Got a pedicure here and ended up with bacterial infection. The service was good,nails were good. After the infection l reached out to the salon and they were defensive, refunded me 20 dollars but that doesnt even cover cost of me seeking medical attention.

My family and I have been going to TLC for over 10 years and we love, love Jo and Sarah. Great friendly service and reasonable prices.

I chose TLC because they use SNS products. Lan was my nail tech. I told her I was afraid of the drill because I had a bad experience at my last nail appointment. She only used the drill to remove the very top layer of old SNS and rough up the nail surface to prepare for the new product, and to smooth out the product near the end. Once we soaked off the old product she could see the damage from the last appointment. She was very understanding and kind and did a great job on my nails. I got a pedicure too which also turned out well. I will definitely go back to Lan.

Went for the first time recently. As a walk in I waited 30 minutes. Sarah did a great job with my pedicure. My heels were perfectly smooth. I will definitely be going back. Thanks, Sarah.

Not the best communications but nails for my daughter were nice

I called ahead and made an appointment for the time they said was available for a pedicure. I was directed to a chair after waiting for a few minutes. I could see that it was busy, but waited for another 25 minutes sitting in the chair without being addressed by anyone.When a girl who came in 5-10 minutes after me was seated next to me in a chair and immediately began being worked on - I decided to leave. As I left I was told the technician would be right with me, but I had already waited 25 minutes.I could have easily chosen another time or to come back tomorrow if I had been told they were running behind when I arrived, or really at any time while I was waiting before I was frustrated enough to leave.I won’t be returning.

Love TLC Nails! Amazing mani/pedi and they also have the best eyebrow waxes. Theyve fully renovated the whole salon and it looks fantastic. Also have to mention how awesome all the employees are--after not having been in for over a year because of Covid they remembered me and asked how my daughter was by name! Overall this place is a gem and I hope to be returning here for years to come.

Sara did an amazing job on my SNS overlay! It was very busy and she was able to get me in and out in about 30 minutes. I love the outcome - the shape and how thin she was able to make them is reason enough to keep me coming back!

I absolutely love everything about this salon, the girls make me feel welcome and more than just a customer. They talk to me about everything under the sun, some of my best laughs and conversations come from sitting in that chair!!! Highly recommended! They are amazing 🤩

This place is really amazing. Been here several times and had visited others in the area. Everyoneis super friendly and you can tell they care about their customers....Lan is amazing!! She takes her time with you to give you the best treatment possible. Her pedicures are thorough and she takes out evey single dead skin cell on your feet!!!For the money you spend these days on pedis and mania, you were better off going t place who takes care of the customers!!

My go-to nail salon! Im here every 4 weeks to get a pedicure and dip powder manicure and no matter who ends up doing my nails the results are great! Good, consistent quality, and really friendly manicurists. Definitely recommend stopping by!

All together disappointed. Me and a group went for a full set. Me and my other friend got these 2 specific nail techs. The nail tech seemed very unsure of the design i showed her (it was a simple plaid look, and other needed a couples lines) and my friend had 2 stripes on her overall not difficult. She didnt prep my nails before (didnt fix my cuticles). Some nails were crooked and she didnt bother to clean up the nail polish afterwards. After doing my design (as you can see in the pictures) she applied the matte top coat BEFORE letting it dry first. It smudged the design and now it looks so ugly. Compared to my friend, she messed up a couple times and added on even more layers causing her nails to be super thick and layered.

Very clean and welcoming salon. Ive been going here for 12 yrs and i drive from another county! Sara is amazing and very detailed. Any manicurist that you pick, you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend.

I love this place! All the girls are always friendly and remember your name. Grant it, Nina may not remember my name correctly, but we all laugh at her and take it in stride. Truth is, she knows it but still calls me Chris for fun! Seriously, they all do a great job and make sure youre happy before you leave. And, guys, theres nothing wrong with getting your toes done. That fat belly getting in your way when you try to do them yourself? Go get them done! Youll be happy to did and your woman will be too, cause shes tired of looking at those crusty toes! Getr done, son!

Lady was putting my nail tips smaller than the width of my nails. I told her they would lift. So i told them nicely I was good and didnt let her do my nails. Poor service. She kept quoting me different prices so I made an excuse and left.

I am very picky where choose to have my nails done. I have tried other near by locations but none compare to TLC nails. I am a loyal customer for over 5 years now. Staff is great and friendly. Prices are affordable and most importantly they are very clean. If you looking for a staff that takes pride in their work and customer experience than this is your place.

First visit yesterday with a friend that goes there all the time, needed to have my pink and white acrylics filled and a nail repaired. Leah did a great job, she was funny and everyone was nice. I definitely plan on switching to this place from now on. :)

Ive done my nails there quite a couple of times with my mom. The place is great the service people. They have a excellent variety waxing nails eyelashes etc. We always go and leave very satisfied with the end product. I recommend this salon very much the staff if very friendly too.

TLC always takes good care of me! I started going here just for pedicures (which are amazing) and then eventually migrated into SNS. These ladies do a fantastic job and are so so sweet!

