Place wasnt clean the tech was nice very inexperienced, she struggled with basi shapes, colors requested they didnt have.

This is the 3rd time I come to Zuly to do my nails and I love her! Shes very talented, even though I ask for very basic colors/art, Ive seen her art on Instagram and I love it! Price is right for her time and materials used. Obviously will cost more than low grade nail salons, you pay for what you get! The other nail techs are also very nice and welcoming.

$75 for a fill that took 2.5 hours. My daughter and I spent in excess of five hours in the salon for two simple fills. Most of my cuticles are inflamed from the grinder, my thumb nails are 1/4” difference in length and different shapes and I left with nail polish all over my fingers. It looked like I painted them myself. My daughter and I have cuts on our fingers from the reckless grinding and heavy handed use of a heavy grit nail file. The same heavy grit file that cut my daughter was used on me and who knows how many other clients without being cleaned or sanitized.In addition to this my daughter requested to have her almond shaped nails shortened and the tech refused saying that “short almond shaped nails look like chicken feet” and proceeded to file them into coffin shape without my daughter’s consent. Glue was dripped on her nail polish and left to dry. Cuticle clippers were used to pry the gunk off of the techs glue bottle then placed in a drawer... unsanitized, ready for the next client.Be prepared to pay $75-$100 just for a fill. Do not buy into the hype. Also be aware of what you are being charged in advance and get it in writing. I specifically asked if the deposit would be deducted from the price charged and the tech assured me that it would but it was not. The tech had a chip to run our cards through her personal phone. Great...someone I do not know from Adam with my personal information. Also be aware that these spaces are rented to sub-contractors and there appears to be no oversight by the owner. Bottom line is this tech should NOT be doing nails.Side note ...someone may want to check into their sanitary disposal and sanitation processes. There are tips and nail dust all over the floor so much that they crunch under your feet and you have to wait for the bathroom to wash your hands. After over twenty years of having my nails done I can easily say that this was the worst nail experience of my life. This was the nail experience from hell. We will never be going back. RANT: Meraki Beauty StudioHad an appointment and showed up 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. I waited for 45 additional minutes and was told that I could wait up to two hours for my appointment time and that this policy was written on their door as well as their website. It was not on their door. And I couldnt find it in their website either (and neither could they). I eventually left without getting my nails done and no apology for wasting my time. Mind you, if you are 15 minutes late, they will charge you a deposit. They have no problem letting you waste 2 hours of your time waiting though. They say its because theyre artists and art takes time. Ive had my nails done elsewhere and Ive never had to wait longer than 10 minutes past my appointment time. Im patient, but 2 hours is ridiculous.

Love love this nail salon! I’ve been to a few nail techs the nails either start breaking within a week, they don’t deliver or they are unprofessional but Meraki Beauty Studio is everything you can ask for, the price is worth it! I drive 40 min just to get my nails done here because I know it’ll be a good experience & I won’t have any issues. My nails always come out perfect and do not break easily! Renee Is so sweet, cares about giving what the customer wants, understanding, and patient & I hear good things about the other nail techs as well. I highly recommend this nail shop.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I spoke with the nail technicians three times this morning before I arrived to make sure my experience would be all that I expected. Once I arrived, I was greeted by angry stares. I was then notified, after driving 40 minutes, that there is a policy that prohibits children under the age of 12 from being in the salon. Yes, I get that rules are rules. How about next time, let your guest know in advance? How about next time, don’t greet your guests with salty stares and unprofessional attitudes? I’ll never return.

Meraki Beauty Studio gives first class service from the moment you enter and until the time you leave. The ladies in the front desk are always pleasant and welcoming with a professional greeting. I have been a loyal customer to Mindy and her staff for 6 years now due to the professionalism, creativity and personal rapoport! She is a charismatic leader/owner that not only serves as a self made brand, but develops her team to shine just as bright as her. I have experienced each location and the ambiance alone sets an elegant tone. The studio is relaxing and literally a one stop beauty shop and I love my time spent every visit!

