I walked in for just a pedicure! I picked a color and asked him can he do two coats of polish with the gel polish he immediately said no we don’t do go somewhere else! The worst customer service ever! I’ve never been here before! First time in and last time! Maybe because it was only two workers and because I’m looking a certain way today I did not talk to him nasty neither did I request anything special! Rude and very nasty! If I could give it a Zero star I would!

Lee and kim are awesome. I have been going there since high school. Their place is the only place who doesnt care about the money. They will refuse your a** in a heartbeat, if you come correct!!

Great people Nice work on nails but pedicure just okay no foot massage nothing like that. Price is more than reasonable. Fast and extremely nice . I read some reviews that say they are not nice they are extremely nice just trying to make a living.

The friendliness of the staff and the great job is going to make it my favorite.

Always the best service

The people here are very rude. One customer wanted to get her nails done and said “sorry we are too busy to do your nails”. Another customer was leaving and the same lady, was like “good, don’t come back”. Very poor customer service.No music or tv on, along with long waiting time. You need to hire more people.

Literally the nicest people you will ever meet!!Im a regular there and this time I went in only 20 minutes before they closed because (which I would normally never do) I didnt know what time it was, since my phone was dead. They were so nice about me being late, still did my nails AND let me use their charger.On top of them being great with conversations and customer service, they do a great job on my nails every time theyre perfect :)

Went here for a pedicure. I wanted gel. but was told that could not be done, so I went with an original french tip. Minimal wait time, the lady was very nice. Prices fairly. Outdated inside, but they know what they are doing.

Lee is the best guy to go to for nails and Kim does great pedicures its in the big lots at shopping plaza and I highly recommend that the prices are great its just a good place to go.

Poor customer service. Only 2 nail technicians on a Saturday afternoon. Did a good job on the acrylics, but I wouldnt go back.

These ppl dont deserve any stars they dont know how to do nails le or Kim they mess up your nails I got fungus on my toe because of them I did my nails 3 days ago witch these are my real nails and they are long my wrap is lifting go back and they refused to fix them my nails are weak now because of them they dont know how to do design or when you request something they do the opposite they are very rude ppl my nails are visibly messed up and they told me its in my head so I dont know y ppl write good reviews for this place cause its all lies

We have been going to Le for almost 17 years and now he is telling us that we have to come early that he closes at 4. We have done a lot for them for them to be that way to us.
