Had a great haircut done here two weeks ago! I had an appointment with a stylist but she texted me a few days before my appointment to say her childcare had fallen through and asked if we could move my appointment. Didn’t love that but she took the initiative to ask other stylists if they could squeeze me in that same day and one of them could. Haircut turned out good and the stylist I worked with was nice.

I had an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks but they cancelled it the morning of. I understand things happen but it wasnt handled professionally as they didnt offer to reschedule me for a later date. I asked if I could see another stylist and they didnt have anything available at that time. I had already taken off work to be there on time so I would have appreciated at least common courtesy to reschedule. It appears they just dont care to take on any new clients.

Johannah Conway is a superb stylist here! She listens carefully to what you want, shares suggestions if you request, is easy-going and affable, and consistently does not disappoint! If youre looking to colour your hair, Johannah specializes in highlights and lowlights. Oh, and the atmosphere of the business is clean, comfortable, lovely... while the parking is right across the street and easy to find a spot.

Very clean, beautiful salon with lovely staff who listen to what you want hair wise. I go here to have Jonah do my hair and she is the best. Will not let anyone else touch my hair now lol because she’s just that amazing. Highly recommend for those looking for a great salon and a great stylist!

I am thoroughly impressed with how the salon is handling virus precautions, I felt completely safe. Krystal has been doing my hair for years and I would never see anyone else! I have been dark, blonde, platinum, and my current and FAVORITE sandy blonde brown. I get compliments on my hair daily and I always refer them to Krystal and if she isn’t available Jenny or Mallory! Truthfully tho all of the girls are great, it is such a fun and laid back atmosphere that I feel at home everytime I come in. Pricing is on par with current hair standards for quality and experience. My first time going to Bombshell Salon. Everyone was very nice. My stylist was Shayna. It was my first time dying my hair and I was not sure what I wanted. She talked me through everything. She was very patient and nice. They did not have me down for a hair cut, but she made time to cut my hair too. I love the results and experience I had.

Before Christmas I had my hair done at Bombshell salon in Winter Garden for my second time. It was a complete nightmare.Artist Jenny had already done my hair once, so I knew she was familiar. We messaged back and forth for service (balayage), what I wanted(style), and price.. Day of service she changed my appointment time twice and had me come in earlier. When I arrived she apologized and told me it would be a few, mo problem. An hour later she was ready for me and began to explain how her client before me is too picky and doesn’t want to pay more (for the 10 foil service) and hacked her own hair at home so she had to fix it. I was surprised, she just insulted her client... but I joked it off. In a quick convo we went over my pictures I showed her and told her how I wanted the cool lighter color and the melting effect at the top but wanted to keep it longer, not as short as pictures I’d shown. She agreed and began.I was quiet, uncomfortable, and nervous because the entire time noticing that she hadn’t been using the same technique that she had previously used on my hair (balayage) when I had my first service done prior. I got a bunch of foils put in then a brush ran through my hair a few times once she removed them (not so carefully)... At the end I stayed quiet, I typically would get some beach wave curls styled in before my pics. This time she just ran the blow dryer and straightener to take out the frizz. It was dark so she took some pics inside with a ring light and looking in the mirror I had to force myself to smile... maybe it’ll look different outside or something. That night I messaged her saying I was not satisfied and wanted it redone but ignoring me, many social media comments, Jenny telling me what I wanted she could not do, and conversations with the owner Molly and her not giving me an appointment date to fix my hair it’s been 6 months and I still hate my hair. I’ve been insulted, accused of being a “cracker junkie”, and had friends of Jenny gang up on me telling me I don’t know what I’m talking about when it comes to hair.I may not be a professional hair stylist, but I am a professional. A medical professional. Working my butt off to make sure people are well, getting well, and get the love/attention they need when they’re down. I got no professionalism from this salon and I will always share my story of how miserable it made me feel. Voted best in Winter Garden, but only vote I’ll give bombshell salon is if you want someone to degrade you or make you feel stupid... that’s the best choice for you.A 160$ service that was inquired/ agreed upon turned out to be $215 crash course in poor salon selection. Will not go back, will never recommend! Salon is clean though, they definitely APPEAR to be good but the service and experience was miserable.

This has been a great find. It is convenient. I have been searching for over a year to find a hairstylist. I finally found a place where I feel like the stylists are skilled artists, not just barbers. They are not the cheapest but I appreciate the consistency between visits. I get what Ive come to expect every time I visit. I know when I go Ill be happy when I leave.

This is my favorite salon in the Winter Garden area. I had a stylist elsewhere who went MIA and Bombshell went above and beyond to get me in on the same day, with fabulous results. All their stylists get awesome reviews on a regular basis, but I love my stylist Allison. She’s very talented and just the absolute sweetest!

I have been going here to see Carolyn for almost a year now and she has done an amazing job with my hair. Recently I told her I wanted to go bold with some fun colors, mermaid style!!! She totally blew it out of the park!!!! Amazing colors and has taken the time to help me learn how to care for it now!!! She is beyond the best hair stylist I have ever been to. She not only cares about your hair but you as a whole person ❤️

The Hair styles I had was very nice and down to earth but I was not happy with my hair 😫 I payed $159.93 and didn’t get what I payed for 😑my color was not what I was expecting and they do not know how to blow out curly hair! So if you are Latina RUN 🏃🏽‍♀️ I feel like I payed for nothing what a waste! Beautiful decor nice workers but I did come for service and did not get what I payed for! She used a flat iron and I hat flat irons because they brake my hair!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ $159.93 for nothing I expressed I was not happy with the color and I was told it takes time 😑 so basically I have to pay another $100. No thank you

This salon is full of talent! It located in down town Winter Garden near all of the local restaurants. It has a small home town feel to the inside and out. They are always suggesting new styles and products. The salon is comfortable and the stylist make you feel at home. I am a regular and will remain a loyal costumer.

Thank you Wendy! I was nervous for my daughter to get her first perm (loose wavy spiral perm). She explained everything and discussed options. Prices were exactly as discussed, (no surprise charges like many other salons). She has a very sweet energy and my daughter really liked her. Parking was a breeze; there are a few spaces directly in the back and the public parking on the side. Thank you. We loved the experience and the results even more!

I moved to Florida from the UK a year ago and had trouble finding a nice salon I was unable to find anyone to help my hair that I use dye on, it kept going orange. I then went to Bombshell Salon Spa, they got me an appointment the same day, I saw Amy Roberts who has worked wonders and got me back to my lovely blonde color without any orange. Amy was lovely and so helpful that I wont go anywhere else now. Thank you so much Amy, I will definitely be back soon.

I went today to trim my angled lob that had grown out. Wendy was my stylist, she listened and gave suggestions based on my hair type. Im always nervous to have my hair cut because it always comes out shorter than I ask for. Wendy kept the length and gave me the cut I wanted. The atmosphere of bombshell has a comfortable, homey feel to it. I would definitely recommend and return to this salon.

Our hair tech was very nice but the rest of the staff were not very welcoming everyone was on their phones and didn’t even say good afternoon. I understand it was a slow time (middle of the work week) but when a mother is sitting at the front with a 4 month old, and a 5 year while their 9 year old is getting a trim the least you could do is say good afternoon and maybe offer a glass of water.

Ive been twice since moving to FL. Molly is great, she remembered things I mentioned during my first visit about 3 months ago and she made me feel so comfortable. She colored my hair and it looks great! Pricing was what I expected it to be.

The best salon in town! The girls here know what they are doing and can handle anything you want done to your hair. The only place my family trusts to cut or color. They will also make special arrangements for kids as well, even with children with special needs.
