I called ahead to make an appointment for a gel pedicure and gel full-set with tips. I was running super late but when I got there they took me right away!😊 I really like that the place is very clean and looks sanitary. They set up the pedicure chair for me (w/ a new liner in the foot tub😉)! Sooo many gel colors to choose from (I wanted to try them all!!)and the girl said they have alot more to still put out. While one of the ladies started on my deluxe pedicure w/ massage and essential oils another girl sat besides me with her portable drill & UV light to start on my nails. They had great conversation and neither one of their tasks were interrupted by the other. Almost like they we nsync with each other, they both finished at the same time. Originally I was just going to get a french white tip but ended up going with what the nail tech suggested and Im really happy with how pretty they came out! They didnt take very long but it definitely wasnt a rushed job either! I guess because of great conversation the time went by faster than expected. At the end of the day- Im really happy with the way I was treated and the services I received! I definitely found my new nail spot! 😊

I went to Rosys after leaving my salon of 2 years due to them repeatedly mischeduling my appointments. I tried her salon a few weeks ago for the first time and had a good experience. They were very nice and talked to me about my nails goals. I have always been an acrylic girl. I like long nails and have four kids so I need the durability. I went back today after they talked me into removing all of my acrylics and doing dip powder on my natural nails. I AM SO IMPRESSED! Not only did Rosy take the time to talk with me about what it is that I want out of my nails - but boy did they deliver. My nails havent looked this beautiful in a long time. I would highly recommend them.

Tried this nail shop out for the first time. The pedicure was okay/average. The nails on the other hand left a lot to be desired. The woman didnt listen to what I wanted and they didnt last very long.

This Nails Shop is super clean and well disinfect ed facility. The Owner, Rose, is very nice lady & performed her job well as a Nail Specialist.The price is nice too.Thank you RosePaulina

Had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon this week. I have been a long standing customer (over 5 years) of theirs and I brought one of my older kids to get an acrylic nail dip. The nails looked good on the first three days but on day four all but two cracked, chipped and broke. My kid works and goes to school full time and did not have a chance to go there the day it started happening. We went to the salon and showed them the nails and explained we couldnt get there sooner but that the nails started going bad immediately. There wasnt anything they were willing to do for us except do a complete new set at full price. So why would I want to get another badly done set of nails and pay FULL price??? Not sure why they thought that would be acceptable but they have lost a loyal customer for sure who was bringing 7 people there at a time for services.

This morning was my first visit to Rosy Nails. I didnt have an appointment and they for me right in. I had a Mani/pedi with gel. It was the best experience. They do such a nice job, I wasnt rushed, and its very clean. Ill definitely be back

Just moved to the Winter Park area and stumbled upon this amazing salon. Rose is incredible and does such a great job on my nails. They have never looked so good!! Such a clean salon, very nice staff as well as a quiet and relaxed atmosphere which makes for the perfect nail salon, in my opinion. Cannot wait to continue to go back. Prices are also amazing!

It was my first time going there and it was FANTASTIC. It was clean and pleasant. The owner and another technician was there; they were extremely nice and accommodating. The price for my pedicure was reasonable and affordable, I will be going back.

This place is absolutely amazing! The people were very friendly and accommodating to my needs. Best pedicure ever by bill and rose did a very beautiful sns set. This salon has won my business every time I visit Florida. Not one nail salon in New York can compare to this business.

My experience with Rosy has always been great! She tailors to whatever you would like and doesn’t fail to please me every time. She has a lot of options for colors and the price matches the quality of service.

Awesome and clean place to get your nails done. Maidelin is one of my favorites. She works thoroughly yet efficiently. Everyone here is very nice and welcoming.

Pros: nice facility, caring staff, great nail work, listens to every concern and answers every question. They have a TV available in the room with good movies. Conversation is really nice among the staff and the customers. Its always really nice to go there. Always love my nails.

UPDATED REVIEW 11.23.18: I went to Rosy Nails regularly but determined that something was making my toenails look and feel as if I had artificial nails on them that had been removed. They were very white and weak. I dont know know for sure what the issue is. They said it was because I kept my polish on too long but I have had pedicures at a dozen or more different salons in my life (and I have kept the polish on way too long before) and I have never had this issue. I stopped going and my nails are slowly returning to normal. Once I am happy with my toenails again I will find a new place to go.PREVIOUS REVIEW: My daughter and I went to Rosy Nails for the first time today and I left very pleased with the entire visit. We both got the Deluxe Pedicure and it was wonderful. They were very considerate and really seemed to care about all aspects of the customer experience. As of today, this is my new nail place and I will be returning on a regular basis. Thanks!

One of the nail techs used Lysol on the tools in front of me. I went in for a simple manicure, the water in the bowl I was suppose to soak my fingers in was cold, when I told her it was cold she just took it away. Used a lot of rubbing alcohol on my nails/fingers.

