This was my first pedicure there and it was wonderful. The chairs are very comfortable with lots of massage options. Tammy and Chi do an amazing job each time weather its nails or toes. I got the pedicure with parifin wax and it was just about an hour long. Will definitely be back!

I have been going to this place for more than a year and today the person who attended me charged me more than usual for no reason. I asked her if the price was increased and she just told me it was the shape of my nails but I always get the same shape and the same service. Ask for the price first or you could be in for a bad surprise. I will never came back again,

Lana T did a great job fixing my finger nails and making them look professional. My hands get torn up doing work around the house and yard. She cleaned them up and made them look presentable. She is very kind and personable. Lana also does the specialty nails for my wife and does eyebrow waxing as well. I highly recommend them.

I have always come to Lovely nails but I went for a fill in and got a really bad service. Everything was normal until the tech started filing my nails. The cuticles were not trimmed properly and I had skin just hanging on the border of my nails and that doesn’t look neat at all. The tech then went to file my nails again and scraped one of my fingers and in another one used a different nail file that had a SPLINTER and went inside my finger. The nail art was very poorly done and didn’t look nice. I wanted a change since I didn’t like how my nails turned out and I was told that I needed to pay for the service and that there was an additional fee for a color change which I was not willing to pay for after all that had happened. This was a VERY bad experience and will not recommend!

I have been here 3 times. Two of the three times were for an eyebrow service. Both in which I was made bleed slightly. One was wax, the other was threading. This last time I was there I went in for a simple toe polish change. It was regular polish. When I went in I was told to wash my hands before picking a color. I told the receptionist I already knew my color so she could grab it for me. She was unsure about the salon having the color (which they did I seen it as soon as I walked in) so she asked a technician sitting in the front and the tech said they didn’t have it. I walked to the front and grabbed the color and told them they did have it. It’s a popular OPI COLOR. I sat down and waited for my tech. I thought everything was fine until she used tools that were not properly in a sealed sanitary bag as well as the fine she used was very used. I just wanted to leave at this point. As a licensed nail technician I am disappointed in the cleanliness. A new file and tools that are properly sanitized in sealed bags should be used with any service. At last I was done with the polish change. I tipped her, paid and was glad to be gone. As I got home I took a look at the polish and the clear top coat was not even covering the whole nail on NONE of my toes. It was like half way down. It wasn’t just a little bit. I’m sorry but I tried giving this salon an actual try. Never will I ever go back here nor will I recommend this salon to ANYONE.

If I could give less stars I would. They don’t have many colors to choose from. The place is dark, dusty, and dull. The nail polish is old. I went in for a regular manicure. I had to go and get my nails re-done somewhere else because the nail polish had grooves and there was actual LINT stuck in the polish that was now on my nail. Very disappointed. The girl had me pay before she painted my nails, which I found to be odd. Everything was just really rushed and my nails were all different lengths. I don’t recommend anyone going here. Don’t waste your time or money.

Made an appointment for two manis and pedis on a Saturday at 10:00 AM. Showed up prior to our appointment time and was never acknowledged. No receptionist to welcome and the tech who eventually acknowledged us, looked at us disgruntled when we mentioned we had an appointment. Waited for close to 45 minutes before I was taken back to start my mani, as walk ins were being taken ahead of us. My mom was placed in a chair for a pedicure to wait. They didn’t fill the tub or anything. She sat at an empty pedicure chair for the entire time they worked on my manicure. Once finished I was taken to a pedicure chair to start my pedicure and a tech started on my mom 20 minutes into my pedicure.Overall, we left with good manicures and pedicures (except my gel mani is chipping and it’s only been a week). I was not impressed with their customer service, or lack there of. They also tried to charge me for services we didn’t receive. We will not be returning here.

Having my wife go here, and get her Pedi was well worth it. The gel finish was awesome at the beach. She looked beautiful and thanks to the Salon.

Schedule a 3pm appointment. Got there 5 minutes early, had me waiting for 35 minutes and during that time was accepting walk-ins before me?! Not only did I waste my time sitting there and had somewhere to be but they had the nerve to tell me to come back some other time?! That was not fair at all!

Covid protocols are non existent here. Clients are not social distanced even when there are only 4 customers in the store. Nail tools are not properly sanitized between clients. Two nail techs started yelling at each other and then a third tech joined in. It made it a very awkward experience. They need to fix their sanitation procedures to keep their clients and staff safe.

I gave my girlfriend some money to get her nails done . She stopped going here because she said Lana was completely rude. She had no choice recently and went in there. Yeah talk about making somebody feel unwelcome. Unbelievable how disrespectful some people can be to their customers. Anyway... She wont be going there ever again! Dont waste your time...

