I was in for a manicure and pedicure. Horrible I have nail polish on my toes. He filed the skin around my nails. I had to ask for the cuticle to be pushed back on my nails 3 times. I even picked put the tool and showed him. The cuticle cutters was so dull he was having to pull the cuticle, and removed skin instead of cuticle. Needlessly to say I will have sore fingertips for a few days. I got up and walked out. I would not recommend this place.

Extremely upset with how they handle their customers. I’ve been going to them for a while but they are so under staffed it’s ridiculous. The first time i had issues was when i made an appointment for SNS with my mother. We sat down and they gave us the colours and ignored us.. we waited too long and went somewhere else. Then today i Walked in with my sister at 11:15 and they told us to sit down in the chairs as if we are about to be seen. The owner wrapped our nails in aluminium foil and acetone and left us sitting there for AN HOUR! My finger tips started to burn. So i walked out. I highly recommend to not waste your time

Tracy did an amazing job on my mani pedi. I wish I could afford to go there just for the chair massage!

I have been a regular customer at this location for years. But the owner continues to change the price higher and higher with terrible quality. I just got a pedicure done and there is polish around my cuticles. Wouldn’t recommend

I had my pedicure done by Tracy and it was relaxing and very nice!! It was the first time but this will be the place I will go always!!

Nails came out ok. She had to redo 2 of them (without me even asking). My biggest issue is the salon is dirty. Residue everywhere- even on the candy dish in front area. My first time experiencing it at that level.

I’m literally still sitting in the salon as I write this review. It’s disappointing to be sitting here and forgotten, as nail techs work in an unprofessional and unorganized manner. In addition my nails look bad! I’ve motioned for my tech a few times. She finally walked over to look and then paint over a couple bare areas but left the paint job messy. She has left again to start working on another person. I have nail polish on my skin around my nails on several toes. I still have toe spacers between my toes and I’m not sure if I should keep waiting or get up. This is a crying shame.

This salon is actually quite nice. I’ve been here several times, the staff is friendly and the pedicure area has a really nice atmosphere. They play birdsong and running water in the background, and it’s incredibly relaxing.

I have been going to this nail salon for years. But for the past three times I have been, Traci, the owner keeps upcharging me and coming up with prices off of the top of her head. Today, after I gave them yet another chance was the last straw. On their loyalty card, you get a stamp for every $20 you spend. Once you get four stamps, you get $5 off a service. My card had two stamps when I went in, and as I spent $50 I was given two additional stamps, for a total of four stamps and $5 off. Traci, however, told me that because one of my previous stamps had faded in my wallet, that I only had 3 stamps - not the four that I rightfully earned. I showed her clearly where the stamp was and it simply looked like the employee did not press down very hard. Traci said it was not a full stamp and she wouldnt accept it. After all the money Ive spent here over the years, its ridiculous to argue with a loyal customer over $5 off when I clearly had four stamps and whoever stamped my card last time simply did not press the stamp down hard enough.I recommend you find another nail salon with steady and fair prices and rules for loyalty cards.

Great service and very pleased with my nails.

I am extremely satisfied with their service. I did a pedicure and gel fill and have to say that Tracy, the owner, did an amazing job. Her staff is older and everyone here is nice and pleasant...compared to other places that are filled with younger females and everyone talks about you in their language...I used to go to TLC nails on winter garden Vineland Road and that place is horrible when it comes to customer service and standing behind their work. The lady that did my pedicure at Central nails was very thorough and Tracy did an amazing job with my fill.

I had some disappointing experiences at nail salons when I moved here. I am so happy to have found this place and especially Brian. He does an amazing job. He pays close attention to details and does little extras like cuticle trimming during fills that no nail tech has ever, ever done.

I went in this afternoon for a manicure and the woman who took care of me completely butchered my nails. Not only did she do a horrible job with the color, but her shaping was terrible too. Deeply disappointed. I usually get my pedicures here and recently, the quality of their work has deteriorated. I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

The worst experience ever, there’s a new guy works there, he did my nails with an empty nail polish, I told him I don’t like them, so he starts taking them out and yelling at me with no respect. So disappointed.

Went in for eyebrow service and my brows look absolutely HORRIBLE.

This was my first time here, the prices were reasonable but overall, I was just ok with the results. I asked for the same color polish on my toe nails and finger nails but they were not the same. I felt awkward when I was getting my pedicure just didnt feel comfortable there like I have at other places.

Always get my nails done here. They are perfect every time.

Can be hit or miss but I like it here. Its close to my house and prices are average for the area. I have gotten some bad nails here but also really good ones. Ill keep coming back.

I had 3 fingers with cuts from this place ... bad shaping, bad polishing, just very messy overall .....

Poor service! My cuticles were pulled instead of being cut, resulting in bleeding. My fingertips are sore and tender. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
