I was looking for a professional nail salon and one that not only was clean, and convenient to my home but also where I would get to know the technician and the technician would get to know me. I have found all of this and more at The Nail Vault in Winter Park. Sylvia one of the owners has exceeded all my expectations. I have never had better results and the salon is quiet, intimate and provides professional results and Sylvia is kind and so knowledgeable. Sophia does an AMAZING job on my lashes. Not only do they look great every time but they last me almost a month!! She is very affordable and does not cost nearly as much as other lash artist. Jeans was wonderful! Quite the perfectionist! She listened to exactly what I wanted and made it happen.I was able to get a gel manicure fill without soaking in harsh chemicals and they looked perfect. Definitely exceeded my expectations!

My lashes cane out beautifully, and Sophie got them the perfect length I needed. She has a really great set up, super comfortable and is super easy to talk to but also let’s you nap in between lol. I’m definitely going back and so should you!!!

The women at The Nail Vault are awesome! The suite is set up so nicely and provides a relaxing atmosphere. It is the perfect place to just chill and get away from the crazy of work and school. Silvia has been doing my nails for about a year and she is incredible. My gel manicures always stays perfect for 3 weeks! She is amazing.

I had an appointment with Sylvia for 2:30 when I first walked in the room I was waiting for her approximately five minutes and she was right in the kitchen on her cell phone she did not address me until 2:35. When I sat in her chair she barely gave a massage at all, cut my toenails unevenly, the paint was sloppy then charged me $50. I paid the $50. After she asked me did I like it, I said it was better than it was before. I did not want to be rude by saying it was trash being that this was my first time going to her. I texted her afterwards and all she could respond with was sorry those are my prices. Honestly I am never going to go back to the nail vault 👎🏽

Jean is great :) I don’t even live in Florida.. but when I travel down to visit family, I get my nails done with her! She takes her time and makes you feel comfortable while doing a great job.

Silvia is amazing! She is quick, yet very detailed and thorough. We first met when she was working near my home and was referred to me by a friend. LaShon is absolutely wonderful. I’ve been getting gel manicures from her since early December and they have lasted for at least 3 weeks every time. If I ever get a crack or break my nail, she’s quick to respond and fits me in to fix it (but that’s only happened twice, speaks to the quality of the gel). I also hate having my feet touched, but she does the most wonderful pedicures! I’m always happy with my nails every time I leave.

Silvia has been doing my nails now for about 4 years. She started out at a place close to my home, so it was very convenient. Then she left and went to Winter Park. I tried several others closer to my home but was never satisfied with my nails. I eventually followed Silvia to Winter Park (all 3 locations). Silvia is the best! She also is not happy unless her customer is happy and goes the extra mile to see that they always are. If she ever moves away or retires from doing nails I dont know what Ill do. I will definitely be lost without her.

I have been going to The Nail Vault for quite some time. LaShon is professional and more importantly shes very talented. I have visited many salons over the years….this is by far the best my nails have ever looked. I have never had my nails lift, break or peel back. My gel stays in place for 3 weeks and in my field, I wash my hands several times a day. Her skills are unmatched by anyone that I have experienced. I feel lucky that I found her.