Honestly I’m too embarrassed to show how short they cut my big toenail which I feel like is the star of a great pedicure. Foot was not scrubbed well,forgot to do the hot towel, cuticles cut poorly .. shall I go on?Move on to gel manicure .. she files my nails tells me to wash my hands and I look at my nails .. they are all different lengths and shapes . I had to tell the nail tech to make my hands look symmetrical.Not a good experience at all.. my suggestion is DO NOT waste your money here and go to Asian Retreat instead

This place is a rip off, they do NOT put prices up anywhere so they can charge you for everything as far down as putting lotion on your hands at the end. Customer service horrible when you ask for a break down of what you are being charged for so it’s accurate. I called them to regulate my overcharge they refused to help me so I had to contact my bank to let them know I was overcharged and once they were notified by my bank the nail tech kept harassing me with threats. The way they charge I should never have a problem with my nails but every time I get it done I have to go back a few days later to get it fixed. Want to charge top dollar for service but use cheap products.

My daughter and I have been here many times and always find the service to be exceptional. They know what they’re doing and we’ve been fortune enough to be able to walk right in and get started on right away each time. We went today (6/29) and Lynn, Holly and Tammy were nothing short of fantastic!

Jackie is the absolute best around! I’ve been going to her every 3-4 weeks for over a year. I always liked getting my nails done but it was not something I regularly did until I found Jackie. She’s worth spending the money every month because my nails always look perfect. I do the dip gel manicure and not only do my nails look great polished but my natural nails are strong and healthy underneath because she takes such good care of them. She takes the same care with my pedicure too. On top of everything else, she is a super sweet person. I highly recommend going to see Jackie!!

Absolutely worse Pedicure I have ever had. I would not even call it a pedicure. The person put Scrub stuff on my leg, and then washed it off, no hot towels, did not file my toe nails, they are uneven. No massage, no rub, absolutely nothing. I paid $32.00 to have my toe nails painted. I walked away with dry feet! I complained and they said the manager would call me. I did get a phone call back, but I was right in the middle of dinner and they never even bothered to leave a message. And 2 days later still nothing from them. I will never go back to this place.

This is where my mom and I go everytime we do our nails in Orlando! Its always clean and busy, but they move people through relatively quickly. Bobby is fantastic! He pays attention to detail and really takes his time.

When I first came to see her, (referred by a friend), she had to fix my nails that had just been done at another salon just 2 days before. She did a wonderful job and has ever since. She is very friendly and very professional, a perfectionist of her work. She does well scheduling her appointments and running on time. Her co-workers, Jaycee, Holly and Hanna have also stepped in to help me if I broke a nail and Lana was out of town. I will never go anywhere else! This is my salon for nails and pedicures. I go there because Jackie does the best nails in the world. She is smart and sweet and she does an incredible job. Tina does a great deluxe pedicure with an awesome massage. The owner Peter always takes time to say hello to me and make me feel special. I highly recommend Lovely Nails!!!

Went in here to get my manicure done before my friends party. Didnt expect much from this salon but the end results blew me away. The techs here are friendly and sociable. Every inch of this salon is clean and spacious. The prices are reasonable here. Didnt had to wait long till a nail tech came and walked me to her station. She was very gentle with me throughout the process of my manicure. She never once cut me at all. Filed my nails right too. After she was done, I just couldnt believe my nails looked this good! Definitely worth 5 stars! I highly recommend going to this salon! The services is superb!

My nails were so badly done, it didn’t last 2 days. The powder came off. I went to do gel polish the lady insisted to do powder polish. Did a very bad job, the finishing was uneven. I asked for an oval nail shape, but she said they charge $4 extra on top on $40 service. Well ! I don’t do my nails often so this lady pulled her tricks on me. Very disappointed ☹️!She was rushing through my service.

Went into the salon (after verifying pricing online for a overlay & manicure; which states is $22 & $13). and the receptionist (who i may add was very sweet and just the messenger) greeted me and asked what i needed done. after telling her that i wanted a overlay and manicure, she told the nail tech (who also seems to be the one in charge) what i wanted and the tech proceeds to tell her (i can hear the conversation) that it will be $55. the receptionist then comes with a look of concern on her face and tells me $55. I asked why would it be so much considering that online it states $22 &$13 and the tech comes over and says the prices online and the prices that are listed on the board in the salon were old prices and $55 was the new price. so after telling her that the should update the price info and i left without any service being done and the lost a customer for ever

Long time ago I had to come here just quick for doing a nail repair. They did it very well, I came back for having my nails done and this is my first time here. Started very well, the lady at the reception listen to me and gave me the best suggestion of things that I should do. Then, Jony did my nails and he was incredible!!! They look amazing! I havent been so happy about my nails after a long time! Thank you!

