gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had! She asked me several questions...is the water too hot, should I trim your nails, is that short enough, should I use the razor on your heels, etc. She was also so sweet and friendly. They were also very clean. She sprayed everything with alcohol after taking it out of the sanitary bag, we were social distanced, and they made everyone wash their hands as they came in.

Pristine is the perfect word to describe this place. Starting with just aesthetics, everything was so beautiful and meticulously clean. I felt so fancy just sitting in their massage chair. My nail tech (unfortunately I didnt get his name but was the sweetest, young man) worked so carefully yet efficiently, like a well-oiled machine. Will definitely be requesting him every time. Thank you so much for bringing my feet back to life! The deluxe pedicure was magical and exactly what I needed after months of quarantine. My nails looked so beautiful; I felt human again. I appreciate how sanitized everything was and the efforts made to ensure a safe environment. I look forward to coming here again and again.

I made an appointment yesterday and the nails turned out ok. The deluxe pedicure was very short. The nail technician didn’t even look at my cuticles. I was charged for gel when in reality all he used was a regular nail polish. He was also kind of rough and made me bleed in 3 different fingers. I also heard employees talking about me not knowing that I can understand them. The whole ordeal was very awkward for me I would not recommend or go back.

It is located in beautiful down town winter park. It seems to get a lot of business because it was busy. My daughter and I went to get full sets done. Go early to try and find free parking if not you will have to use the public parking lots which is 3 dollars an hour. Every customer has to wash their hands before being sat. The guy I had AU was not very friendly . The hole time he was coughing none stop which made me feel very uncomfortable even though he had a mask on. I asked for dip with tips(was told $45 + $5) coffin shape( addtl $5) and if I left them too long there would be another $5 charge. Ok no problem. As he is working on my nail he is rushing so he kept bumping my nails to twist while filing them which hurts my real nail. He clearly noticed every single time and said nothing and did not a adj his speed. He was not happy I could not relax my hand and would keep pushing my hands towards me when done doing a task. When he had the electric filer on he cut up 3 of my cuticles. Again no acknowledgement even though I was flinching when it happened and almost crying and no apologies. He finally finished and the nails look nice but they were square tip which idk why he charged 5 dollars for my daughter advised the lady at the register and we showed her the difference since her nail tech did do coffin on her nails. She paid $5 per finger for design and got acrylic she was happy how her nails came out. I will not be returning. I regret not going to my usual spot all the way in Oviedo.

The best place to get your nails done. The decor inside is luxurious, it makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a nail salon in the after life. Everyone there is extremely friendly and they are COVID cautious. Clients are asked to wash their hands before service and a mask is required which I loved, it made me feel very safe.Lastly, I did not catch the name of the woman who did my pedicure/manicure, but I really loved talking to her, she was very sweet and funny. She did a wonderful job on my nails, I received SNS and after three weeks of use they are still strong.I recommend this location, it is a perfect place to get all your spa and nail needs.

Copied directly for their website: “Buffers and files are used only once, then discarded.” Visited the Park Ave location for the first time, solely because of the above statement.Finding a clean nail salon that doesn’t re-use files/buffers is rare. I was very disappointed when I saw my nail tech pull out a heavily used nail file & buffer... False advertising & unsanitary.In addition to the misleading website description, my nail tech was watching TV on her phone the entire time. She actually paused my nail service intermittently just to watch her show...Otherwise good prices, location, and my nails do look great. I would go back, but I’m going to request that they use a new nail file & buffer.

I was excited to get a pedicure because I went to the Heathrow/Lake Mary location and had the best experience. I didn’t know there was two locations in winter park so I booked for wpv but the gps took me to the park ave. They still took me but immediately I could tell it would be rushed since it was later in the evening. It was three of us and my son was getting his first ever. They got us set up and poured the water in.... NO SOAP what so ever. So we were all soaking pure water. They didn’t offer us our choices of foot soak which was odd it was the first thing we were offered at the other place. We didn’t grab any polish because no one showed us where it was. The bare minimum foot scrub and my feet didn’t feel clean because there was no soap I asked for the deluxe but was given a classic and for good reason I would have been more upset spending more money to get less out of the service. The ladies seemed nice but they just didn’t give a great experience they rushed it through we were there for about 20 mins at best. Won’t be returning to this location.

I paid $85 for acrylics w stickers and told my tech multiple times about my nails not matching and I’m still left with nails awkwardly shorter than the other and crooked leaning inwards. These were my birthday nails considering getting them redone elsewhere.

My daughter and i have been coming here for awhile now and just love it. super friendly staff, always on time and they do an excellent job. the space is so pretty, calm and relaxing. always look forward to our pedicures! very affordable too.