Horrible service and zero customer service. After them having to fix a French pedicure twice I was done trying and went home. But later that day I noticed how obviously crooked one of the French nails were even from far away, thus I needed to get it fixed before an event tomorrow. After I went in to have it redone a third time I was told to come back another day??? Obviously, I refused to come back another day after driving 30 minutes back to fix the nails yet again. When I sat down, I didn’t even have to tell them which nail was crooked because it was so obvious. They all thought it was a joke and laughed and talked in their language the whole time. The man fixing my pedicure said, “Ok it better? Ok then you pay since it better for you.” After staring at him in disbelief, they all laugh and he says “Oh that not funny?” to which I responded, “No it’s not funny that I had to come back a third time to get this fixed and all you can do is laugh without even offering an apology.” His response was, “Oh ok then, ha, it not funny. We so sorry.”Tech who messed up my pedicure twice was Nina and male tech who fixed it when I returned and mocked me the whole time was Ma. (He also mocked me about pronouncing his name.) Completely unprofessional.

Just left ..they are very busy cus of the July 4 only three workers but they are all working there tails off to get everyone in and out my daughters got two full sets and a pedi..the girl that did my daughter I believe was Sarah she was amazing and fast thank you sarah

Great experience here today! They were very busy with everyone trying to get their mani/pedis before the holidays and my manicurist still took her time with me and did a great job giving me exactly what I wanted. Thanks ladies, see you again soon!

I love going to this place. Dan always does my nails and when I need a design, I go to Leah, she does a really good job with designs. Dan is really funny. This place is also cheaper than most others.

I have been looking for a good nail salon for a year now my friend told me about this place . I love it ... The place is nice clean and all the girls get along . They are funny and sweet . MIMI does my nails and she is so good and fast . I use to have my nails lift but when she does then they look perfect until Until I go back no lifting no nail polish chipping . There are several girls that can paint designs as well . I would recommend this TLC nails in winter garden.

This place is flipping awful. They were good at first but over the months they have gone down hill with their quality of work and customer service. All the girls here have a rather nasty attitude and when you are particular and point out their flaws during the work, they all start talking about you in their language. One time I did a pedicure here and the girl was sweeping and swept all the dust on my Newley fresh pedicure...she saw that I had just gotten pedicure and was sitting waiting for my nails to be worked on...she was rude and they ended up having to repaint my toes. Last time I went here, I did a gel fill and I had them redo it as the shaping was awful and length were not all the same. I left with nails looking like they were two weeks out already with spaces between my cuticles and polish and dry skin around my cuticles that were not done. It was a shame and that has been the last time I ever go to this place. They are very rude and do a pathetic job. I’d you want impeccable service and good technicians that stand behind their work, go to Central Nails on Stoneybrook Pkwy in Winter Garden! I recently went there and I am extremely pleased! LOL they don’t even deserve my one start but had to rate them one star so that my review gets posted. DO NOT GO HERE!

The girls there are nice however one of the techs did a poor job on my set. I did the SNS, and she did not file/buff once she was done applying the powder to smooth down the grooves and make sure the part of the bed wouldn’t lift. She simply applied the gel and they were bumpy and bulky. I didn’t notice much since I don’t usualy get my nails done. Luckily my coworkers and friends noticed and told me what a shitt job was done! I will never go back again. By the second day my hair was getting stuck in the nails. Super horrible. I rather pay that money to someone that knows what their doing.

I had a great experience at TLC! I told Sinh that I had an interview on Friday and she helped me picked out 3 natural shades. She even tried all three of them on my nails for me to pick! I got the mid level Mani & pedi for $40. The massages fo my hands and feet were amazing. I will return for more services! I high recommend this nail spa!

70$for toes and nails normally pay 47 at other places way to expensive as well as my husband and this was for our daughters 20th birthday he paid 70 and we both tipped 10 to between two people 140 and the tips from to different transaction!!! Never again

I’ve been going here for years with the same lady named sin and I am very disappointed with the costumer service lately. I was getting my nails done I don’t know if I was she didn’t want to do the style I wanted well I asked first for a purple nude color with my middle finger hombre I was told they didnt do that with an attitude and they began talking in Vietnamese. So I was like okay whatever i’ll stick to my basic gel with the same color but so she brings back a barney Purple tells me it’s going to change when it’s finished. I go ahead with that so we begin to shape my nail a lady comes up and talk to her I need to get my nails done for graduation and if she can hurry up and fit her in while she’s talking to her she cuts me. so after she handles the lady I felt as she start rushing on my nails I look at my nails are all filed ugly and short I was very upset about it. So I got a pedicure paid 65 and walked out the doo right after I went to another salon and they fixed me exactly what I want. And Tlc refuse to give me a refund because it wasn’t her fault and did they said that they do acrylic on hombre. But but just didn’t have the color supposedly I told me I told them it was fine they lost a costume And I use to tip her good.

Leah (the big girl) and her customers are VERY RUDE!!!! All she does is talk bad about other customers and make fun. The place is dirty and practically empty most of the time. The grils in there know how to speak English but when they want to talk bad about others, they like to speak their language, which is very disrespectful. They are better off closed! I dont recommend anyone to this place.

Always very nice staff and there acrylics last about 3 to 4 weeks and always look great

The last several times i got a fill the polish did not dry smooth. Each time I chose a different color and it still dry extremely rough. As a result I repainted my nails after getting home. Last night I got my nails done (got a whole new set) and again the polish dried rough. I went back this morning as soon as the opened to get them fixed and no one sermed to care that this us a reoccuring problem and didnt fux my nails. Instead wanted me to come back later in the week. I ended up going to another salon. I will never go back.

All of my nails were different lengths, the coffin shapes were different on each nail and some nails were noticeably crooked. The gel top coat did not cure smoothly, I left with it looking rather rough on a few nails. I also Got a pedicure, I felt very rushed and not satisfied after paying $70 and still tipping :=/