Every thing the reviews said about this place is right! VERY friendly, VERY clean, and my daughter was very happy with her nails! She even commented that they have a gentle touch when working with your hands and nails. We are so happy that we dont have to shop around any more. We have found our new forever home for getting nails done.

Usually pretty good, however I am going somewhere else. Called for an appointment for 5 people. Had to say the time repeatedly and it was still put in wrong. The language differences make phone calls difficult. They actually argued with me telling me I was wrong. Normally, I wouldnt have cared, but I know for a fact that I wasnt wrong. We left because they had two people to work and would have only worked on one person at a time. Even though they had an appointment scheduled, they had a limited number of employees for a mid afternoon weekend. They younger staff are much more approachable and easier to deal with. Many employees are good with the pedicures. I dont know about the manicures.

Very charming employees who had good attentive conversation. The manicure and pedicure were my treat to my honey, my wife for her birthday. She was very satisfied. I may consider the pedicure for me on the next visit.

I went to get my nails done as acrylics and they were done by the owner. The sides of my nails had gaps that were missing acrylic and the shape was not files straight enough. Other than that they lasted for 4 weeks until one of my nails came off. So I recommend if you can, to get someone else to do your nails than the owner.

Very reasonable prices. Clean easy to get an appointment and they are real good about getting you in if you are a walk in. Very pleasant atmosphere. It also beats the price where I use to go which was double what this place charges. And this place does a way better job. Definatley recommend.

Rosy Nails is a most remarkable nail salon. Where else can you get an excellent pedicure while watching a romcom in a massage chair and chatting with other clients? The staff provides skilled service ina fun and relaxing atmosphere.

Been to a lot of nail salons when I moved to Orlando two years and all of them were disappointments except for Rosy Nails! I have been coming here ever since then. All the technicians are super friendly and professional. I always leave satisfied and pampered. Wonderful place. Definitely recommend!

Such an amazing salon, so very clean, well maintained, and the great folks thst are employed there are amazing. Everyone is very attentive to your needs. They do not try to sell you any service you do not want. I have been to many nail salons and none of them compare to the quality and service you will receive at Rosy Nails in Winter Park. They were extremely rough with my nails, cut my finger with their nail filer. After asking them to be more gentle they weren’t. My best friends nails popped off after two days, mine have cracked and have been getting water under them. I don’t recommend them at all. Horrible quality. Not worth the price.

Open 7 days of the week. Great customer service and very friendly. Cleaniness at its best. The autoclave instruments were sterile and opened in front of me. Very happy with the service.

My niece got her nails done on the 28th for homecoming and they did the worse job Ive ever seen. It was 45 dollars, her grandmother took her. She had them redo them 3 times and still turned out horrible.

I went in for a fill last week and the young man that took care of me mustve been his first day. The nails were different sizes they didnt match up very disappointed

WOW I AM SHOCKED. When I arrived they were very polite and accommodating, it wasnt until I complained about $15 extra for rhinestones that they flipped their lid. I questioned the price immediately and the shop lady could give me ZERO explanation so rather than argue with the woman who did so well with my kids I decided to go to the source...I called to speak to a manager which they lied and said left, then i get handed to another shop person who was so rude and unprofessional and told me they had no manager after I was just handed to the manager that supposedly left .....then refused to give me any contact info for the owners. Little do they know I am not one to mess with and have already filed a complaint with the BBB. I speant $140 at this shop and I promise you I will be filing complaint after complaint as will my family who is from this area until they are exposed as the very rude, unprofessional, lying individuals they acted as today! Do not nickle and dime your customers and expect to not be questioned on your policies! Be honest and upfront with your customers from the very start and this business will thrive! Very disappointed with the overall outcome. I am from out of town too im just stunned, I was so ready to write an amazing review...this makes me so sad.****UPDATE****I have changed this review to a 3 star soley based on the experience above. Having contacted the BBB I later recieved a voicemail from the non existent manager apologizing for the misunderstanding and providing the price breakdown that was apparently too difficult to give. I hope no one ever has to deal with what i dealt with and i will say the work done to my toes looks AMAZING!

Im not one for ranting or leaving bad reviews because I know that things happen sometimes but Im actually really bummed out with this place. I used to go all the time and the quality was amazing but I havent been in a while for the exact reason Im leaving this review. I asked for a gel manicure and when she was applying the color, it looked thin and streaky so I asked her to apply another coat and she said it wouldnt look good and that she was only going to do the one coat. $25 later I have a terrible manicure and Im disappointed for even wasting the money. If I could post a picture, I would. The worst part about it, the owner was the one who did my nails.

Terrible place. Came here for SNS nails three times. The owner did my nails twice, which turned out to be an awful job. The nails lifted up from my nail bed within a week and I ended up with a fungal infection.On top of that, the owner charged different prices when I would go see her. Rip off!

They did the mani/pedi for my brothers wedding - bride + bridesmaids loved it!

I didn’t like my nails they do a bad work and they did’t do the same thing as the picture that I show them they did a horrible work and it cost a lot of money and did not match for their work it was to expensive.