Pristine is now my go-to salon and I love its prime location on Park Avenue in Winter Park. Spotless, spacious, and attractive. The staff are very friendly and care for walk-ins quickly. I was visiting Winter Park while on the temporary work assignment for 10 days and the Central Florida area. While dining at a nearby cafe I did a search for nail salons near me and this location came up.After reading the reviews, I was very confident to go and be serviced at this location. But what really wowed me is the nail tech Brian who was exceptionally detailed-oriented and helped me in selecting a new color I would have never selected for myself. I really appreciate the kindness, great service, and treatment that I received.Now after a few days I was beginning to experience some discoloration of the white on my fingernails. After making a call and being invited to come back the manager, Helen, gave me a couple of options for resolution and quickly fixed the problem.When I left, I had a beautiful set of nails and very pleased with the selection of this nail salon. When I come back and need my nails to be done I would definitely be returning to this location on Park Avenue.

I was looking for a new nail salon that I could frequent once the pandemic eased up a bit. I went online to research salons in the area and read the corresponding reviews. I liked what I saw for Pristine Nails on Park Ave and decided to give it a try. Let me just tell you that this place is great! Its clean, they have good quality products, they have ample color choices and they are efficient overall. The team that works there are professional, prompt and let you take your time when selecting colors. Tracey is the BEST!!! She is so talented and amazing at what she does! She takes her time, she is thorough and has a great eye esp with nail designs. Im so happy to have found this salon!

Great experience from start to finish

This place is amazing! The salon itself is so pretty and clean. The nail artists are all so good. I saw Amy about 2 weeks ago and my nails still look great. No lifting at all which is crazy because I’m in chlorine water 5 days a week and I’m not gentle with my nails at all. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else :)

Overpriced and done poorly. But with Gel polish you can’t really redo your nails easily. A SIMPLE design that wasn’t EVEN done evenly and paid way to much money. First time visit and disappointed. Sadly won’t be going back.

I can not say enough good things about this place! Hands down the best S&S dipping manicure I have ever gotten. Beautiful work and a beautiful place! And the prices are very reasonable for this area of town! Only $55 for an ombre dipping powder. And it is worth every penny! Staff is so sweet and accommodating, even helped fix another salons mistake. Love this place!

Hard to believe this is on Park Avenue. Discount bin of mismatched towels and mini fans used in place of professional pads and dryers for manicures. No amenities apart from a belated offer of a bottle of water. Staff barely acknowledges customers as they shout across the room to each other. One gets more pampering at the dentist than at this spa and salon.

Everyone here is so friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience. The massage chairs work very well too. You can get everything from gel to dip. Give Pristine on Park Ave a try.

I was just in Orlando visiting family and decided to get my nails done. I stumbled upon Pristine walking around on Park Ave. This is the cleanest and most professional nail salon Ive been too. The staff was attentive and the atmosphere was overall so relaxing. My nails looked great afterwards too. I would definitely go back the next time Im in town!

I’ve been coming to the shop since the new ownership and found my services are spot on perfection. I see Chris who is more OCD than I am so I’m extremely comfortable knowing he will do a great job and I can actually relax without worry. Very clean, well kept with inventory of colors that are trending as well as the classic colors. If you want the royal treatment this is your place!

The nails were not even, the shapes are different. The worker had to re-do one finger three times. I was very disappointed because they are highly rated.

Absolutely love this place! I went to go check it out when they were having their soft opening and just had to come back and bring my mom and my sister. As soon as you walk in the staff is super friendly, and you can really notice how clean and organized everything is. They have many pedicure options to chose from but we just went with the deluxe pedicures but it was absolutely amazing. My techs name was May and my toes have never looked this good. My mom had Amy and my sister had Tracy. My moms always had a toe nail that wasnt as strong as the rest so it always breaks, so Amy had to do a acrylic nail on it and it looks super natural! Definitely recommend this place and we will be coming back in again.

Love this place for all my go-to beauty needs! Love its location and everything about it. Everyone is so nice and helpful there! Helen is THE BEST at what she does! Ever since I been getting my lashes filled by her, they never felt and looked better! They are always full and it doesnt even feel like I have anything on. With her own special technique, my real lashes are growing out more and more each time, meaning theres more lashes for her to place the false ones on, meaning fuller lashes! I cant say enough good things about Helen and all the workers here! If you want lashes, this is the place to go!

I love coming to Pristine Nails. I started going to the Winter Park Village location and followed my favorite tech, Helen, to the Park Avenue location. Ive been going to Pristine for 2 years now and its one of the best recommendations for nails Ive ever received. Even if I do not go to Helen, the entire staff is talented and friendly. Its an overall great experience every time. As for the nails, I never have any issues with my SNS manicure ever chipping, even 3 weeks after my appointment. I highly recommend Pristine, both locations, for the best mani and pedi.