AMAZING salon, I went here for years and Neeka J was my girl, she was beyond sweet and kind, she did an amazing job, didn’t even charge me for fixing a nail, but honestly they all are very sweet and kind. Really bad service to get your nails done ... I went there with a good vibe thinking my service would be worth the price 😳and I got my pedi and nails refill for a expensive price ..the point is I would pay any to get my nails done right .. the bad thing was my pedicure was horrible the guy never took out my cuticles and Clean up my nails the way it supposed to do . Plus I ask for chrome in my finger nails and the nails tech supposed to tell me there were a fee for each nails for the product. Therefore I end up paying 85 dollars for refills and BS pedicure 😡😡😡 thats I would never knew that so F expensive

All of the best beauty services done under one roof! I get compliments on my nails wherever I go. I do weight lifting 6x a week and my nails still hold up perfectly until its time for my fill. I LOVE 😍😍 Meraki Beauty Studio! I have been going to Mindy Hardy for 4 years now and have NEVER been disappointed with her work. I have been getting nails since I was 16 years old and have never seen both the quality and design that I have seen come from here. They have 2 locations, soon to be 3 locations which make it convenient for me since I now live closer to the Casselberry location. Also, online booking to schedule an appointment through schedulicity which make it easy to see available technicians and available slots. Talented, courteous and professional staff make you feel like queen for the day! They offer a variety of services including eyebrow tinting, henna, pedicures, and makeup. Treat yourself to a spa day and you will truly not be disappointed.

When they opened the Winter Garden location, I was so excited for them!! I told everyone about them and their new place. Now they have added the Casselberry location which makes them even more convenient for their clients. Well let me start with I was super excited about getting my eyebrows done. I drove about 40 min because I was willing to go far for my eyebrows to be waxed and tinted correctly. The girl did nothing to my eyebrows if anything I looked worse and tinting what tinting ??? It look like she didn’t even place anything on it to help give it shape and form. I also had her wax my lip area and when I looked close I still had hair that she could have tweezed I payed 41 with tip mind you I didn’t want to give it but felt pressured to. I’m a very nice person so I stayed quite I’m def not going back def most horrible experience ever!! I ended up having to go to another places which saved my nite! And I only payed $12 if you know what your doing you can fix any eye brows no matter how bad they are.

So I got my nails done by Zuly, paid $65 and my nails started breaking off before 2 weeks. They looked good when she first did them but lasted less than 2wks. When I reached out to the salon they said I would have to pay repair costs because of the time lapse. They definitely lack professional & customer service skills. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Dont waste your $ or time going here!

I love this Salon. My friend told me about this nail salon, so I made an appointment. I selected online one nail tech, but when I got there so wasnt coming in that day, so Cortnie took me. She did an amazing job on my nails, and they lasted for a month which is the longest I ever had my nails stay on. I really enjoyed the conversations with Cortnie and Bianca, since at other nail salons ive been to the nail techs dont speak English very well so its hard to have a good conversation with them. Will be back.

I love the beauty of the place, very nice salon but the reality is that the nail tech that did my nails is very unexperienced, she was very nice and friendly but the reality is that my nails where not filed correctly and the acrylic was not even on all my nails, neither the length of all nails was not the same. Anyways the reality is that is very hard and almost impossible to find a real good nail technician with decent prices.

Ive been a client of meraki for three months now, going faithfully every few weeks. Ive been a client of Mindy hardy and Deyanira...Ive never had a problem! Deyanira is very sweet. She always provides quality work, as does Mindy.Ive been reading some of the reviews on here and have honestly concluded that some people just want their ass kissed...