Came here today for Pink and White Full Set services and it came out great as i expected. My technician was really attentive and focused on me all the time. I didnt make appointment but i only had to wait a few minutes until my turn. The place was really clean and nice decorated with plenty of chairs and high quality tools. The owner and staff members were so nice and they treated me very well.  I highly recommend it and definitely be back!

Lovely Nail & Spa is a decent size salon and I really like this place. By far, the best nail experience I ever had. I am so happy I have this nail salon right down the street! It is actually somewhat relaxing and not so hectic like other salons. Cleanliness is on point too, that is what I look for especially. The staffs were so nice, quick. and beautifully work! After leaving the salon, I feel relaxed and very satisfied. I had been there twice and I will becoming back for a fill very soon. I left with beautifully manicure and pedicure nails every times. I will never get my nails done anywhere else!

I had a lady named Kim and she took so much time with me and I really enjoyed how she didn’t rush through it. She did a great job and made sure everything was what I wanted and coming out right. Highly recommend this place!

Hes very clean and takes his time when doing your service. I never have any issues, I must say its a great feeling to have a phenomenal nail tech! I highly recommend this place!

Felt very uncomfortable while getting a pedicure. The lady made very off putting faces while doing the service and at one point her glove broke yet she continued the service making it highly unhygienic. The paint job was very mediocre (I could’ve done a better job doing it myself) and she scrubbed to hard making wounds on my feet. Not to mention the ridiculous price for a standard pedicure. Will never go there again.

Got a gel pedicure on 6.13. Started peeling almost 2 weeks later. When I called to find out how long they are suppose to last the receptionist told me a month and they would redo them for me. When I arrived for my appointment 3 days after speaking with her, the borderline rude manager told me they would not fix them. Lost my buisness indefinitely.

My friend brought me to this nail salon because he loves Lovely Nail& Spa so much. When I came here, I felt the atmosphere was nice, the lighting warm and staffs were all friendly with always smiling on their faces. They greeted us in welcoming. The manicurists we had did a great job. The price was decent. Overall, this place is good quality service.

First time and last time. Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. They were friendly here, but unfortunately the quality is horrible for the money. My nails were extremely sloppy and I could have done a better job myself. They attempted to fix the problem but ended up using the wrong color nail polish and still left the gel nails uneven/sloppy. The place I normally go only charges $40 for gel mani/pedi combo. I paid over $60 for the job I had done and it wasn’t worth that at all. Highly disappointed.Update: the technicians name was Kim and she went and hid when I came back to have them fixed...

Ive been going to Lovely Nails for a couple months now, I decided to go once because it was convenient on my way home from work and Ive been going there ever since, all the staff are very nice, but my favorite nail tech is Tammy, she really takes her time to do my nails and pedicure, always cares to ask & know what I want and is very good with attention to detail.

Ive been going to this salon for almost 10 years. Lana is great. Always does a good job. The salon is clean. The staff is friendly. The location is convenient. The owners are polite. I have never had a bad experience here.

My nails are very nice and clean! I like them a lot but I had to choose a different color because of the limited amount of staff for the design I wanted. Also, I had to wait a long time to get them done when barley and people are there.

The service was great. The wait was too long (45 minutes wait with a call ahead appointment), though. Many nail technicians were out for the holidays. I would have appreciated being told from the beginning to return at a certain time in order to not waste time waiting. Bri and Varian were both great nail technicians and were worth the wait, though. I will try again but only with a specific appointment for either of these two wonderful technicians.

The young girl working the front desk was the most UNPROFESSIONAL and rude customer service. Don’t give them your service or money because that girl treats people like absolute scum.

I went here to get a simple fill in my acrylics, they convinced me that my nails were fine to have them come off and get a gel manicure, which by the way costed more. I said if this is what you think then go with is, so they gave me a nice gel manicure, I went away happy on the first day, after that it went all down hill. Within 3 days my nails started breaking, and writhing 4 days I had lost nail polish on 3 fingers. I went in they were understanding and gave me a brand new manicure. Again went away happy, this time 2 days in almost all of my fingers had lost their nail polish, and I started getting infected hang nails. I am now treating 5 hang nails that are infected. Not to mention this place was extremely over priced. I have been getting my nails done for over 3 years, and I have never had any problems like this, ever. This was my first time here, and I will never go back. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

In all honesty this place was the worst experience ever! After seeing the amount of good reviews I decided to give this place a try for a first time, drove about 40 mins to this place to get the worst customer service ever. I am super picky with my nails and Im sure you guys would be also with the amount of money they charge. So I went in there and didnt know who to pick to do my nails, the manager(Chinese short guy) in the very first seat ended up doing my nails assuring that he was one of the best let me tell you he was the worst ever! A total dick. He didnt look like he knew what he was doing, my nails ended up super uneven different sizes and he made my nails super wide n thick. I clearly showed him a picture of how I usually get them done and how I like them. The way he did them looked nothing like the picture. I got so frustrated that I ended up finishing my own nails. Didnt let him finish, I got up and literally left crying. My husband then went in there & seen that I was upset so he went in there to try and get a refund, it didnt end well the manager was a total dick and had a major attitude and disrespectful. . I will NEVER ever come back here again. And I suggest you dont give this place a try.

This is the 3rd time I have had a manicure / pedicure by a male at this salon and the 3rd time that I am very dissatisfied with the results. I feel like they take short cuts on the process, do not take enough time on the heels and removal of rough areas and have cut me while removing cuticle every time ( today I have 3 small cuts). If you go insist on a female - Lynn is excellent. The first few times we went it was very good so Im willing to give it 1 more try but I will be sure to request a female from now on .

Always takes me on time and I am never disappointed with service or how beautiful my nails look! My daughter uses only Ben as he does amazing nail art and I love Lavy! She is a perfectionist! As the shop is busy, make a appt! It’s worth the extra effort!

I paid $13 for a manicure and got what I paid for. The woman at the front desk was very nice but the woman who did our nails wasnt as pleasant. It had been awhile since getting my nails done and she made me feel pretty crappy about that. My nails looked a little sloppy too. She didnt even do a second coat on my friends nails (on a color that she definitely should have).

Theyre more expensive than other salons, my paint chips after a few days (from adding acetone to polish to extend it), and my last visit was ridiculous. They put me in a pedicure chair and forgot about me. No warm water. I sat for a long time waiting to see if someone would notice. Finally, I grabbed a manager and asked for bathing water. During my manicure, the tech kept looking around while filing my nails into odd shapes. Id asked for rounded. This happened the last 3-4 times I came, different techs. Its a buzzkill having to go home and even out my nails after treating myself to a professional manicure. The final straw was trying to take advantage of their 10% discount offer for writing a review. They kept coming up with reasons not to issue the discount. They ultimately subtracted $4 from an $84 bill...

I got acrylics with glitter nail polish and it was really good an was super pretty except some of the nails were not the same shapes as the other side and i like the price

This was probably the best place to get a manicure around here in Winter Garden. My manicurist was very young but she was the most skillful with high quality there. Her works was wonderful and I just Love my nails!!

Please read before wasting your money. Me and my friend went originally just to get her eyebrows waxed and saw a sign saying they do eyebrow tinting which she decided to get. First off the lady didn’t greet us, just rudely told her to lie down. She was grumpy the whole time making things uncomfortable, and even rudely told me to get out. When she finished they looked awful. The color wasn’t even, werent the same shape, far spaced, made her look sad. Rough edges, it was awful. So I kindly asked if she could fix the unevenness of the color and she went ahead and told me that it’s not my eyebrows and that I’m ugly, which I was shocked with confusion that she said that and didn’t know what to say. When we left the room, her mood changed to all happy and being nice to us and hovered over my friends shoulder when she was tipping. We ended up going back to get our money back because it was that horrible. When walking in, she was standing outside probably on break and when she saw us heading in she rudely asked “what do you want?” I ignored her. The manager talked to us, and was understanding but they started talking to each other in a different language, and they didn’t know that my friend spoke the language. The lady who did her eye brows was referring to my friend as the fat one when speaking to the manager, and calling me a liar. We got our money and I said thank you, and as we were leaving the lady ended up calling me the b word in the other language and I quickly turned around and told her that we could understand her, and that she was disrespectful. Not wanting to start anything, but I was furious, and she was shocked. There’s another nail place on the other side of the grove, by Panera. I recommend going there. I have never hated a place so much.

We made a pedicure appointment since Thursday and they said they only had available Sunday at 12pm. We came exactly at 12, they had us wash our hands and then were asked to come back in half an hour. That is distasteful to have a business treat their customers last and their interests first.

So Kim was doing a gel manicure and accidentally cut my finger, fine, and then proceeded to PAINT over the blood and it was a clearer color so you could see the blood through the paint!!! Great experience today at Lovely Nail and Spa. I was in town for a wedding and needed mani/pedi so i stopped by here because its near my cousins house. The salon was nice designed and well decorated with plenty of modern chairs and space. The entire staffs was amazing!!  One of them did my nails and took time do the perfect jobs on my nails. I got gel nails done and didnt like the original color. She whipped up a solution by mixing two colors and I left with exactly what I wanted. Thanks for the amazing service. I highly recommend it!

I thought the price was fair and everything was wonderful. I got a deluxe pedicure and she really worked on my feet. Very happy with my experience and I would return.