My nails are almost always on point when I go here ( I usually pick the good nail techs) except my last visit. My issue is the wait time. Mindy needs to train staff on how to do nails in two hrs or less. Nobody wants to spend 2+ hrs in a nail salon especially when yall running behind. I dont get the extra stuff on my nails bcuz most of the nail techs are slow and it takes them 2 hours to do a simple fill in with gel polish. I dont like how they quick to charge u a late fee ( your deposit) for being more than 15min late but will have u waiting on them for 30+ minutes sometimes. If Im spending $50+ on my nails at least you can make sure the polish made it evenly on the sides of my nails. Winter Garden location had me in there for 3 hours!! Came 10min early for appointment and end up having to wait an additional 30min. Its also slightly ghetto making clients use a paper towel roll as a arm rest. They definitely make enough money off their clients to invest in a cushion arm rest to better prop your hands.Casselberry location is more organized with more experienced staff members. Overall I love the quality Im getting, hate the inconsistency that come with the business. Maybe extending the full set time separately from fill ins will prevent them from running over other appt times

As of right now I will give it 3 stars. Just because the tech I had was very rude. She also is a crappy nail tech. I dont mind paying for good quality but I feel like I got the quality of a $20 full set. It has been 1 1/2 weeks and the gel top coat and polish is already chipping. I work at an office and the only time I get my hands wet is in the shower or when I wash them. The tech was named Deyonira or something like that. BOOK SOMEONE ELSE! I will be going back because I have followed Mindy on Instagram for over a year now and I know she will do quality work. I made a mistake by not booking her at first. I enjoyed my pedicure from Shayra. Over all great studio, but they need to do something with that one tech.

Ive followed their ig page for awhile now and they seemed like they dona great job BUT I was so dissapointed with how much rudeness came out of the girl that greeted me. I booked an appt online and they put a big orange book now link for you to book but their policy on refunds and rules are at the bottom so slick huh? Make sure you guys when you book with them online you pay attention to thier policy and refund rules. They got me for 15$ matter of the fact wasnt the 15$ that was spent but they were a gift from my son and he wanted to feel special for taking mommy to a nice nail salon. When I got to the nail salon they automatically questioned my sons age and said 10. I couldnt not comolete his little hearts wish, mind you im coming from fern park, 30 mnt drive all for nothing. So no refund for my 15$ booking. Well anyways my whole point here is I arrived 20 minutes esrly with my 10 year old son who messes with noone to take his mother to do her nails with his 15$ savings. So psa if you have 12 yr olds and older your welcome if not dont waste money bringing them

Her work is impeccable online. i called on and was booked with neeka. i left with what i considered to be the be the worst full set of nails ive ever been serviced with. they even charge $10 just to let you sit for 20-30 minutes to soak your nails off. $55 for this service honestly wasnt worth it. ill be looking for a new salon in orlando

I got my nails done at @merakibeautystudio & 6 out of 10 nails have fallen off and they refused to repair them.I contacted the salon (the owner & two nail techs) about my nails & they never responded to me. After going there & showing them that 6 out of 10 nails have fallen off, they refused to repair them. Do not 🚫,I repeat do not 🚫go to the Casselberry location. Not saying all the nail techs were bad I had a great experience in the past with Iliana but whatever you do my advice do NOT ask for Meeka! Shes awful with long nails! Every day I lost a nail. I was in the salon at least 6 times in 10 days for repairs Meeka was very very rude! I paid for designs that were never in my nails longer then the day I had them done! Never got it right!!!! I lost 9 of 10 nails in a week!

Got my nails done in the Kissimmee location since they pride themselves on doing quality nails. In just 2 wks from the day I got them done 3 nails had broke with the 3rd one landing me in Centra Care since it ripped from my skin. I had been getting my nails done for the last 2 yrs with no problem elsewhere and the 1st time I visited Meraki my natural nails were ruined!

This shop is not open until 8pm they take there last clients at 6pm. And they do not take walk-ins. I drove an hour up from tampa and arrived at 6:30 and was told that no one was taking anymore clients today. I then stated that I had made an hour trip up just to come to there shop because i was under the impression that they close at 8 and accept walk-ins. I was told well we do accept walk ins but we take our last person at 6 and we close after those clients are finished. If this is the case then you should state on your website that you close at 6 and that walk-ins are not recommended. It was a very poor experience. The receptionist did call there other location to see if they had availability and while she was holding, a nail techs even asked how i wanted my nails only to smirk and walk back into the back. I wouldnt recommend that any one visit this shop espically if you are going out of your way to get there.
